Starting of a new life

June 21st, it was a rainy day and I was outside trying to buy some supper. But as fate would have it the store I was planning on going to was closed. So I went to the bus stop to catch a ride back home. When I reach the bus stop, what I saw then made my heart drop. The bus stop was near a busy road but a kid was running through the road for whatever reason. I turned to my right only to see what seems to be the headlights of the bus due to the extreme rainstorm. I panicked, I made a split second decision of whether to run out and save the kid or to just stand there and pray for the child's safety. That's when my guiltyness caught me. I mean how could I leave a kid to his demise. So I ran towards him and pushed him towards the sidewalk. But I was still on the road, when I turned my head the bus was milliseconds away from me that's when my life flashed across my eyes. How could I die, I have yet to find my soul mate but here I am close to death. And so I was hit by the bus and everything just went blank. I didn't want to die but it doesn't seem like I have a choice but I still don't want to accept this rotten fate. But a part of I wasn't sad. I gave up my life in exchange for a younger generation. But still I was enraged by the fact that I had died. Out of nowhere a dim light appeared as if I was at a tunnel. But I couldn't have been in a tunnel there was absolute could surrounding me. I was scared to go forward but I knew I had to, I didn't want to get stuck at this dark place so I marched onward. What I didn't know awaiting before me was a life full of excitement and adventure.
