Lin Zhenren

Death is a mysterious thing. I never experienced anything even after sending thousands of people to their death. But after my wife's death, I experienced it. I got the know what the sadness and grief you would feel at the Death of your loved one. I cried silently every night with my wife's photo in my hand. The thought of killing myself appeared in my mind countless times but I need to repent and pay for what I did, and I did repent. I lived till my body broke down. I took my last breaths beside the grave of my wife while telling her about the success of our children. But Fate had other plans other for me. I reincarnated in another world or universe, the Immortal Realm. My family had a deep love and care for me, but I felt nothing. The strongest person in the immortal realm as someone who had transcended the Long River of Time. He would live as long as Heaven and even more. Hope rose in my heart. If someone could become this strong then it would be possible to revive someone right? Becoming Stronger. That becomes my goal. But Fate becomes cruel to me. I was born a cripple, someone who can't sense Heaven and Earth Energy in the Environment. I was condemned by everyone. But everything changed. One of the lower worlds that I was searching through turned out to be similar to a novel that I read with my wife. With that, I decided to steal the luck and fate of the protagonist and become strong. I want to Revive her and present all the realms under her feet. I will do that. ------------- I don't own the cover the credits belong to the owner. If the owner wants me to remove it, just comment. I will do it ASAP.

In a deathly quiet graveyard, filled with hundreds of tombstones, an old man leaned beside a completely clean tombstone with the name *******

The rain continued to fall and the sky rumbled, the whole scene looked as though heaven cried itself feeling the sorrow that the old man was emitting.

"My wife, our oldest son become the CEO and even married a beautiful girl who gave birth to a cute little girl who called me Grandfather this! Grandfather that!....." The old man leaning beside the tombstone spoke slowly and told the tales of his children to the owner of the grave, his wife.

But tears were flowing from the old man's eyes with each word he spoke. His expression was full of sadness and grief. Grief over his wife.

"And, you know? Our middle son become a singer, and he sang very beautiful songs just like how you thought him....." The old man continued but his expression turned worse and worse.

With every word he spoke about the success of his children, the worse he felt inside as he was never there with them. Not when they needed, or when they become successful.

He stayed alone after his wife left him. He never even looked at any other woman at all.

His children always tried to help him but he neglected their help, he was not someone who deserved their help, that was his thinking.

Why?

Cause none of the children were his blood, his wife was unable to get pregnant. Those children were from the people he killed in his life when he did all the dark and dirty work possible. Only after meeting his wife, did he step out of that life.

But his wife left him too when they turned 25 due to the infection caused by a bullet that hit her at a young age by the enemies of the man after he stepped out of that world and it was also that time he broke his promise and picked his gun again, bathing the whole city in the blood.

He was living till now as a way to repent for what he did. He always cried every night with the picture of his wife in his hand. He was never able to forget her.

That was how deep his love for her was.

And today was the last day of his life too. He already knows that he didn't have much time left and the time he had was something he wanted to spend staying beside his wife.

He also never told his children about his condition. He knows he doesn't deserve to have their care.

"My wife, you know, our youngest daughter finally gave birth to a sweet little grandson and she is living happily with her husband....and worry not, I transferred every single thing I owned to them and...." The more the old man spoke, the more his voice turned erratic.

His breathing becomes heavier and heavier.

He could feel it. His end was imminent.

A smile formed on his face, a smile of grief and happiness.

"And...I could finally meet you again...you know, My wife, I missed you the most, and I hope that I could see you again...." The man spoke in relief, and he closed his eyes and hugged the tomb tightly.

More and More rain poured over the old man. The sky seemed to be expressing its grief over the feeling that the man was feeling.

Silent tears left the man's eyes, he had regrets, the regret of leaving his children alone but more than that, he was relieved now. He had been living a blank life, there was nothing in his life at all. But now he could finally feel relieved.

"I am coming to y...o..u..." Those were the last words that the man spoke as he took his last breath.

But his body continued to hug the tomb tightly and never left it.

