8 Adjucas ... you're strong
(Yamamoto POV)
I could feel the spiritual pressure of a Hollow that has entered Soul Society. It's been ... now that I think about it, I have never fought a Hollow. Strange, are they avoiding me? Why would they do that? Eh? it doesn't matter. I'll get to see a strong one this time. I don't use any movement speed and just casually run towards the Hollow.
After about three minutes I reach the place and see a strange Hollow. It is a giant toad-like creature with elongated arms which reach almost to the ground. His forelimbs end in large claws, while his legs are much shorter. Ikomikidomoe does not have a visible neck; instead, his head is an extension of his body. His forehead is covered in hexagonal markings, while a structure extends from his nose back across its cheeks, ending in large circles just beside the hexagonal markings. A long beard extends from beneath his small Hollow Mask.

I feel the Hollow's intent and desire. It hungers for souls to devour. It is looking for power and surprisingly it has the perfect power to reach his dream.
"Come Shinigami! Let me devour you all and help me reach the peak!", the Hollow was screaming.
A few souls dressed in ninja outfits were trying to fight against the Hollow but with no luck. On the contrary, they were helping it grow stronger. The Hollow has the potential of limitless evolution through consuming the power of other beings; namely by endlessly accumulating the full Reiatsu of any of his countless victims. I believe I know this Hollow.
This should be the Adjucas whose name was taken away by Ichibe and then renamed Ikomikidomoe. He was sealed into a Zanpakuto by Oetsu Nimaiya. But I believe this one will have a different fate from the original. I am far too eager to see whether it can give me a good fight. Although ... I hold little hope.

The Adjucas made short work out of all the Onmitsukidō who surprisingly already existed. Not only that, he swallowed them and their entire Reiatsu and grew more powerful. It seems like he noticed that he wasn't able to grow more powerful in Hueco Mundo and then came here for sustenance. But I do wonder how he found out about the Soul King.
"RAAAAA", the Adjucas roared and then turned to Yamamoto.
"You're next."

A tick mark appeared on Yamamoto's face and he began to grind his teeth in frustration. This f*cker dared. That's it he thought, he was going to create a hair growth skill or something like that. He already tried but it wasn't possible. For some reason, no hair would grow. But he was sure that he could create a skill that would give him hair. He contemplated this and didn't notice that the Hollow used this moment to attack him.
The Hollow's fist impacted Yamamoto's body and sent him crashing into the ground. But the Adjucas wasn't finished yet, he stomped on Yamamoto's body again and again and then even fired a point-blank Cero at him. He wasn't sure why he was doing this. It felt like going overboard, but his instincts warned him of this man. That's why the Adjucas attacked for a few minutes and only then stopped. He looked at his work but then was surprised.
Yamamoto got out of the big crater that had formed, without so much as a scratch. Only his clothes were damaged. Yamamoto patted himself off to remove the dust and then looked at the Adjucas.
"Adjucas ... you're strong.", he said with a deadpanned face.
"I'll kill you and then consume you!!! You will be a stepping stone to devour the Soul King! Do you understand?!"
"The soul king? Who's that?"
"RAAAHHH!!"
The Hollow attacked again and tried to hit me with his massive fist. But before the fist made contact, I grabbed it and stopped him. This alarmed the Hollow and he used a movement technique to move back. This must be Sonido, the movement of the Hollows. Quite interesting. Maybe I should learn this as well. After a moment of just standing there, the Hollow decided to go against his instincts, which warned him of danger and attack once more. I assume he must have felt danger because I just wanted to punch him.
He begins to gather Reiatsu and forms a red ball in front of his mouth. He is powering up his Cero with as much power as he can. I can only assume that he believes his instincts to have been a fluke or something like that. But that wouldn't really make sense, since he is like a beast. So they should listen to their instincts no? I watch as the Cero gets bigger and bigger until it is about as big as my body. Then he fires it.
'Cero: Extinguir'
A massive red beam of destructive power approaches me. I'm pleasantly surprised at this much power and grab the handle of ACE.
"Yo, Adjucas ... hehe.", I unsheath ACE. Holding the sword in my right hand, I imbue it with Haoshoku Haki and then swing ACE horizontally, creating a powerful Haki-imbued slash attack to strike the Cero.
"Kamusari!"

