Saudo explained his first day of exploring to Akiko. He told her about the kobolds and how he almost died multiple times. When Saudo was explaining from time to time Akiko would nod and jot down a few notes.

"Hmm . . . so what you're telling me Sir Saudo is that your incompetent."

Akiko smacked Saudo on top his head as she scolded him about how he acted yesterday.

" A Thief is supposed to stay on the side until he finds the optimal moment to attack. I told you this all yesterday did you listen to me at all!"

Saudo threw up his hands in defense to Akiko's harsh words and hands.

"I-I know its just that the monsters would always pick a fight with me before everyone else."

"Alright . . . from the information you gave me it does seem as though the monster would make a B line to you at the start of every battle."

Akiko sighed, she thought that a new type of Summoned adventurer had come but from the data she got from the group what it looks like is that it was a bunch of accidents that led to some major stat progress.

"Well Sir Saudo looks like I got everything I need just make sure to stay out of trouble on the battlefield."

Akiko tapped Saudo's nose bringing him out of thought. Being slightly tapped by the beautiful manger instantly made his face flush bright red.

"U-uh . . . umm yeah I-I'll try." Saudo managed to spit out.

Meanwhile in Akiko's mind she noticed Saudo's reaction and had her own little storm in her brain. 'Aww he looks kinda cute when he's flustered, makes me want to tease him some more just to see his reaction."

Saudo walked out of the meeting room and met up with the rest of the party. Mikoto saw Saudo's flustered expression she began pouting in the lobby with added to her already pretty face.

'Just what were they talking about in that room that could make him so flustered. He never really acts like that near me.' Mikoto was silently cursing Saudo as he looked at her mad face.

They walked out of the Guild after taking a book about the field of Slime's that Akiko told them about. Saudo opened the book about the size a childrens book and started to skim through it.

The field that the Slime's lived was several miles out from Lurik because of the close distance and the relative ease of fighting the Slime's made it a hot spot for Rank E adventurers. The Slime's that live in the field are mostly Rank E monsters but occasionally one would turn into a rare Slime and become a Rank D-B monster. Most of the drop items from the Slime's are basic 'Slime Goo' and 'Slime Core'. The 'Slime Core' could be used to make Rank E Health Potions and the 'Slime Goo' could be used to make Rank E Antidotes.

Slime's are simple monsters and in the Slime Fields manual tells you about the anatomy of Rank E Slime. Looking lime green in color a Rank E slime is a easy monster to kill and usually roams in a pack of 2 or 3. Every Slime regardless of what rank has a Core that they have. A Slime can move its core throughout its body to save itself.

The easiest way to kill a Slime is to directly attack its Core. Even when you shatter its Core it will still drop as a item perfectly fine. If you don't damage the Core you can still kill it using a little bit of force. Since they don't have a lot of Mana they if you keep attacking them it won't be able to hold its form and die.

After a 20 minute walk we arrived at the field. There was 5 other battle party's dotted around the field. We found ourselves a small area that was untouched by the other battle parties, Oli and Mason would go out to the front lines to draw Aggro from the Slime's 30 feet in front of Rogan and Mikoto who would would provide long range support. During the battle Oli and Mason would draw the Slime's toward a patch of bush's where Saudo would be hiding and he would attack from behind and attempt to destroy as many Slime Core's as he can.

Saudo was walking into the bush and noticed a little clearing among the half mile stretch of bush's. He looked into the clearing as he was walking closer. When he was about 10 feet away from the clearing he saw a small pink Slime the size of basketball was sitting in the middle of the clearing.

Saudo flipped open the Slime manual to search for the pink Slime but after a few minutes couldn't find anything about it anywhere in the book. But from looking how small it was it seemed to be a Rank E monster. Saudo used some basic techniques of a Thief to approach the pink Slime.

When he was about 3 feet away from the Slime Saudo pounced on the small Slime with his Dagger in hand. He attempted to aim for the bead sized Core inside of the Slime. The Dagger pierced the top of the Slime and sank deep into the pink sludge and about half way through the Slime his Dagger hit a very hard surface and he knew that he damaged the bead.

The pink Slime wavered a bit before the little bead inside shattered and the Slime dissolved. After a few seconds like all monsters the Slime dissipated and a pile of loot appeared. The amount of loot that the Slime dropped was astronomical and his Life Force bar went up by 60! In a small pile was two gold coins, a 'Slime Core', and a little crystal was on the floor.

Since the Slime was so easy that it was killed in one hit from a Rank E adventurer it must have been a Rank E monster but the amount of loot it dropped was definitely not that of a Rank E monster.

'I can't tell them about the Slime I killed because it would cause a uproar in the Guild and there would be a flood of adventurers into the Slime Field. I'll just say that I found a stash of money and sell the Core anomalously in the Auction House.'

As Saudo was walking back he heard the sounds of of battle happening a few feet away. He jumped out of the bush's to try and kill a Slime. When he got out Mason slashed diagonally and the final Slime lost its form.

"WHERE WERE YOU!!!" Rogan yelled

"Uhh . . . I found something in the bush's"

"What could be more important than this battle?"

"How about 2 Gold Rogan, with that we can pay off the last Gold of our dept in the next month."

"Hmmm. . . I guess that is right. Alright you got lucky this time."

Mason picked up the drops from the 6 Slime's that the party fought and we walked back to Lurik.
