1 Glory City

On the colossal St. Ancestral Mountain range, sunlight shined through the gap between the mountains into the deep canyons.

On its valley, stood a magnificent city.

This city is called Glory City, and it is a symbol of hope for humanity.

Center of the city, Snow Wind's branch family courtyard.

A few kids are playing and chasing each other. Giggle and laughter could be heard from time to time, but if one is familiar with them, they will surely notice the slightly depressing mood.

"I wonder when will young master recover from his injury."

A chubby kid asked guiltily.

"Lets hope that he will recover as soon as possible. If not, we will beaten to death by our father."

The one who replied him was a dark skinned kid.

"Damn fatty, if only you were slightly capable. All of this won't happen."

A skinny boy pointing his finger at the chubby kid, blaming him for what happened.

"sorry...", the fatty whimper.

"Stop it. All of this is thanks to Elder Ye Xiao's kindness that we escaped the calamity. Eventhough we're only lowly servant's kids, he show us such mercy."

The only girl in the group suddenly said, interrupting the two kids.

"Yeah, its no wonder that the young master is so kind. Its because he is learning from his father, Elder Ye Xiao." said the dark skinned kid.

"Umm, i suddenly miss the young master. How about we visit him?" The chubby kid suddenly said.

And the remaining kids agreeing with him to visit their young master. Just when they started walking towards Ye Xinghan's room...

"STOP THERE YOU BRATS"

A booming voice sounded, making the kids jump in fright.

""""H-h-head servant Feng..."""" said the kids as they nearly piss on their pants.

A bulky figure appeared in front of them. He is a tall man with healthy complexion, wearing a classic brown ancient servant robe. There is a big scar on his face, extending from his middle of forehead to the right jaw, making his face looks scary. Stern expression could be seen on his face as he looked at the kids in front of him.

"Where are you going?"

"We want to visit young master."

"OUCH, head servant why did you hit us??" as the kids shouted because their heads is now swollen.

"Haven't you guys cause enough trouble already? Go back to your parents or i will go there myself."

"Y-yes sir!" said the kids as they run off.

Head servant Feng watched their back as they run away while sighing in his heart. In fact, he is the one who feel the most guilt compared to anyone else.

As a 1-star gold rank fighter, he was more than qualified to became the core guard of the main family. The reason why he stayed in this branch family was because he was saved by Elder Ye Xiao when he was young. Then, he vowed to himself that he would dedicated his life to repay the favor.

Initially, he was arranged to guard Ye Xiao. But because of Ye Xiao really busy doing business, finally Feng was assigned to be a head servant, overseeing the house as well as trains the young talents.

"My subordinate failure, is also my failure." He lamented.

"It has been 2 weeks since the incident..."

-Inside Ye Xinghan's bedroom-

Dim light shined through the gap of curtain, the whole room filled with herbal scents. Those with little bit of knowledge will surely know that these scents came from a lot of expensive herbs.

On top of the bed, lay a 7-years old boy. He has soft purple hair and delicate features. He looked like a living doll with soft and pale skin. It can be seen that when he grows up, he will be an extremely handsome man.

But right now, he was frowning from time to time, seemingly having a nightmare.

After a while, Ye Xinghan slowly opened his eyes. He couldn't help being confused by the scene in front of him.

"Where am i?" Ye Xinghan quetly asked himself as he scanned the room he was in.

The room has ancient chinese style structure, mainly made of woods that look very sturdy. While the room didn't look luxurious, it was by no means simple either. There were a lot of medicine bowls on the either side of the bed, making the room quite stuffed.

As he look around the room in confusion, he realized that his sight is a lot worse than before.

He was utterly shocked as he realized that his hands became smaller and his skin became a lot more tender.

"Wait, what just happened?" He remembered being chased and attacked by an Admiral and numerous other marines.

As his consciousness blurred because he took a mortal blow from the Admiral, he suddenly found himself woke up in this room.

"I was actually transmigrated, again?" Ye Xinghan muttered as he pinched himself. The clear pain told him that this wasn't a dream. Suddenly, something rolled on his side.

It was a fruit with the shape of pepper. The color was yellow and it has circular pattern all over its surface.

"PIKA PIKA NO MI?" Ye Xinghan immediately recognized what the fruit was. He couldn't believe that the fruit was transmigrated along with him.

After he calmed himself from the shocking occurence he just experienced, Ye Xinghan drifted into his distant memory.

It was like sword hanging by the neck, waiting to chop off the head at the moment notice.

Still, he had modern knowledge that made him strike a jackpot. Becoming chef for a well-known pirate crew, Rocks Pirate. But that didn't change the fact that he was weak, very very weak. He was just barely managed to awaken hakis, a specialty only available for the common folk in One Piece.

Don't misunderstand, he was very diligent. Creating an inhuman training regime, fighting countless small pirates. But all of that still couldn't satisfy his hunger for power. That's why he thought of an alternative, a logia devil fruit. A devil fruit that was only limited by the capabilites of the user, in other words, it has infinity potential.

That is Pika-Pika no mi.

As long as he managed to reach the speed of light, all of the people should forget to touch even the corner of his clothes. That was what he thought.

Ye Xinghan then concocted a scheme, using every resource availabe for him. Underworld, all of his savings, and all of the connection he had. It was all to get that fruit.

But, of all the things he considered. He made a single miscalculation, the envy inside human heart.

That was the ultimate reason he fell at the hands of admiral.

"Sigh, i was indeed immature." Ye Xinghan smiled wryly at himself. Well, he was not that old when the accident happened. And it teach him a very painful lesson.
