Before the worker could continue speaking, Xiang Huang interrupted rudely.
"How dare you try to defame me and also lie against me right in my presence?! What connection can I have with an ordinary worker like you?! ... You just watch and see! I will surely make sure you rot in Jail! together with all your family! Just mark my words! You bastar..."
"Enough!!!" Xiang Li yelled angrily cutting off Xiang Huang words while he banged the table loudly.
"Why are you sounding so agressive brother? Earlier you had walked in here full of pride and smiles saying you came to check up on me, how come you seemed different now? Or is the worker actually telling the truth?" Xiang Li added as he spoke sarcarstically while grinning at Xiang Huang.
"Really? So you choose to believe a common worker over your own brother? You think I would do such a thing?! Wow! Unbelievable Xiang Li! Unbelievable!"
"Continue" Xiang Li said to the worker as he faced him ignoring Xiang Huang pretentious self.
"He met with me on my way home and took me to a bar in his car, it was there he striked a deal with saying he would help pay up for my mother's surgery if I should just follow his instructions by putting a chemical substance in the water after production ... I'm very sorry boss! I just wanted my mother to be fine, I'm really sorry!" The worker explained and pleaded.
"Hhm! Still you will have to be punished for your crimes, next time, you'll choose the right path to follow" Xiang Li said to the worker firmly.

Xiang Li knew this, he knew how his smart his brother can be, he wouldn't leave any trace of evidence behind, it's even possible he had gone to the bar and bribed them to erase the CCTV footage for that period.
This brother of his' is just too cunny.
The worker also knew there was no proof to claim the truth, he was so stupid not to have recorded their conversation that night!

He was stupid to have believed this second boss will fulfil the end of the deal and with that, his mother will be well again.
But now, not only will he not be able to pay for the surgery, but would also loose his job and his next salary will be used as part of the compensation, also, he would go to jail! He had been totally ruined. The worker felt lost.
He was truly stupid to have believed Xiang Huang that night!
He had just realized he was just a pawn in the second boss' game.
The police had realised that there was truly no proof to pin down Xiang Huang for a crime, they could only arrest the main culprit since he had confessed to his crime, the other things he said about Xiang Huang could only been seen as "words of the mouth", it doesn't stand as an evidence to arrest him.
Also, there was no witness as to when they striked the deal.
The police ended up taking the worker with them back to the station.
Xiang Li glared at Xiang Huang expressionlessly knowing his brother had won this time!
Xiang Huang also gave him a mocking look with a smirk on his face.
"Before you support outsiders over your own family, make your findings properly" He adjusted his tie then turned to walk out.
After the police had gone with the culprit, Mr fang became relieved seeing he won't have to suffer unjustly in the hands of the police and knowing he can still keep his job.
Still, he wasn't happy with the second boss, he knew Xiang Huang was lying and had choose to make the young worker suffer for the whole crime all alone leaving his mother in a dying state in the hospital.
He wondered how some people could be this cruel, also a lot happens in the high class family! It's either there's a greedy son, or hateful brother or a bad wife or a secretive husband.

After a while, Xiang Li dismissed the production and distribution team, then settle to discuss on the compensation to give to the victims.
"Boss, it's best you visit them first before sending any compensation, with that they will know how much we truly care." A board member 'Director Jiang' spoke.
" Director Jiang! How can you say that CEO Xiang should visit them himself? For what exactly! This people only needed compensation, I don't even think the nusea is as serious as they have said it to be" Director Lu retorted.

"It doesn't matter, it's part of my job to get bashed as a CEO" you don't have to be bothered, afterall some of you are happy with what went down today" Xiang Li said to them as he looked at their faces.

They all understood his statement and were all rendered speechless.
Only the guilty ones felt it more.
He dismissed them all and walked back to his office with Fe Yin behind him.
"Call Ye Mufan to prepare the car, we are going to see the victims!" He said facing Fe yin at the entrance to his office.
"Yes boss!" Fe Yin said as he bowed slightly but respectfully, then left to his corner.
Xiang Li entered his office and opened his weibo account, he went back to the only good comment he had read earlier, he wanted to be sure who it was.
He knew his brother was actually behind those that were bashing him with vicious words online, definitely that commenter would be neutral.
He checked the comment again and saw that some people had responded to the comment with hateful statements.
He scrolled to see if the person replied but found out the person didn't.

Xiang Li replied to her comment with his known I.D, he doesn't care if his brother will get buy people to insult him this time, he needed to stand up for this kind commenter who had chosen to understand his company's situation instead.
He had sent the message to also find out who the commenter might be.
After a while, he puts on his navy blue suit Jacket and left the office after Fe Yin had called him that Ye Mufan had already prepared the car.
