Terrorist Attack!

Chapter 13

When it was our turn to get out of the car, Barry went out first after telling as to wait until he opens the door for them. Barry want around the car and finally opened the door. I took Sofi's hand and stepped out. Instantly after I step out, the camera started flashing. The reporters asking question left and right. Camera flashes were too horrifying. When I reached place where I would be taking picture. I stood there with Sofi in my hand and we started posing for cameras.

After the picture taking was over, we quickly went inside the stadium where I saw several nobel prize winners and world renowned scientist and mathematician. I was quite surprised to see that there is an enormous crowd above us where viewer seats are located. We went to our seat which was in the very front of the venue bout 3 meters away from the stage. While we were going to our seat, we were greeted by everyone who we passed. After a while of small talks and handshakes later, we finally reached our seat. We waited for all the audience to arrive. While waiting, we were given orange juice and steak. I looked around if the other got what I got but they got wine instead. I appreciate them obeying the law but I wanted to have fun.

After 20 long minutes of waiting, the announcer finally came onto the stage. I knew what was going to happen because this is not my rodeo. The announcer started announcing the awards winner one after another. After announcing all the winners, it was finally my turn.

"We are here today to witness history! The first prize winner of this competition did not only win a prize, he solved the most difficult question that mathematician tiringly tried to solve this equation but today, a 15 years old boy who is known for his genius level literature and his acting skills. Now he is a genius in the field of mathematic. His name is Fan Ming!" The announcer shouted I excitement that the whole building felt the excitement.

*Clap~*

The spotlight was on me so I went up stage to get my reward. I took the reward and went up the podium to give a speech.

"This reward is thanks to…" The ground started shaking and a moment later several man with guns and armored cars showed up.

*Pew~*

They shot their gun and shouted "Get down or die." Everyone instantly got down. Suddenly, one of the guy picked up Sofi and said "Should we keep her?!"

I could see her suffering from the experience. I got really mad and suddenly my anger took control of my body.

Suddenly I went on a rampage. My body first used [Lion's Roar] to intimidate the enemies and I jumped at the guy who was holding Sofi and started hitting him. The others guys with guns started shooting at me. My body instantly reacted by activating [Dragon Scale] and blocking all the bullets by covering myself with dragon scale. I dashed toward the other men and beat them till they became unconscious. After beating all of them up, I gain back my consciousness and saw what I did.

I was scared that someone might have saw me using my powers but everyone fainted from my Lion's Roar and their shock.

*Waaaaaahhhhhhh~*

The police finally arrived and when they came in, they saw everyone fainted except me. At first they thought I was the terrorist but when the police saw men with guns fainted, they stopped coming near me and just cuffed people who were holding guns.

Everyone started waking up from their nap after hearing police sirens. After all of the people in the stadium gained back their consciousness, they started thanking the police.

The police officer suddenly turned around and he put his hand on my shoulder and said "It was not us who defeated the terrorist, it was him!"

Everyone was shocked and a moment of silent later, everyone started cheering my name. I quickly went to Sofi who was stay traumatized from the experience. She was trembling I hugged her and whispered into her ears "Don't worry they are gone."

She then suddenly tightly hugged me while she was stay trembling. I quickly picked her up and went back to the limousine. I told the driver to quickly drive us back to our hotel. I tightly held Sofi while she was stay trembling.

When we arrived at our hotel, she slowly stopped trembling. I carried Sofi back to our room. I quickly put her in her bed.

Instantly after putting her down on her bed, she fell asleep. She got tired after trembling for a long time. I decided to stay with her for the night because if she suddenly wake up and started getting scared it would trouble the hotel staff.

*Shouting~*

The night passed. I woke up beside Sofi and decided to leave her asleep. I heard screaming and shouting from the outside so I opened the certain and saw dozens of people waving a sign that said "Hero Fan!"

I was surprised by the commotion. I quickly picked up my phone and went onto the internet to look at the news. When I looked up the news, I saw that all of news channels were talking about how I saved the smartest people. I was quite irritated on how they made it sound bigger than it was.
