69th Dawn - Internship to Babysitting

Dumbfounded at this chance meeting, I completely forget the fact that this beauteous brunette before me now is a noble, and consequently, fail to give a proper greeting.

With my mouth slightly agape and a finger pointed at Collette, I just stand there and ignore Alexander's futile attempt to make me snap out of it. He's practically sending me his brain signals, trying to pop my bubble of stupefaction through his tauntingly intense stare. First impression is everything for this perfectionist instructor of mine, after all. Fortunately, Collette mirroring my reaction saved me from earning my instructor's ire.

"Ms. Lillian, what a pleasant surprise!" she beamed in evident delight.

"It's been a while, Lady Collette. Oh, and good day to you," I greeted last minute, making a small curtsy all the while.
