my favourite completed novel on this site and second only to mother of learning . I read a lot so being my second favourite book is really impressive . the best part about this novel is the character growth and that everyone has a believable motivation. go read it you will not be disappointed .

Overall a good novel, I read chapter 36 and stopped, the reason is MC. It frustrates me that a good novel without a good hero is just nonsense. Imagine with me that the hero is mentally disturbed from the side of heaven, and every chapter reminds us that it is heaven, or bad luck, and the hero is like a three-year-old child, feels warm to everyone who treats him well and has justification for killing disgusting and trusts everything, just smile at him he will tell you this person Ok I feel warmth in my heart for him... If the author had modified the hero from the beginning the story would have been good. So much so that the MC doesn't get close to anyone because he's afraid to kill them.

I didn't know how to even respond tho its been over a year since i have installed webnovel anyway the author is right he never called gravis a "good" person but he never called him "bad" a one either i know this story is in the perspective of a cultivator and i understand that culvators view human lives to be as cheap as dirt and i dont care when gravis kills cultivators especially at his cultivation realm bcs its guaranteed that they killed thousand of people but i hate it when he kills mortals sure alot of human mortals are bad people but he kills them without even trying to not hurt the one's who didn't do anything worthy of such cruelty. now the second point the author misunderstood what i said about mortis i said that gravis said that mortis was "kind" or has some "kindness" in him but maybe im remembering wrong bcs its been a few weeks since that chapter came out but lets be honest mortis is not good and is not kind i dont even know how to describe him unlike gravis which i view as a monster(through the perspective of someone who tries to be a decent person even if sometimes i do and say stupid things). third point the author was right i did confuse being happy and being a good person and to be honest(this might be cheesy) for me being bieng happy is also being a good person its just how i was raised and again it is my perspective good work author, even tho you probably didn't mean it you made me realise alot about perspective great novel!!! and i hope that after this novel you will continue with other works ( i still hate gravis tho)

This is without a doubt one of the better books on this site. Story-wise it is interesting right from the beginning. The pacing is excellent and the concept of the story is refreshingly unique. The writing quality is on point. There is little anyone could say to argue the negative. The grammar and spelling are tight. The formating is structured in a that makes reading easy and the overall quality of English is excellent. The story has enough chapters that new readers don't even have to think about update stability and continuing readers are given the content they crave. The story development is on point. It flows well and nothing feels "grindy", gritty or stagnant. The characters are well fleshed out and refreshingly human. There are no cardboard cutouts to be found here. The Mc is interesting, faces constant minor and major challenges that make him interesting and has enough depth that you aren't reading about a potato with plot armour. And as for world building, the Author handles it with a finesse that makes learning about the world apart of the journey and not just info dump that the Mc has to wade through on his path to power. Over all the story seems amazing.

As a warning before you read this review: this is the first time I am writing and posting a review on any webnovel, so my rating will be based off of what I feel is a good score compared to other novels on this site. Let us start with ”writing quality”. There is not much to say about the quality of the writing except for the fact that it’s much better than some other novels on this site. Of course there is the occasional misspelling and such, but I still feel like it deserves a 5/5 in this category. Next up is ”update stability”. I have not been following this novel since it was first released, but it should have been about half a year since I caught up. From what I remember, this novel has had a consistent release of 2 chapter at exactly (from my calculations) 5:00 am GMT plus minus a few minutes. Solid 5/5. Third is ”story developement”. If I could rate this without limit, this category would be a 10/5. If you are caught up you know exactly what I mean, especially with the most recent non-premium chapter. The story is smooth like butter and also drags you in easily. Since one of the main character’s traits are ”no plot armor” the story does not seem to be custom made for him. You can clearky see that the flow of the story is made, not to be concenient, but to make sense. So far I have found no plot holes and everything just falls together when explained afterwards. I would want to say that this would be impossible without the identity of the main antagonist, but that in itself also makes sense to why it is that way. All the characters have a reason for what they are doing, and the way they act feels natural in those scenarios. Without a doubt, 5/5. Now we have ”character design”. I would be lying if I said this was perfect, because I feel like it isn’t. The problem is surprisingly not part of the main cast; it’s not even an important character. My problem with the character design is the less important side characters. It’s not even that they are poorly made, it’s just subjective. The main cast and the side characters are all great. Even the random vendor att the side of the street is amazingly made. My problem is how the theme of the novel affects some of the more important characters. Since it is a spoiler I will just mention how it just feels wrong to use the characters as tokens for drama. On another note: although the main character might seem childish in the beginning, he does develope a lot when he starts experiencing the world the internal conflict also makes it so much better. In all honesty I want to give this category a 4.5/5, but since that is not possible I have rounded it up to a 5/5. ”World background”, or how I interpreted it, ”world building” is a no brainer for this novel. Because of the theme and the main character’s background, this category is a make or break for me (and probably a lot of other people). We first get to know how the system of this novel works, and then get to experience it first hand. It’s unique, but also familiar. It’s weird, but also simple. Seeing is believing, and I am now a believer. Strong 5/5. Overall: a great novel. Easy to read and follow, consistent releases and a constant suspence between the main character and the Heavens. Highly recommended to read at least 50 chapters before deciding if you like it or not. Thank you author for this amazing piece of art!

this is a superb webnovel, and it is some of the best work ive ever read. ive always been interested in fantasy cultivation type worlds, and this just seems to capture it perfectly. the author has an amazing mind for creativity, and i am so thankful to be able to say that i have read this.

I love Lightning is the only way, usualy i don't like the cultivation genre but warmasaich novel is the best novel i have read it's completely diferent from the usual cultivation novels, if you still haven't read it then you should, you will not be disapointed.

I never give 5 stars for anything but from when I started reading this book until the end I bought priv and read every chap almost on release completely unable to stock up chapters even. The story is great, the characters are great, and the world is fantastically built. There are some not so happy go lucky moments in the book as well which really bring out the happy times when they do happen. The concept of the book of child of strongest man alive, enemy of heaven is so inventive and well done that it's incredible. The design of world building elements is also just astoundingly done. I just finished this novel in its' entirety and I can say it's probably the best book on WebNovel. Will update if I ever find better. I can't recommend this one enough.

Now that I finished this, I do not know what to do with myself. It is just one of those stories that leave you both fulfilled and empty when finished. It was so captivating most of my free time was spent reading this. This was one of the best and most unique novels that I have read.

Great novel. Good story, good characters, satisfying ending. Everything is there. The written English is good and not annoying to read. There are plenty of moments that will drag you into the story emotionally. The pacing of the story is solid. The only major complaint I have is many things are over explained however I know some people like that and for those people like me who don't want to read the details of why the math worked out or other such things, those portions are easy to scroll through quickly without losing bits of the story. Great novel

What can I say. If you are a cultivation fan, then this is for you. The author has clear writing. They characters are fleshed out and the world building is good.

this book is hilarious the times I laughed and cried are numerous some characters stay forever in your mind and wil do so long after you stopped reading and some are like flies you forget when you read it's a masterpiece
