Chapter 26

"Burn alive then!" Riser yelled as he swung his arm down at me with the massive fireball, he created above himself falling in my direction in the moment that the massive ball of flames obscured the view between us I retreated while also pulling off and unfolding my folded over cloak thing that was like four layers thick so once I unfolded it, it was larger than a pretty large tarp.

"You missed you blow hard!" I taunted as I flew away from the resulting explosion of debris that resulted from the fireball's violent expansion at colliding with the ground.

"Riser will make you regret not just taking the dive and an easy withdrawal from this Rating Game!" Riser yelled as he flew at me with his fist coated in flames.

Wordlessly I matched his punch with my boosted gear and as I felt his flames wash over me, I felt his hand also give out and shatter under my boosted gear gauntlet but the pain of his hand being mulched didn't seem to do anything to the High-Class Devil.

"What is that blanket for? Do you wish for me to tuck you in or something you child?" He taunted in return and in response, I allowed one of his fire-coated punches to land into my chest in order for me to easily grab said wrist and then I brought us both down to the ground violently cratering the ground with the burst of speed I used to slam him down first.

"No, this is a rug for me to roll your bitch ass up in," I said kicking the man in the jaw with my flexible joints allowing me to more easily do such motions which made the man stagger at that pain but then I threw the large rug/tarp over the man and as flames billowed beneath the tarp, I just sat atop the fire-retardant tarp covered man stopping him from using his flames to blow off the tarp/rug.

"This is speaking in third person," I said punching the fire-retardant clothed head with my Boosted Gear Gauntlet so I didn't hurt my other hand on his stupidly hard head.

"Boost!":

"This is being stupid enough to bet your peerage members!" I said punching his head again this time with my boosted strength I felt his head crack the concrete I smashed us into.

"Boost!"

"This one is for dressing like a douchebag," I said punching once again in the man's head and I felt his skull give way under my gauntlet.

"Boost!"

But the moment, I pulled back for another punch I felt someone cry out. "Get off my big brother!" Then I felt a light figure ram into me from behind and sag against me at the abrupt feeling of her life force being violently yanked from her body.

"Don't hurt my sister!" Riser screamed struggling anew and I realized from the blonde hair of the girl hanging onto my arm and stopping me from laying another punch onto Riser's head that it must have been Ravel Phenex.

"Riser Phenex's Queen has been retired!" Came the stoic voice of Grayfia making Ravel and Riser freeze and in that moment, I threw Ravel out of my Autumm's Decays range, so she didn't get hurt as she was obviously weak as hell if just being around me made her stagger in place.

"Ahem! And this one is for Rias!" I said trying to put a righteous tint to my tone as I slammed my gauntlet-covered fist down again Riser's head making it crack and break down under the blow but this time, he managed to get his feet beneath him and buck me off him and then he instantly flew into the air with the massive tarp still covering him.

"Riser will not be cheated because you wanted to rely on some stupid item to counter the great Phenex Flames!" He roared and I deadpanned at his response.

"How great can Phenex flames be if a bit of modern chemistry can completely negate it? I mean literally every racecar driver has a suit made out of the same thing that was used to smother your flames and make you into a pinata for my beloved Pawn." I heard the smug voice of Rias speaking as she all but skipped across the ground with her full peerage behind her.

"Riser Phenex, you have been beaten... Surrender or we will beat you down all together!" Rias said proudly and pointed at Riser making the man pale as he realized with her Queen being retired all he had in his peerage was Ravel, his sister who hated and was unable to fight. So should she be attacked, she could just retire from the game at will and make him lose the match due to being the last piece.

"Riser won't lose like this! You!" He roared pointing at me and I saw Rias's peerage encircle Riser as he had his little breakdown. "This is all your fault! No! You will fight me on one for our deal to go through!" He yelled mentioning the bet between me and him about his peerage members and my Ei.

"Rias... I am going to ruin him as a man. Is that alright with you as my King?" I asked asking if she was willing to give me political protection and she seemingly realizing I was rather irritated with how much of a sore loser Riser was, nodded as she herself had dreamed of obliterating Riser with her Power of Destruction.

