In a world where people are born with two special traits that give them some abilities and even superpowers, Aleph was born with only one trait for some reason. However, he dreams of living another life in a different world... a past that he didn't know was true or just an illusion. Thanks to those dreams, he becomes self-aware of his situation much quicker than the others. He is a war orphan, and eventually, when he is able to work, he becomes a slave for people he didn't even know and who sent his parents to their deaths. He is forced to live that kind of life for many years without any choice. At first, Aleph thought that his trait would be useless... some people can run super fast while others have super strength, but he can only heal a bit quicker than the others. His way of thinking changes as he begins to work, and his traits start to level up. Not only that, but his body also starts to become stronger in response to all the work that he does. His trait not only heals him but can also repair his body and make it stronger afterward. With that new knowledge, Aleph decides to train for many years to become strong enough to free himself. But when his chance is finally approaching, he learns that the world is in chaos. Wars never stop, and thousands of people die with each battle. No matter where he goes, death and battles will chase him. In a world like that, he can't just become strong enough to free himself—he has to become strong enough to make real change.
