-----Toki Stages-----

-First Stage: Allows the user to awaken their natural toki to coat their body or objects attached to or touching their body. This is primarily instinctual.

-Second Stage: Can coat objects in toki to strengthen certain aspects of them depending on the user's control. Can also move toki around the body to strengthen certain senses or muscles. This allows the user to use toki in its most efficient form if they have the control of understanding to do so. The user can also coat objects with toki and not have the energy dissipate the moment they stop touching it. This works well with throwing weapons.

-Third Stage: This is primarily the stage where one can create objects out of toki, like armor, floating swords, etc. Not all people can reach this stage since it required a certain quantity of toki reserves. This is also the stage where most people are finally able to use martial styles and manuals since it is also the stage where their control and toki reserves reach the required amount for most martial styles. However, some are able to use martial styles earlier.
