1 Starting life in the borderlands

It was a normal day for alex cooper when everything went down he was on his way home from work when he heard a loud commotion in the distance. Alex went to go and check it out when he got there a building was on fire he heard a woman yelling that her kids were still in there on the third floor. the firefighters said it was too dangerous to go in and get them when i heard that i got angry at the fact they were too scared to enter the building and get the kids. I had a half filled gallon left from earlier so I wrapped my shirt around my face and poured the water on my body and rushed in the officers at the scene tried to stop me but I dodged them and went in threw a broken window. After that I ran up the stairs to the third floor I was familiar with the building because I used to live there till I got evicted for not being able to pay rent. heard some crying coming from one of the apartments and the door was open so I ran in I was already being burned and coughing I saw two little boys crying in a corner. so I ripped my already burned shirt in half and wrapped it around their faces and carried them in both arms I told them it was going to be okay i'll get them out of there. Just as I got out of the apartment they passed out in my arms and the doorway collapsed I began to run with all my might through the burning corridor and down the stairs my arms were and back were pretty badly burned but I managed to shield the children by the time I got out the building was falling apart yet I managed to get out before it collapsed on us my lungs were hurting pretty bad i managed to get to the ambulance that was waiting at the scene treating the injured. I was on the verge of passing out due to the pain and lack of oxygen yet I walked a couple more feet and gave the kids to the emt's then I passed out. when i woke up i was in white white room wtf where am I couldn't feel anything just then I heard a gruff voice asking me what would I do If I could reincarnate into any game of my choice I didnt really know what to say because I was still shocked that I died he asked me again this time a little annoyed that I ignored him I asked what are the conditions and why am I getting this chance he replied that I had the courage to save those children trapped in the burning building also I was randomly chosen due to my karma and his own entertainment. Hmm well i pick the borderlands universe/god okay that's doable you will get four wishes but they have limits you cannot wish to be immortal or have godlike powers or cheats. Okay I choose to have the skills and life experience of Kuben Blisk also i would like custom pilot suit and titan and a custom loadout comprised of a fully kitted R 301 wingman elite fully kitted and the pilot skills wall hang scavenger and titan hunter/GOD what would the suit do and how would you get your titan in that world/ I want the suit to be red and black with the Apex Predator logo on my helmet chest and back. The suit will have a indestructible digistruct component to digistruct my titan and the suit will have a lightweight bullet proof armor plating and be able to self repair as for the titan i want a custom Monarch titan/GOD what would be the titans abilities of said titan/ I would like for it to have durable armor plating that is highly resistant to all the elements in the borderlands and i would like for the titans AI to be a simulacrum and connected to my helmet lastly i want it to be nuclear powered and be able to have the pilot eject detonation feature from titanfall 2/GOD It is doable but that will take two wishes due the complexity of the titan and armor/Well beggars can't be choosers for my last wish I want to have super regeneration with an adaptable body able to develop elemental resistances. God The super regeneration won't make you immortal you can still be killed if you head is cut off or crushed/ That's completely fine thanks for this chance to live a awesome next life/GOD enjoy your next life make sure to entertain me dont live boring life now/ okay thanks again. After that i woke up with a searing headache naked next to A black box with a fingerprint scanner a flood of memories appeared in front of me like a movie of the bodies previous owner apparently had died to bandits and psychos who live nearby in a base. I chose to avenge the poor bastard who died before I got reincarnated into his body. After that I opened the black box inside it was my suit and weapons I donned the suit and holistered the wingman elite on my right hip then I sheathed my combat knife on my left arm and sheathed another hidden blade in my boot then I put my munitions belt on and put all mags on the left side of the belt after that I put the rest of my ammo in the small pack on top of my boosters then I attached the grapple to my right arm lastly I put the R 301's strap on my shoulder. when I put my helmet on I heard a voice that said welcome pilot starting neural identification done welcome Alex cooper after that I asked if they had a name/AI no i do not pilot/ do you have a prefered gender/ yes pilot I prefer to be known as female/okay how does the name ash sound/sounds fine pilot/that's good to hear also call me alex it would be weird if you keep calling me pilot as we are going to be working together for a while/okay alex just give a mental command if you wish to summon your titan. Okay thanks Ash as I gave the mental comand the digistruct machine in the suit reacted and digistructed my titan it had the same coloration as me and had the Apex Predator logo on the front. Then I got picked up my its hand and got put into the cockpit Initializing neural Interface welcome Alex cooper after all this i noticed it was late so I went to sleep in the titan.
