2 Chapter 2

It was the next day and Arthur had just finished breaking his fast.

After washing the dishes and a bit of a clean-up, he stayed on the balcony, wondering what he would do from then on while sitting comfortably on one of the balcony couches.

He was sitting listlessly for quite some time. His eyes, forward across the land and up to the misty horizon, as far and wide as his sights go.

'I should probably use that summoning ticket I received yesterday from the weekly sign-in rewards thing.'. he wondered.

'It's pretty lonely being alone and having no one to talk to. But, meh~ Not like I wasn't used to this...'

This in turn was followed by a period of self melancholy, reminiscing the kind of life he previously had. For whatever reason, only he knew.

Soon, he forcefully snapped himself back to his senses before taking out a glittering silver ticket from his inventory.

"Uh, hey, System. Can you show me the information about this ticket again?", Arthur asked.

[Affirmative...

Description: Silver Grade Summoning Ticket

Births and summons a human random-gendered companion carved with the form, fragmented memories, strength, and some abilities of the original heroic spirit as its basis.

Although, within the premise of being eternally bound by an oath of loyalty towards his or her master.

Furthermore, despite being born differently from the natural order and from a clean slate,-

the said summons would have their individual minds, morals, feelings, some of their master's memories, and their individual personalities.]

Arthur thoroughly read through the description being shown.

And upon comprehending what it said, his eyes widened in shock, and couldn't help but ask in a stutter, unable to hide his uncontainable excitement.

"Seriously?! Like- Like the Heroic Spirits from the FGO anime series?... well, yeah, not the actual ones, of course, I get it. But still..."

[Correct...]

And at that, Arthur was brimming and squealed in excitement, he was roaring in joy and laughter that it echoed throughout the whole mansion. Maybe even on the whole island.

"...By the OLD MAN'S pointy beard! Hahaha!"

But of course, Arthur wouldn't be Arthur if he doesn't mock the omnipotent old man while rejoicing.

....

"Oh, who's it gonna be!? Who's it gonna be!? Kekeke, with this, maybe it won't be so hard to finally take my first step to start building my own kingdom after all."

Arthur almost went mad from the exhilaration that made him unable to realize his leap of faith act from his mansion's upper-floor balcony down to the concrete courtyard's landscape.

Fortunately for him, the super soldier serum that he had induced the day before, although only half of its actual efficacy, prevented him from any injury.

"Wai- huh? how did I get here?... Nevermind."

He asked in wonder, only to shrug the thought aside and quickened his steps towards the center of the mansion's courtyard, near a grandiose water fountain.

"Alright, System. How do I use this to summon my pseudo-heroic companion?", he asked.

[Would you like to use the summoning ticket now?]

"Well duh... of course!"

[Command acknowledged...

Commencing...]

As soon as the screen popped up in front of him, his attention was then redirected to the silvery glow in his hand.

Curious, as to why it was suddenly glowing, he brought it up to eye-level and knew why it was, only for the ticket to float away from his hand and across a couple of meters away.

Arthur's eyes followed as it went, only to wince and abruptly close his eyes, and his arm covered his face as a column of light connected the ground upward towards the skies appeared.

As it gradually died down, the brilliant pillar cracked into millions of pieces before gathering towards where the former silvery ticket flew and stopped, slowly forming a human figure.

And finally, with a final burst of brilliance before the light completely faded, the figure was finally revealed.

A six-foot-six tall woman with sharp and intimidating yet gorgeous facial features, and long raven hair underneath a bronze Corinthian helmet with a red colored crest atop it.

Her perfectly proportioned body was donned with a red-colored cape around her shoulders and down to her back.

A bronze breastplate that was somehow able to cover her well-endowed bosom was attached to leather straps and cloth which was tightly wrapped around and on her stimulating figure.

A leather bracer on each of her arms, underneath a bronze arm guard; A bronze shield on her left, and a spear on her right.

A dark brown undergarment beneath the bronze plate ornamented leather skirt around her hips which somehow partly covered her thick and meaty thighs.

Oh, those thighs...

On her side, attached to the leather belt was a sheathed blade. A leather knee and shin guards underneath the bronze greaves and finally, a pair of ancient greek sandals.

All in all, she was a smoking hot spartan giantess. One that would probably make him readily agree to be turned into a completely submissive masochist.

"...So, you're the one who wished to be King, as well as the reason that I came to be?"

She spoke in a calm yet authoritative manner, with her pair of ruby-colored irises looking down and was intently fixated on him.

Arthur, who had slowly retained his composure and returned to a proper posture, was attracted to the strong yet unconcealable tender feminine voice and abruptly turned towards where it came from.

And as soon as he did, well, lo and behold...

"Oh, My Goddess!... will you marry me?"

He subconsciously blurted out and remained frozen in time. Mesmerized by the person he had just seen, and still is with his own eyes.

The spartan giantess, whose ears hadn't failed to pick up what he had just said snickered and said with a teasing yet with a hint of threatening smile...

"Hoho~ you've got balls, boy. I'll give you that."

With that, Arthur somehow came back to his senses, took a step back, and abruptly covered his mouth with his hands upon realizing what he had just said.

Facing her, still smiling face, he couldn't help from keeping his body from shivering, feeling an undisguised mild threat from that smile of hers...

'D-Did she just tightened her hold on her spear? She-She's not gonna kill me for that right? But then again, I shouldn't worry too much since Summons are bound by an oath of loyalty to me.'

Upon seeing him stiffened up and somehow turned himself deaf, the faint smile on her suddenly widened completely.

Although they themselves both knew that the worst would be impossible to happen, the pact didn't mean that it would keep them from experiencing only the worse- a beatdown.

Still, though, she didn't mean to threaten Arthur and was only teasing him a bit...

"Hahaha! Stop being so nervous, My Lord. I was only teasing you. Still, seeing you petrified with a helpless expression on your face was priceless. Kekeke~"

Diffusing the tense atmosphere between them, she laughed out loud, cackling with her hands on her stomach,-

and addressed the still petrified Arthur with a title with a half-hearted acknowledgment as her betters.

"Although I'm obligated, you will have to earn, not only my acknowledgment but my full devotion as well though."

Arthur flinched as he saw her stride toward him before giving him a pat on his shoulder.

"Ah- Ahaha. Well...", he responded with a half-hearted chuckle, displaying his awkwardness.

It's funny though, he had mocked the omnipotent old man time and time again and was never afraid of any possible consequences.

Yet, here he was, sort of cowering before his supposed servant.
