021| Kevin: This is too crazy!

As both the system and host were getting nasty phenomena for this night, they had agreed on to look for each other best they could. It was no different from what they normally do, but this is the Kathrine-level of danger they are feeling. To them that demonic girl is the scariest of the scariest, therefore the best countermeasures needs to be implemented.

But to be honest the system and host pair has no way of preventing her from doing anything to them. When the system received the response about its report about the existence of game worlds appearing in reality, it was felt dread for some reason. There were no indications or any abnormality detected in reality. But as it was an alarming happenstance, they were asked to pay attention to her whenever necessary. Asking them to take note of anything peculiar or anything that stands out about her in reality.

As they were scared of her, Kevin and his system only did their observation at a distance and some occasional interaction with Julia whom they knew to be some sort of vessel or something to Kathrine in the real world. Slowly but surely the demonic girl has wormed into reality easily with her current identity.

Now faced with the same feeling of the said girl being nearby, Kevin has a horrifying hypothesis. Kathrine mae had some ways to follow him wherever he is. Because he knew damned well that this is not normal at all.

"SYSTEM!" Kevin cannot help but strongly say he called out his system. "Tell me Angelica did not end up becoming Kathrine! Tell me I am wrong!"

Kevin is feeling very panicked now. He still remembered the gory sight of his first girl friend dying without him able to do anything for her. Guilt fills him as he is blaming himself for such a thing to happen to her. If they were not involved, the class monitor will not be included in the mass massacre of Kathrine nor will she have to die in such a way.

As early as they could, Kevin has strongly requested his system to make a comprehensive data of each monster they faced in the case of a situation like Kathrine happens. This way it will be easier to identify them through a scan. Leaving little to no way for any of them to fool them if they take on disguises. And this request of his was proven to be helpful to them now.

"How the hell did she come over here!" Kevin is now running in full hysterics. "I rather be trapped in this tomb than be with her at all!"

"Don't jinx me!" Kevin replied at his system pointedly as he thought of ways to make sure he and Kathrine will not be in the same place.

But no matter what he thought, there's simply no escaping Kathrine once she shows up. One way or another, she has cornered Kevin in a secluded spot. Away from others prying eyes and away from anyone who can help him if something will happen.

As Kevin felt his hair standing at its ends, Angelica now turned and Kathrine started humming some tunes. Slowly but surely, she has been leading him to where she wanted him. Making him unable to slip away from him.

"...hey." Kathrine said playfully. If he does not know better, he will be fooled that the one in front of him is still the person he once knew.

Kevin did not know how to reply to her and only kept his silence. Afraid that he will expose his knowledge and potentially endanger him more than he already is.

"You were obviously not so shy when you stuck with me before." Kathrine said as she smiled so charmingly in the form of Angelica. And obviously, her possession included some memories of the body's former owner. He reckons this might have been the situation of Julia back in the real world.

"That was before you explicitly told me to stay at a safer distance." Kevin said conveniently as Angelica has indeed told him that. As the woman was not looking for a relationship, she has made it clear earlier that she cannot accept him for now.

Kathrine frowned over the knowledge and then proceeded to forgo whatever that was in her mind. Instead she ceased her frowns and took a step nearer to the young man. So close that Kevin felt his heart jump in fear.

Reaching out her hand, Kathrine caressed the young man's chest seductively. Her eyes fluttering ever so hypnotically. Slowly but surely, her face was coming closer to his face.

"Forget about that." Kathrine smiled gently and slowly travelled her hands unto Kevin's chest to his neck. Making him lower his head to make it easier for the girl to do what she wanted.

"I had changed my mind." Kathrine said, dropping a kiss into his lips. "How about we confirm our relationship now? Care to have a quicky with me?"

Kevin's mind blanked when he was kissed by Kathrine. His body was turning hot for some reason. His reason was diminishing like it was the ember of fire. He cannot find himself in whatever state he has fallen to.

All he knew was that he felt fleeting touches over his sensitive spots, making his buddy between his legs get excited and harden. It was like he was drugged by some medicine. Making him lucid enough to know what is happening, but unable to control himself for some reason.

Just as Kathrine was going to open his fly, suddenly there appeared so many snakes. Some have fallen from the ceiling, making his mind clear enough to move and try to save himself. Pushing Kathrine away he made a distance between them.

Curiously the snakes did not do anything to him. But it seems to be targeting Kathrine for some reason. Not that he cares about that detail, he has to leave immediately.

Unlike the snakes that appeared in the entrance, these reptiles are very different in colours and features. He will not take the risk of knowing if they are venomous or not, he has to take this chance to leave here.

Struggling to get away, Kevin walked aimlessly as far as he could. Not turning back to see what is the state of the woman he left behind. Knowing fully well that it will not hurt her much, only some annoyance of some sorts.

But as he was not minding where he is going and whatever thing Kathrine has done to him has not fully dissipated, he was not aware of where he is currently. He called his system to help him out, but like before when it came in contact with the demonic girl, it is currently out of commision. He is all alone in this hazy state of his without any help coming his way for at least until the morning.

At some point, he was feeling faint from all his movements. Using the wall as his support, he attempted to make himself better. But his efforts were useless and he was only feeling more faint.

And after a while he fainted. Last thing in his sight was a pair of golden eyes and a shade of green in the corner of his eyes.