The Haki imbued slash cuts through the Cero-like paper and reaches the Adjucas in an instant. Like a hot knife through butter, the slash passes through the Hollow and splits him into two parts. I sheathed ACE and then watched what would happen. I was interested in whether he would regenerate or die because I did hit his head. And I believe that hitting the head can't be recovered, right? Or was it just their masks?
I watch the Adjucas slowly regenerate and after a few minutes, he stands back in front of me with his imposing figure. Its Reiatsu began to surge forth and rise as his anger also increased. Normally this would be beyond the current Yamamoto, but I am not the normal Yamamoto Shigekuni. I have far surpassed him.
"So you survived that. Impressive indeed. However, it would seem ... that I didn't punish you enough."
"RAAAAHHHHH", the beast screams its lungs out and goes through a power-up that makes its muscles bulge even more. It grows and then attacks me. The increase in size comes at a price in the form of a decrease in speed. I easily move out of the way and appear right next to its head.
"What's wrong? Your attack didn't reach me.", I say and then move back again. This time I want to try out another attack. It's been a while since I could use this move.
I unsheath ACE again and hold it in my right hand. I point ACE down and begin to infuse my Haki into it. Busoshoku and Haoshoku Haki are imbued and I prepare for the Hollow to attack. I make sure that I don't imbue too much otherwise, I might destroy too much of the Serieitei.
The Adjucas is once again in front of me and punches with all of its strength. I can see the reinforcement of Hierro and Reiatsu. I grab ACE with both hands and bring it back.
"Normal Series: Normal Haki Sl-"
"Stop!!", someone interrupts me just as I'm about to use my attack. But the Hollow doesn't stop and its fist hits me. I am flung away like a ragdoll. When my body finally stops, I just lie there for a moment before standing back up. I use Shunpo and arrive back at the place where the mysterious ... monk stands in front of the Adjucas.
"Oh, you're back already? That was an impressive display there. You are quite strong. But I'm afraid I can't let you kill this Hollow. It has consumed far too many souls. Killing it would upset the balance of the world."
"Aha."
"Just a moment please.", the man says and takes the big calligraphy brush from his back. He then activates his Zanpakuto. He swings the brush in front of him in a half circle that leaves a black ink line.
"Blacken: Ichimonji."
The Adjucas is in the process of attacking the man when the monk activates his Shikai and splashes the Hollow with the ink. The Hollow instantly stops his movement. The monk has a disgusting look on his face. The smile would creep anyone out.
Then he swings his brush again and the blade, turns back into a brush, but this time, the ink isn't black but white.
"Shin'uchi: Shirafude Ichimonji."
After that, the monk begins to write Japanese calligraphy in the air. The name that it turns out to be ... is Ikomikidomoe (已己巳己巴). After that is done, the monk touches the Hollow and it disappears. After that, the monk turns towards me and looks me in the eyes. I don't change my expression. I am not happy that he stopped me from using my move but I also don't care enough about it to be angry.
"Haha, first let me introduce myself. I am Ichibe Hyosube also called Manako Osho, the Monk who calls the true name. It is nice to meet you, Yamamoto Shigekuni.", the monk says with a big grin.
"Yeah, cool. See you later.", I say and turn around.
"Hahaha, wait for a moment."
"Hm? What is it?"
"Aren't you curious about me?", he asks me.
"No, why? Should I be curious?"
"Well, normally people are curious about me. You are the first one that isn't."
"I see. Well, I'll go then.", I say and walk away. I have an idea of what skill to create. I just read the manhwa. That could be cool.

(Ichibe POV)
Yamamoto Shigekuni, what an interesting man you are. I wonder what your Zanpakuto will be called. I can see that you are powerful. And the sword at his hips is also quite powerful. ACE ... what a weird name. That attack he was about to unleash was powerful enough to decimate the surroundings and he didn't even seem to be trying. He will make a good protector of Reio in the future. I'll just have to make sure he won't step out of bounds. I'll see later what his Zanpakuto is called.
Now I should get back to have Oetsu forge our dear Adjucas into a Zanpakuto and seal him. We wouldn't want others to get their hands on him. And now that Oetsu is finished with the creation of the Asauchis it will be a new era for the Shinigami and Soul Society. I have to get back and oversee the possible changes that this might bring.

(3rd Person POV)
As Yamamoto was walking back to his home, he saw that there was a commotion going on. The entire Seireitei seemed to be flocking to this place for some reason. Yamamoto wanted to get a better look. In the last couple of years, Yamamoto created a skill, called [Hairstyle replication: Rank D - 1'000 SP]. Yeah, he wanted to have hair and this was the best way to go about it. He could change the way his hair looked. He chose to look like Bang from OPM. It was a good look and he enjoyed the future moustache. He thought it was either that or Gol D. Roger. But he could choose any sort of hairstyle he wanted.
He saw that there was a new invention by someone from the Zero Division himself. The Asauchi. If you wanted to get access to one, you had to have enough Reiatsu. And to make sure you had enough, you were expected to go through a test. You had to form your Reiatsu and that would then be measured. Yamamoto was interested in getting his Asauchi and then Zanpakuto.
So he stepped in line and waited for his turn. After about one hour of watching it was his turn and he had to step on a small platform where a Shinigami was waiting to measure his Reaitsu.
"Release your Reiatsu as much as you can. If you're not capable of that, then you won't get an Asauchi, as it is necessary to have enough Reiatsu to imprint your Essence into the Asauchi."