"Riser it's just me and you... No little science experiment that renders your bloodline moot... Just your bloodline versus my bloodline." I said cheerfully as I once again activated my Autumn's Decay with Rias's peerage backpedaling seeing the grass and everything dying in the wake of me doing the opposite of Senjutsu and just devouring all the life in the world.

"Fine, you Low-Class Devil, Riser Phenex will show you the power of a pure-blood devil!" Riser roared flaring out his large flames made out of his Phenex flames.

"Ah my bloodlines are better wanna see?" I muttered with only the Rating Game's audience being able to magically hear me as I gently cupped my hands together at my side and then I could all but feel the world freeze as I began swirling Power of Destruction and Holy Lightning in a sort of yin yang formation that I had spent the whole training trip preparing for when I wasn't getting close combat lessons beaten into by Koneko.

"Die!" Riser yelled bringing down his form coated in so many flames that he appeared to be a small skyscraper made of flames with the point aiming directly at me wordlessly I pushed out my hands with the Yin-Yang ball combination of Holy Lightning and Power of Destruction with very weak little barriers in the formation separating the elements.

But once those barriers hit the pillar of fire, they easily broke down and the stored-up compressed Holy Lightning and Power of Destruction exploded with all the wrath of a dimensional deleting nuclear bomb making me curse as the force far exceeded my expectations with how much I had already boosted myself making the compressed elements far greater than I tested before.

After I unburied myself from the rubble, I got myself launched into I saw that thankfully Rias and the rest were fine after they all set up some barriers with Rias and Akeno making magical ones and Kiba making a wall of swords that seemingly blunted the majority of the explosion.

Walking over to the ditch where I saw the Riser get launched, I could see he was already crawling back to his feet with his clothes having been burnt and shredded from the explosion and as I looked over to Ravel, I got a quick glimpse of her breasts as she quickly healed whatever wounds she had from the explosion.

"Big Brother he has to be exhausted after that! Get him!" She cheered and I wanted to deadpan that other than using like a quarter of my magic I was perfectly fine, but Riser seemed to take her words to heart and roared as he flew towards in the hopes of besting me in melee combat.

"Alright, I am done with this fight," I said with my soft voice only reaching Riser and the audience and then my uncovered Boosted Gear hand grabbed Riser by his throat as I boosted my reaction speed as high as I could and then I absent-mindedly slammed the High-Class Devil on the ground as I scanned through his body and copied over his Phenex bloodline as you never know, being able to heal after being decapitated by surprise could prove useful.

Then came my magnum opus... I first twisted his spinal nerves like a pretzel so he couldn't move and then I went about switching all his hormones, lengthening his hair, and then Ravel screamed as from the already shirtless chest of Riser Phenex, 'her' once manly pectoral muscles lost their definition and began to stretch as Riser Phenex officially became a full-blown woman with fully functional ovaries and everything.

Hell, I wasn't even cruel and in the stunned silence as everyone stared gobsmacked at me genderbending my foe, I actually made sure Riser's face and whole body morphed to fit her now very feminine figure as I made her facial structure very close to the pictures I was shown of her voluptuous mother.

"Congratz Riser Phenex. The operation was a success. You are a fully functional female... Scratch that I made your ovaries with the fertility of a rabbit in heat, you are going to be so popular with the noble families that want a piece of the Phenex Bloodline." I said cheerfully but then I was greeted not with the screech of the stunned Riser who was hysterically checking her body.

Nope I was met with the full-bodied hug of Rias who picked me up and began spinning me around as she cheered at 'winning' as a woman couldn't be expected to marry another woman and produce noble heirs. Not that the devil government gave a damn about same sex fun, they just wanted people with bloodline abilities to actually make heirs and not waste their time.

"Riser Phenex has been withdrawn from the Rating Game at the behest of his... Her mother. This Rating game goes to Rias Gremory and all bets and wagers will be pushed forward in my name of Grayfia Lucifuge!" Grayfia's voice range out as white light filled out visions and we were teleported out of the rating games sub dimension.
