Practice Makes Perfect.

Storms P.O.V-

It's been a month since the incident between Ro and Lady happened, Rocky has forgiven Ro but they aren't as close as they used to be and they barely talk to each other unless they absolutely have to, I can tell it's taking a toll on the girls because I can see the sadness in their eyes whenever they're around either of them, it makes me sad to think that my husband and best friend don't get along. Anywho on a more exciting note, we have finally finished Lady's surprise and it's time to show her.

"Lady!!" I shout up the stairs in hopes of waking the sleeping beauty.

"Why are you shouting up the stairs?" Rocky asks.

"I'm trying to wake Lady up" I say in a 'duh' tone before rolling my eyes and starting up the stairs.

"Dude, she's in the guest house with Ari, has been since eight this morning"

"Why am I the last to know everything in this house!"

"I don't know" he shrugs before walking towards the back door. "Come on turtle, time to show the princess her surprise"

"Why are you calling me turtle?"

"It's your new nickname"

"Why?"

"Because you're slow like a turtle"

"I don't like you anymore"

"I don't care" he shrugs while walking towards where the girls and Ro are stood.

"Hey guys!"

"Hey daddy" Lady says wrapping her arms around my waist and hugging me. Is it weird that I love it when she calls me that?, I take this moment to take a look at what she is wearing, she has on skin tight black gym leggings that have a sheer patch on her thighs, he top is a plain black camisole with sheer fabric over the chest area, on her feet she's wearing black fabric shoes.

"Have you been in the gym sunshine?" I ask her furrowing my eyebrows slightly.

"No daddy!" She giggles. "I've been practicing for an upcoming dance competition and Ari has been helping me"

"Can I see?!" I say matching her excitement.

"Yes!, I was going to ask you all to watch and tell me what you think"

"Well, let's show you your surprise first baby" Ro says grabbing her hand and dragging her towards the pool house.

"Close your eyes baby"

"Okay"

Ro places his hands over Lady's eyes causing her to giggle slightly as she stumbles forward. Reaching the pool house Rocky, Ari and I enter the big room that has now been turned into a dance studio for our girl. Ari worked soo hard on the interior design for this place and it looks amazing, all the walls are black except for the left wall that has four huge mirrors on the wall, the floor is light wood with a few stools in front of the mirrors, above the mirrors is a LED light that says 'Dance Your Heart Out', there is two lights hanging from the ceiling that are silver circles with bulbs circled around the hoop and lastly on one of the black walls is two wooden poles attached with a new pair of ballet shoes hanging from them.

"Okay, are you ready?" Ro asks Lady who is nodding her head excitedly.

"Yes!"

Ro quickly removes his hands and we all hear a tiny gasp.

"You....you did this for me?" Lady says in disbelief glancing at all of us.

"Of course sunshine" I chuckle. "We wanted to make you happy"

"I'm more than happy!, this is amazing!"

"Do you like the design?, I kept it simple yet modern" Ari says walking over to a small table in the corner that has a docking station on top with a mini fridge underneath.

"It's amazing!, I love it!, thank you soo much all of you" Lady sniffles before letting a few tears escape.

"Oh baby!, don't cry please, we're sorry"

"These are happy tears daddy!" She giggles before pulling us all into a hug.

"I guess I should set up the music so I can show you my dance" she says walking towards where Ari is.

"Let's sit down then".

We all sit down and wait for the girls to get sorted. I notice Lady changing her shoes into a pair of black high heeled ankle boots that have spikes on the back.

"Why're you changing your shoes sunshine?"

"The dance I've chose to do requires heels, my jazz shoes won't give off the same effect" she pauses before continuing to explain the message she is trying to get across. "I've chose to dance to 'Dirty Diana' by Michael Jackson, I want to show people through dance that people will do anything to get what they want, whether that is through seduction, charm or money, I feel that Diana is seducing and charming her way into fame and fortune and she will do anything for these things"

"We look forward to seeing what you have come up with" Ro says.

"I'm going to begin now".

As the music starts Lady walks up the right wall running her hand along the painted wall before she takes her place in the middle of the room.

