1 Reincarnation or Transmigration
I've always had a thing for violence as a was growing up, be it picking fights with the largest person from my school or trying to beat up any bullies I could find, every step of my life involved some sort sort of fight, and eventually this lead to me becoming a professional fighter. Although my life was full of a chaos I enjoyed every little bit of it, as my relationship with my family, lover and close friends stopped me from going down the wrong path of self-destruction. However, deep down I knew that a peaceful life was never for me, either die fighting or die protecting my loves one was what I wanted. But now I'm just an old man of seventy years waiting for the years to take me.

As I am walking pass the the dark street to return home from my late night jog, I spot an alleyway to my right that seem to warrant a closer look. As I go closer to it I see a man with a gun quietly telling a woman to give him her bag and the woman resisting, as the women sees me I put my finger near my mouth to let her know not to not make any indication that I'm there.
I quietly walk closer to him to take him down, however just as I'm about to reach him and do a choke hold on him, my phone starts to ring alarming the guy to turn around and shoot me in a panic, it hit me in the chest near my heart, but because of the close distance and a sudden adrenaline rush I do a full swing right on his face knocking him out, however not shortly after I fall to the ground bleeding out from my chest wound.
It seems the lady is saying something and calling someone in a panic but everything seems to slow down and become silent, memories of my life start flashing before my eye faster then I could fully comprehend but appreciate at the same time, and then suddenly everything becomes black and I feel nothing.

??? - "Wake up!"
Light suddenly penetrates my eyes as I'm forcefully yanked from the eternal darkness, and become placed at a place that has no directions and no colours except for white.
MC - "Eh, where am I? Didn't I die?" I ask myself.
Out of nowhere a voice encompassing every direction responds.
??? - "Yes you did, however your lucky as you get to choose transmigration or reincarnation, if you pick reincarnation you forget all you memories and start new life with a guaranteed happy life, or if you pick transmigration you get three wishes and be reborn in a random new body"
Adjusting to the new information given I ask.
MC - "So I'm assuming your GOD?"
??? - "Yes, don't ask any questions and pick"
Not understanding much I just accept my situation. Although I worry about my family, I take comfort in the fact that I'm pretty sure that will be able to overcome the pain of losing me, knowing that I died doing something good. I pick transmigration as it seems to be a better option, I mean having a happy life is good and all, but I don't want to forget myself, and the three wishes kind of excite me.
MC - "The three wishes I want are an adaptable body with no limits, fast learning speed in anything I do and a system or sort that can help me"
I knew a bit about a system as I read a fanfiction once when I was younger about reincarnation, and the main guy getting wishes and how it helped him, although vague I knew that a system would be helpful. Also although a lot of people would've picked something more powerful, I just wanted to become the perfect fighter without using any broken cheats in my new life if possible.
??? - "Your wishes will be weaken and you will be transmigrated to new body... hmmm I see you like fighting, for not being able to fulfil your wishes fulling because of the restraints of the world you will be going to, I will gift you the ability to use Ki without any limitation, have fun"
Before I could ask anymore questions or even thank it I start free falling into darkness then suddenly wake up in a hospital room.

Back at the white space, the entity suddenly contemplated.
??? - "Hmmm, I might've given him an overpowered ability for such a world, oh well not my problem anymore"