The rain poured. Sky rumbled. It seemed like heaven become angry at the loss of the man.

Suddenly, a small ball of white light came out of the man's body and flew towards the sky.

"I hope you find the happiness you deserve in your next life, my child..." A voice filled with majesticness and ancientness, the voice that seemed to come from the depth of the Long River of Time reverted all over the world.

But no one heard that.

A small crack appeared in front of the small ball of light and inside that crack was something like out of fantasy. The inside was filled with iridescent colors which could be described as "looking through a kaleidoscope."

The small ball of light went inside the crack and the rain stopped. The clouds vanished quickly.

The whole world was bathed in a new light from the sun, but with the loss of another person.

But no one knows about that.

------------------------------------------------

In a room filled with nothing except a bed, a table beside the bed, and some almirahs.

A woman was laying on the bed with a painful expression on her face as she was about to give birth while many female servants were all around the woman, encouraging her.

"Lady Song, You could do it! Just a little push!" One of the maidservants spoke while holding the woman's hand.

The woman, Lady Song glared at the maidservant.

She was feeling way too much pain right now!

Never in her life ever she thinks that giving birth would be this much pain!

She was feeling her lower body getting ripped apart, and the pain that she never felt, even when her body was pierced with swords and spears on the battlefield was coming to her.

"Damn it!!" Lady Song angrily outbursts as she pushed harder.

Another maidservant standing in front of the lifted legs of the woman smiled as she picked the baby that Lady Song gave birth to.

But her smile froze.

The baby was completely silent!

Not even a single cry sounded!

Every maidservant froze as fear crept into their body. They felt their whole body turning cold.

The one who held the baby looked at Lady Song and saw a tired and sleepy expression on her face, but her eyes showed bright radiance in them filled with expectancy.

The maidservant quickly started to rub the back of the baby in the hope for it to give a slight cry but all failed!

The baby remained cold!

Lady Song started to feel weird. She know that the newborn baby was supposed to cry but she hadn't heard a single thing from her baby.

Her thoughts started to turn worst. She looked at the maidservant and saw her trying her massaging the back of the baby.

Worst thoughts crept into her mind.

Tears started to gather in her eyes.

But suddenly! Everything stopped! The time itself stopped. Not even a single thing moved!

A crack appeared in the air. Inside was filled with iridescent colors which could be described as "looking through a kaleidoscope."

A small ball of light came out of the crack and it began floating around the room before it hovered on top of the baby.

It then entered the baby through the chest and vanished.

The time started to flow again!

Lady Song looked at the maidservant and was about to call but before she could, the cries of the baby resounded!

Relieved expressions formed on the maidservant's faces. They all felt like the scythe that was hovering on their neck vanished completely!

Lady Song had tears dripping from her eyes after she finally heard the voice of her baby.

The maidservant quickly cleaned the baby and wrapped it in the towel and passed it to Lady Song with a relieved smile on her face and spoke, "Congratulations! Lady Song! You gave birth to a boy!"

Lady Song showed a smile and took the baby from the maidservant and handled him with deep care and love in her arms.

"My child...Lin Zhenren." Lady Song spoke with a smile as she named her boy who was already asleep by now.

Suddenly, the sounds of lightning and thunder sounded!

Everyone in the room trembled as pressure descended on them!

Lady Song narrowed her eyes and looked towards the roof, but what her eyes saw was beyond the roof.

Lady Song saw dark clouds hovering in the air, with deep purple lightning flashing through them.

Her whole body started trembling!

Her eyes were wide open in surprise and disbelief!

Lady Song saw a name forming in the clouds from the deep purple lightning!

Zhenren!!

The whole world trembled!

But after a minute, everything stopped and the clouds vanished like they were never there!

A sigh escaped Lady Song's mouth.

"Was that a blessing or a...." Lady Song muttered, not knowing what to think as what happened right now was something that had never happened.

There was never a record of something like this happening, not even at the birth of the most prodigious children.