After Lady finishes her dance all of us are staring at her.

"Did you hate it?" Lady asks anxiously.

I open my mouth to speak but nothing seems to come out, I glance at Ro and he seems to have the same problem. Turning back around to face Lady I see that she is starting to get upset, before I can say anything she takes off running out the pool house.

"You guys are such arseholes" Ari rolls her eyes before she chases after Lady.

"It's a good thing I understand why you're both speechless" Rocky says shaking his head and getting up. "Because if I didn't, Ari would be right"

With that Rocky walks off leaving Ro and I to our thoughts.

Lady's P.O.V-

I can't believe I thought they'd actually like it!, I can't believe I did such a seductive dance in front of my daddies!, what the fuck is wrong with me. Reaching my room I quickly change into plain black leggings, a grey and white ombré fluffy jumper and white high-top converse. Once changed I pull my hair into a messy bun and grab my shoulder bag stuffing my phone, purse and house keys into it. Quickly checking myself in my mirror I shake my head at how stupid I've been.

"Lady?" I hear Ari ask as she walks into my room.

"I'm here"

"Thank god!, I'm sorry about the guys they're stupid"

"It's okay, do you think Rocky can take me to town?"

"Sure, I'll ask him now"

"Thanks, I'll be down in a second"

"Okay".

Making sure I have everything I close my bedroom door and turn to head downstairs. On my way down I can hear Ari and Rocky talking at the bottom of the stairs.

"Hey" I mumble walking down the last few steps.

"Hey, I loved your dance, I think the guys were a little shocked that's why they didn't say anything" Rocky explains before giving me a side hug.

"Sure, thanks though" I say giving him a small smile.

"No problem princess, where in town do you need to go?"

"A couple of places if that is okay?"

"No problem, let's go".

Rocky and I head outside and to his Audi R8, passing by a flustered Storm and grinning Roman. Rolling my eyes at them I pull open the passenger side door and plonk down with an audible sigh.

"Where to?" Rocky asks as we drive down the long driveway.

"I need to go to a few clothes shops and then the chemist on the way home please"

"Okay, what kind of clothes shop are we going to?" He asks hesitantly.

"Don't worry Rocky, I only need to pick up a few bits that I ordered online" I giggle before carrying on. "Not all girls are the same, I for a fact despise clothes shopping"

"Thank god!, I thought I'd have to walk around for hours"

"Nope, you can stay in the car and I'll just run in quickly"

"Okay, why do you need to go to the chemist?" He asks curiously.

"You know Rocky...." I trail off. "Curiosity killed the cat"

Before Rocky could reply he pulls up to the shopping centre, jumping out I slam the door and rush inside. Half an hour later I'm back at the car with around twelve different shopping bags and Rocky is nowhere to be seen. Taking my iPhone from my bag I dial his number and wait for him to pick up.

"LADY!!" I hear someone scream behind me. Whipping around I see Rocky running towards me with two drinks in his hands.

"Rocky!, where were you?"

"I got thirsty so I went to Costa and got us a drink each"

"I tried to call you"

"My phones in the car, I was only supposed to be a few minutes but I got distracted"

"Distracted by what?" I ask him as he passes me our drinks and takes the bags to the boot.

"I saw a really cute puppy okay?!"

"You're a really special person" I giggle.

"I know, thanks though!" He grins and starts the drive to the chemist.

When we reach the chemist Rocky pulls up and tells me he will wait in the car. Walking through the chemist doors I take in the antiseptic smell and scrunch my nose, pulling my lengthy repeat prescription from my handbag I walk to where the pharmacist is.

"Hi, how can I help" the lady behind the desk asks.

"I need a refill on all these items please" I say passing her my prescription.

"No problem, I'll be right back with your stuff"

"Thanks"

Taking a seat in the waiting area I send a quick text to Rocky explaining that I'm just waiting for some stuff. After waiting for another ten or so minutes the lady from before calls my name.

"Thank you!"

"You're welcome, everything is in there"

"That's great thanks!, have a nice day" I tell the lady before taking my large carrier bag full of medication and walking back to Rocky's car.

