*A month later*

-Ye Xinghan's courtyard-

A tall burly man was squinting his eyes as he looked at an ugly boy who was swinging sickle in both hands under a tree.

The burly man occasionaly punched the tree to make the leaves fall again and again.

*swing* *swing* *swing*

The ugly boy gritted his teeth before finally fall exhausted and collapsed.

"Huft.. Huft.. Huft.. How much is it?" Gyuutarou asked while gasping breath as he sprawled his body under the tree.

"This time, its ten." Head Servant Feng said while he looked at the fallen leaves.

"Ten huh? I guess its not bad." Gyuutarou smirked while he looked at his trembling hands. He could feel the improvement inside his body.

"A month ago you can't even hit a single leaf. But now, you perfectly sliced ten leaves. That is incredible." Head Servant Feng smiled and praised the boy.

What makes Head Servant Feng really liked this boy was because he is really diligent and persistent.

He didn't complain much towards anything and completed his training regardless the difficulity.

'Talent decides the upper limit, while hard work decides the lower limit.' Head Servant Feng commented on his head.

"Incredible?Eventhough I've already broken through 1st star bronze rank, I'm still nothing in front of him... " Gyuutarou lamented and looked towards the other side of the tree.

It was purple haired little boy with seathed sword, standing on top of numerous leaves that was cleanly splitted in half.

There was a bit of sweat on his forehead. But his breathing was still very calm.

It was Ye Xinghan.

"Comparison is the thieves of joy." Ye Xinghan lightly smiled, "Be proud of whatever you did."

The training this time was to hone the instinct, speed, accuracy and the weapon technique of the person.

You have to slash as many leaves as possible within a minute.

Every leaves would be disturbed by the slightest wind when you try to hit them. So, when you hit a leaf, the trajectory of other leaves will change.

Even of you managed to hit them, you wouldn't necessarily able to split them.

That's why the learning curves of this training was really high.

In the past month, other than studying ancient language and alchemist, Ye Xinghan would occasionaly joined Gyuutarou and Ume's training under Head Servant Feng.

"No matter what i do, I will never be proud of myself in front of young master." Gyuutarou said while he closed his eyes and enjoying the breeze.

Ye Xinghan silently looked at the sprawling Gyuutarou. Then, he smiled "Well, maybe there's one more thing that you will never be proud of.. "

"What?" Gyuutarou answered absent-mindedly as he nearly dozed off because he was too exhausted.

Ye Xinghan laughed like a devil and said "Jie jie jie jie.. Maybe someday Ume will be captured by a young master at the academy and getting played thoroughly without you being able to help because you are too weak. It is not something to be proud of doesn't it? Jie jie jie.."

Gyuutarou instantly snap back to reality while screaming, "AAAHHHHHH... LET'S CONTINUE TRAINING."

He immediately sent a powerful kick towards the tree to make the leaves fall and then recklessly swinging the sickles.

Head Servant Feng silently observed Ye Xinghan whose still laughing like a devil.

'He really know how to play with people's heart.'

"Excuse me.. " Ye Xinghan stopped laughing and looked towards the side, it was Maid A. He asked, "What is it?"

"Young master, someone came to look for you." Maid A answered, she continued "He is Xiao Hei from the Winged Dragon Family."

When Ye Xinghan and Maid A arrived, there was already a person in the gazebo sipping a cup of tea. When he noticed Ye Xinghan, he immediately stand up and respectfully cupped his hand.

"Young master Xinghan!" This man is about 30 years old with old fashioned style and mediocre appearance.

In response, Ye Xinghan smiled and nodded.

Ye Xinghan already met him twice this month, he is the messenger from Winged Dragon Family.

"It should be this month's earning right?" Ye Xinghan asked while making his way towards the gazebo.

"Yes, here is the DSC and the report." Xiao Hei nodded and presented a space ring to Ye Xinghan.

Ye Xinghan took the ring and scanned it.

There was almost a million DSC inside this space ring.

Ye Xinghan smiled and asked, "Looks like there's no trouble this month right?"

"Star Restaurant is abnormally quiet eventhough we snatched almost all of their customers." Xiao Hei answered respectfully.

'That's weird. With Sacred Family's way of thinking, there's no way they're letting this go unchecked.' Ye Xinghan silently thought.

Then he told Xiao Hei, "Alright then so be it. Thank you for your hard work. Is there anything else?"

Xiao Hei answered, "Young master. Our patriarch has come back a week ago, thus upon learning the relationship between us, he wanted to meet you."

"Maybe next time. You can go back." Ye Xinghan nonchalantly replied and waves his hand.

But, Xiao Hei still fidgeting on the spot. Ye Xinghan noticed this and asked, "If you have something to say, then say it." (Quite cocky for a kid huh)

Xiao Hei whispered something to Ye Xinghan.

Ye Xinghan eyes brightened, he turned to Maid A and said, "Call cousin Ye Ziyun, tell her we will catch a fish."

"A big one!"
