1 A moment of beautiful sunset

Everything has come to the end of her life. For almost of her life she have really wanted to become a doctor and tomorrow will be her final exam. How could her life get twisted and changed drastically 360 degree. It was him Ben, who asked her out for lunch yesterday. They have planned to have a lunch at the food court near the beach.

She have never imagine her life to be like this, to have herself being with stranger in a wonderful cruise as huge as titanic. Until now, she still felt terrible and cannot fully understand about how her mind easily chose those actions that turn out have ruined all her hard work for the past 5 years. She even starve and worked part-time for the tuition fees. But now, she was sitting in luxury bedroom which continuesly moving and getting far away from the examination hall.

Yes! It is tomorrow, It is only less than 5 hours before her final examination to get her MBBS and get the license to perform something that she have done yesterday. Although she capable on doing it, yet she is still not qualified as a medical practitioner.

She was sitting with Ben near the beach yesterday on the evening. Because they went to buy some pen and a lot of fruit with a lot of arguments in the middle. They have reached the beach when it is almost sunset. As usual, they will sit somewhere in the beach facing the beautiful scenary.

"Stella, what's wrong?", Ben curious and asked the girl next to him. She looked different since he picked up her with his car this morning. They are about to get out from the black honda but suddenly Ben show his palm towards Stella phone. "I found this phone make you feel distracted" Ben talk in such a good manner and gentleman. Stella realised that the man in front of him was right so she give him her phone. Ben took out his own phone and put both of them in the dashboard.

Stella immediately get out of the car with her cute sling bag. It was Ben who give her that bag for her birthday during their first year in the university. Stella have carry it whenever she go for almost 5 years. Ben noticed it and watched Stella innocent look and his gaze focus on her bag. Stella understood his intention and clumsily replied "there is nothing to disturb me in this bag, it just make up". She really have no idea how to hide anything from Ben. "make up?, okay" Ben realize she just don't feel comfortable for him to buy her a lot of thing. He know that she don't even have a lipstick in that bag, he guessed it may be small note, pen, scissors and the most important thing is her wallet. She must decide to pay for the food herself again.

Ben smile lovingly as he saw Stella have been reach at the food stall near the beach. Actually it is quite far away from place they will go later, you cannot really see if there have a person nearby the beach from here. Because the car park located at the food Court area and it was about sunset to appear. Stella grab something affordable which is two corn and a bottle of mineral water and walking towards Ben who are still behind her.

"Let's go to watch sunset first" Stella give him the food. Ben nodded and take them, then he change his direction going backwards and follow her to the place there used to hang out with their best friends.

They sit on the sand because it was very clean there. Normally, not a lot of people will go on that side because it quite far away from the crowd. In fact, there have rumours about people death and missing every years without any trace left behind. They both heard about it but it just hard for them to believe as these place have been their spot for the past 5 years. Its really beautiful here and nothing bad actually really happened until now.

However, this is the first time they are being there together only two of them. Usually, they will be 5 or 7 of them and sometimes even more. That the reason why Stella felt a bit awkward today but it just temporary. They used to be a very good friend.

As they enjoy the beautiful scenery of the sunset Stella look around and noticed it was very silent and did not see anyone except the man beside her. She felt a little bit scary and look at Ben from his side angle. Ben smiling because he immediately know how the girl that he secretly love feel right now. He turn his head towards her and scare her instead of that. Stella was totally shocked and frightened and almost screaming out very loud. It was very unexpected for her as she was charmed by his good looking just now. The food on her grasp was thrown away.

Ben felt a bit guilty as he look at her lovely girl face turn pale. Her heart was still palpitated very quick and her hand got tremor. Ben did not expected Stella will react like that otherwise it just a small joke there use to treat each other. But Stella reaction seem like quite exaggerated as she saw a ghost. Her gaze toward the sea and her hand point to the sea. "There's someone under the water" Stella speak clearly but sound frightened.