"Sorry that took so long"

"It's no problem, is there anywhere else you need to go?" He says glancing down at my carrier bag briefly.

"Just home please" I pause glancing out the window. "I'm sorry for snapping at you earlier, I have some issues and I hate when people judge me and I thought if you knew why I was going to the chemist you'd judge me"

Rocky doesn't say anything for a while which makes me anxious.

"Everyone has issues, and I won't pry into what yours are but just know that if you ever need to talk to someone, I'm here"

"Thanks, I appreciate it"

"No problem princess, now, why so many shopping bags?" Rocky asks wiggling his eyebrows.

"Well, Christmas is in three weeks and Ari's birthday is in two days" I say casually while looking out the window.

"What?!" Rocky shouts while slamming on the brakes causing me to fly forward and almost hit the dashboard.

"Rocky!!, you almost killed me!" I yell at him.

"We have bigger problems!" He pauses. "I forgot my own wife's birthday!"

"Yeah because I'm sure she'd be happy that you killed me" I say rolling my eyes before glancing at him. "It's a good thing you have me, I got you the perfect gift to give her"

"You did?....why?"

"Because I've been planning her birthday for the past month and every time I asked your opinion you'd just nod your head and go back to whatever you were doing"

"Sorry...." he trails off while blushing slightly. "If you really need my attention sweets usually do the job"

"Thanks for the advice, I'll be sure to throw them at you the next time I need your attention"

"How cruel, you don't want to bruise my beautifulness"

"Bruise you?, or your ego?"

"Both, anyway, what gift did I get my wonderful wifey?"

"I'll show you" I say reaching into my handbag and pulling out a long black box.

"Wow, it's soo shimmery" Rocky says making me giggle. "And it's even her favourite colour.... how'd you know?"

"Really Rock?" I question this great oaf in front of me. "When Ari describes her favourite colour she always says and I quote 'The only colour I can ever love is the light green of my husbands eyes' and then she goes off into some daydream, kind of sickening if you ask me"

"Yeah, she's something special alright, I'm a very lucky man"

"How long have you and Ari been together?" I question Rocky as he finally starts the drive home.

"Ari and I have been together since we were twelve, believe it or not we started off as best friends, our dads are best friends so that automatically made us best friends" he grins as he speaks making it look as though he was remembering a really good memory. "I remember when I first asked her to be my girlfriend, I was soo nervous, I asked my dad for advice and he told me to make sure she knows that she is the only girl that means everything to me and that I promise to turn her into my wife one day, so of course twelve year old me took that quite literally and I made sure that the way I asked her would let her know that she's the only one for me" he pauses his story so he can enter the combination into the keypad on our driveway. "When I finally got around to asking her to be mine I had everything set up, I cooked dinner for her and I with the help of my dad of course, I wore my best shirt and jeans, I ever did my hair how she likes it, I bought her the biggest bunch of pink roses I could find because they're her favourite flowers and of course not forgetting her favourite chocolates as well. When the time came to ask her I completely froze and I couldn't do it, I was soo nervous that she'd say no but somehow she knew and before I knew it she had given me a kiss on the cheek and told me she'd love to be my girlfriend, I was in a lot of shock but I revived quickly when I remembered that I got her one more gift and I knew that this gift would seal the deal for me, I got her a promise ring with the money I had saved over the years and of course my dad helped me out a bit but it was just as beautiful as my Ari, if you ask her I'm sure she will show you it, she wears it all the time and that's how I know she will forever be mine"

I was in shock, I didn't know what to say.

"Wow" that's the only word I could speak.

"Cute love story huh?"

"It's definitely one for the grandkids" I giggle before stepping out the car and helping Rocky with the bags.

"Where are we hiding this stuff?"

"If you take my bag from the chemist, I'll take those bags and quickly hide them in my room"

"Okay"

With that said I swapped bags with Rocky and raced up to my room to hide the gifts I got Ari. Once done I rush back downstairs only to see Roman and Storm staring at the different boxes of medication that were emptied onto the kitchen counter.

"Why the fuck do you have all this medication?!"
