15 Quirk Suppresion

A lot of Quirks in the world never met their full potential.

Some were strong or weak Quirks as they started off but many were unable to see if they possessed even greater uses and potential.

Quirk suppression laws suppressed Quirk growth and the people who had them.

There were very valid reasons for doing so and many reasons were related to people using their Quirks to harm others and cheat their way through life.

Normal people would all become useless and would be unable to stand up to Quirk users that had a Quirk to be able to perform a certain task better.

Just like how the advances of technology had brought forth joblessness, so had the age of Quirks for many ordinary humans.

In order for ordinary humans to regain a little control and put some form of structure in place to make the world a little fairer for the ones without Quirks, different laws and structures were put into place.

It gradually evolved into the control of the rapidly increasing percentage of Quirk users then it took form a little later as people started to find a way to use their powers.

Rather than fighting those that suppressed them and making an enemy of them, they rose up against those that caused public disorder and fear which made the higher ups have no choice but to follow the trend of the other countries ways of dealing with Quirks.

The media followed the actions of the vigilantes and heroes in the country and in other countries so the support for them had rose up to the point that they could no longer be ignored.

Heroes were needed to deal with Villains and the police force could not possibly contend with so many so there needed to be a way to change the previous laws a little.

Selected individuals would be put under strict tests in order to qualify to be a hero and those people would be given more freedom in the use of their Quirk and environments to improve themselves.

So many were given the potential to be able to use their Quirk and push past their limits through tough training, constant use of their Quirk and facing all kinds of challenges.

The Quirk that was like a muscle in the body that had not been allowed to be used and had not been properly exercised due to the suppression laws had finally started to get its daily workout.

Many were able to exercise their Quirk enough to push past their limits and find new ways to improve upon it to be able to deal with top villains that had caused many problems in the world.

The country had taken out some troublesome villains and regained some semblance of control where it mattered.

Not every Quirk was able to bloom as those others due to there being types of powers that were not flashy enough or were the types to be too unsuited to the duties of a hero.

It resulted in really helpful Quirks being discriminated against and not being able to get the same opportunities as others.

It usually led to them training and using their Quirk in secret where they could not be punished for doing so or they were attracted to the life of a villain.

The more that they used their Quirk, the more they learned about themselves and their power then their power kept growing with constant usage and training.

A child that had been growing up from a young age who had been using her power without few others knowing had existed and she kept doing so.

Tiffany got involved with all kinds of dealings and disputes that involved the underworld, businesses and the Revolutionary group then gradually expanded her range of usage for her Quirk going from simply spying on others to assassination.

Each of the toys she touched had started to feel more familiar with her the more she used them and made contact with them like they were all a part of her own body.

A doll was sitting in a room where a family was sitting together watching the television.

The television showed a large church cathedral in the background and a white haired beautiful woman standing at a podium. "The Holy Church has seen this before and it will continue to happen once again in the future.

Yet another tragedy has taken place due to the negligence of those 'handpicked' Heroes who meet all the criteria for the laws. They help you all stay safe by dealing with criminals but aren't they just as dangerous?

Why is there still only the Holy Church that has noticed this and is still putting our efforts into collecting those discarded? You all continue to support all of those barbarians that harm others and cause so much damage to our environment.

Wake up people! The Holy Church has unearthed many with true potential to help each and every one of you. Come on everyone! Lend a helping hand to your neighbour and trust that our lord has given you a gift that can be used to help others, not to inflict harm upon them. Amen!"

As she had brought her speech to a close, the woman brought her palms together in prayer and some white wings spread out from her back which made her look like an angel.

Many people nearby had dropped to their knees in worship and started to pray to her.

The doll looked towards the television and thought to itself. 'I hear the same nonsense from her all the time she appears.. the moment that a hero messes up and takes things a little too far, she jumps up to admonish them while pushing the churches goals forward.

From the information gathered… they collect and take in support based or other useful Quirk users in order to build up their support and further their cause. She is one of the successful people that had had been created by them.

Their goal is to shake up the system, get more supporters and to have a monopoly of potential that does not fit in with the system. That includes the healing type Quirks or anything that can be used to further their cause.

Orphans are raised by them and they end publicly performing charitable acts or more noticeable feats which increases the public image of the church higher resulting in more recruits and followers.'

Four white wings had appeared on the back of the woman with white hair so many would recognise her as one of the top heroes of England.

She was a hero who used her wings and feathers to fly and send out feather projectiles.

The wings on her back resembled two pairs of angel wings so she was known as Valkyr the winged hero but many of her fans often referred to her as Seraphim or Angel.

It was unknown if she truly had angel wings or if it was a slight mutation of a bird wing type Quirk that let her have four wings but her skilful use of them had effectively captured many criminals and saved many lives.

Once she started to stand out and was rising higher, the church started to push her up to become their main figurehead which effectively gained more supporters.

Many people were lost or feeling helpless in every age so all it took was some form of faith or spiritual support to be able to attract them to the Holy Church.

The Holy Church was a place where its followers encouraged the use of Quirks to help others so they would not punish those who used them and would not hand them over to those that would do the same.

It was enough to attract many people and their followers kept growing due to it.

Valkyr became such a spiritual pillar to many that the Holy Church had been able to make more of an impact within the country and started to push against those that held power and that decided who was allowed to use their Quirk.
