Shifting overnight

" Because we are going to shift to New York today", Mr Min said in a sad voice.

"Today?", Lin asked in shock.

"Yes, today", Mr Min cleared.

"Why are we leaving today?. and if we are leaving today you should have told me before at least one week. I would say goodbye to my friend and my teachers", Lin shouted.

" We are sorry about that but we are leaving today", Mr Min said softly.

"Ok, then I am calling them and going to inform them that I am going to New York today. Where is my phone", Lin took his phone and searched the contacts.

Suddenly Mr Min took his phone. " Sorry Lin. You can't inform your friends"

"Why not? "

"It should be a secret. Don't say anything about it to anyone"

"Mom, Dad please tell me about what is happening here", Lin yelled at his parents.

"You will know when the right time comes"

"You have 45 minutes. Pack your things", Melissa said in a rough voice.

" What? mom. I don't want to leave this place", Lin cried.

"I am not asking your opinion, Lin. I said Pack your bags. You already lost 2 minutes", Melissa said and left.

Lin went to his room. Why they are acting very weird today.

Lin's thoughts rolled while packing his things. He took his bag and went to the Hall. Melissa came with two suitcases and kept them on the table. She opened them. one is filled with documents and the other is filled with money. Mr Min came with another suitcase.

"Ok. let's go", Melissa said.

Everyone went outside the mansion. A taxi was waiting for them. Mr Min gave the keys to Mr John, who is waiting for them in his red car.

" Is everything ready? ", Mr Min asked.

" Yes. The flight is waiting for you. This taxi driver is my friend. So, don't worry, you can trust him. I will give these keys to you gardener", Mr John explained.

"Say that we went to India if anyone asks about us", Mr Min said.

" Alright. I will take care of that. You should leave now. They will be here in no time. They are faster than humans".