Ben look carefully and realise that there was hand coming from the sea. It quite far as the hand look very small but it seems like that person do not know how to swim. He remember how good Stella in swimming as he heard her friend told him although he had never seen her doing it. However it was still dangerous as the sea wave can turn aggressive anytime.

He was about to tell Stella do not go there as he could expect her intention. Unfortunately, Stella was swimming under the water sea reaching the person who look like suffocated in the sea. Watching the girls already swimming reaching the strangers in the blink of eyes Ben really feel really suffocating right now.

Stella grasp his hand and take him with her embrace. It was very soft and very small. He was a boy, Stella know it was a boy as she found his short hair who maybe around 3 years old based on his body size. Her mind cannot ignore to suspicious how could this boy is suddenly here. However, saving his live is the most important thing to do right now. It was just a kid so it easy to brought him to the land by herself. Ben who was running towards them and almost get into the water stop as he found Stella was carrying a boy within her arm.

It is look like a mother carrying her child. Ben was amazed with the atmosphere, he mind was going somewhere in the future for a while thinking how Stella definitely can really be a good wife and a loving mother. The boy coughing, Stella was doing Cpr just now, she was very fast when it comes to saving people live although she was not yet a doctor. Ben quickly back to reality. It not that he was not alert about the emergency situation right now. He just charmed by the mother loving attitude played in front of him for a moment just now.

As the kid coughing and vomited clear water, he then slowly open her eyes. He look very cute, his eyelashes and a pair of aquamarine eyes was stunning although he look very pale and exhausted. By looking at his face and attire Ben know that this kid must be child of not an ordinary person like Stella. He also sure that Stella may have no idea about this child identity. It just her natural habit to help anyone needed especially when it come to emergency situation like this.

He remembered 3 years ago there was an accident in the road and she get out from his car after insisted him to stop nearby. She immediately call the ambulance and told the crowd do not move the victim or even touch him. The man look stable and no bleeding but he can't move his leg. As soon as the ambulance arrives the paramedic found out there have fracture on his leg and brought the men to hospital immediately after properly support the broken leg bone.

Ben immediately take out his phone from his pocket but damn it. He left their phone in the car, now he felt like he have done mistake by that. Ben look at Stella who continuesly monitore the kid pulse rate using her palm. She also make a physical examination like a real doctor. Ben know that this kid may not more in dangerous situations however he still need to be admitted to hospital especially he is only about 3 years old boy.

Stella know that Ben felt not sure to leave her alone with the boy there otherwise it getting dark. He was about to bring both of them to go to the crowd nearby the food court to get help. Sometimes the kids will gasping in his breath make it will be harder for him. So Stella decide to watch the boy there herself as Ben goes to call for help "you should run now and get help, it will be faster and most effective, I'll watch him".

Ben still doubt about it in his mind but looking at her eyes, he know she really mean it. He run as fast as possible and reach at his car first and immediately call ambulance. The food court was just a few meter, he was going to get somebody from there too but he getting worried leaving the girl and the kid alone just now.

He looked frustrated and almost regret with his actions just now. Fortunately, a few men just coming out of their car parking beside his car. They notice how bad and worried Ben look right now. One of them was generously and ask him politely "hey brother, what's wrong?" Ben turn his head and it was him Alex, Dr Alex with his friends. There just arrived there to get some food maybe as it was the best spot nearest the hospital. Ben know the ambulance will be here very soon but then having them together make he feel better.

They immediately reach where he had left Stella and the mysterious kid after he explained what had just happened. They was fast but it was strange, there is nobody there. Besides, there have not even any traces. Even the corn and a bottle of mineral dissappear. "Are sure it was here" one of dr Alex friends asking with disbelief.

Ben shock and confused, it was not half an hour or maybe it just about 10 to 15 minutes ago. If they really go somewhere, they should bump to each other because they have no other way except the sea but it is impossible. A moment of beautiful sunset have just dissappear and now it is really getting dark. His mind also turn out black, he never expected something tragic like this really happened. Stella have been missing.
