Kekkai Genkai and Politics

[AN: I am thinking about another one-piece fanfiction when mc is transmigrated into one piece world with Jarvis with infinite power arc reactor and infinite nanotech supply. Mc will not have any golden finger except that but will have the talent the same as other important figures.

So how about it? But may not write that for some time as I don't have much free time to write two fics simultaneously.]

He tried to combine two elements but the result was that even Raiden didn't expect and surprised them most. He had several kekkai Genkai's.

He tried to make storm release which was a little hard as it was his first-time separating two elements in his chakra and then combines them in the proper ratio.

Just for curiosity, he decided to give other elements a try too but the result was out of his expectation. He was able to combine wind and lightning elements with the wind too.

So he also decided to give the earth a try too but he was unable to combine it no matter what he did, which he didn't quite understand as he had already mastered control of it and if it was possible with wind then why not with the earth.

He couldn't understand the reason so he just made the assumptions about it that maybe it is related to his affinities as the wind has 80 and the earth has 75 so maybe a minimum requirement of making kekkai Genkai should be affinities equal or greater than 80.

[AN: Ok so here is an explanation. Since affinities mean the nature of elemental chakra present in one's chakra. If you have high affinity then you would be able to use that chakra more easily. so I set 80 as a limit of a combination of two chakras because I don't want to give him wood release and explosion release too. I know I kinda messed up about the affinities thing but whatever.

And the main reason he can combine it and form kekkai Genkai is due to his otsutsuki bloodline and ninshu. ]

So he didn't try further and concentrated on what he has. Since he knew several kekkai Genkai from series he had created several kekkai Genkai from just water and lightning only. His several kekkai genkai's were

Storm Release

Storm, (Lightning + Water) the abilities granted by mixing an electric field and water is, of course, weather control, this chakra ability can shape and control storm clouds, it can also alter pressures, temperatures, and compositions of the air.

Static release

Static (lightning + wind): It combines the speed of Lightning attacks with the low visibility of Wind attacks. this element controls the positive or negative charge in opposing bodies of energy and creates static charges. this of course can be used to channel electricity more effectively, but also allows for more subtle and more interesting variations. . at any rate all applying the ability to control the charge and flow of energy is key in this element.

A typical trait of Static Ninjutsu is that users can manipulate the energy around them freely, yet weakly. This also makes them have a typical 'static touch' when tense, giving everyone who touches him a harmless static shock.

Laser release

Laser style, (Water+ lightning): It is used by several shinobi from Kumogakure, most notably Darui.It manipulates beams of electricity that flow like water more like a laser

[ Well, what darui used was kinda like laser and Madara also used a laser beam while saying storm release while fighting Naruto.]

Acid release

Acid, (Water + Lightning): Water then Lightning chakra utilizes the chemical properties of inert and dissolved chemicals in the water to create Acidic and Basic chemicals. using them can be a potent and deadly art. In the show, Tsunade's most powerful summon Katsuyu can use this element proficiently.

Ice release

Ice, Hyoton (Water + Wind): Water then Wind chakra together produce the secret element of Ice. frozen water that can be moulded shaped and used in combat. Haku, Zabuza's right-hand companion used his bloodline ability to form his patented Crystal Ice Mirrors. This element has some other variations in application but all have to do with the ability to cool and calm the temperature.

He practised all the kekkai Genkai for half a year since other things were just completed in a short time due to shadow clone.

Even though he had several Kekkai Genkai, he practised Ice and laser the most as they can become most deadly if they were honed well and can be used against powerhouses like Madara and Hasirama, using rest will be like parlour tricks to them.

But others can be used against Elite Jonin and normal S rank Ninja but in the war, S rank or Kage level ninja didn't value much as Five Kage were easily defeated after the entry of Madara Uchiha.

Kakashi was getting a heart attack every week because whenever he came to see Raiden training every week he(Raiden) would have created a new Kekkai Genkai. When he showed it to Guy, he became more excited to see his student further growth and he was always shouting while crying about how youthful his student was and was very proud of being his teacher.

Kakashi also told Raiden that he has to tell Hokage about his Kekkai Genkai if Hokage ever asked him about his(Raiden's) progress. As counselling from Hokage might give him troubles in future. Raiden has nothing to say in that matter because he was confident in easily running away from anyone anywhere, so even if several ninjas were to gang up on him he may even fight them if numbers were not too large and can easily run away if he would be in trouble. (It was when he didn't master his kekkai Genkai)

Hokage was also surprised when he asked Kakashi about his progress. Not only did he have the strength of strong ninjas but he also had multiple kekkai Genkai.

[Flash Back]

In the evening after a week when Raiden created him all Kekkai Genkai.

Raiden was practising to master his Kekkai Genkai. Even though he had created it but he can not use it whenever he wants because it needed a huge practice maybe because he was not born with it. (Take Mu, the second tsuchikage, for example, he was unable to use particle style when he was divided in half so something like that)

He saw someone approaching so he dispelled all the clones and stopped his training. He trains his Byakugan with his clones and always keep an eye on surrounding if someone tries to approach him, He immediately stopped his training and deactivated his byakugan.

An Anbu appeared in front of him.

"Hokage wants to meet you." After getting a nod from Raiden he shushin-ed away.

Raiden went towards Hokage's office after catching his breath from his clones training's fatigue.

After some time he reached the Hokage office and found that Kakashi was already present there. He greeted the Hokage after giving Kakashi a nod.

"Hello Jiji, Its been a while since we last met" He greeted casually, Since he had met the Hokage for few times he became quite familiar with him.

"It's been a while but You never cease to amaze me, Young Raiden. Who would have thought that a young man like you not only have the talent of medical ninjutsu but also have several Kekkai Genkai which is unheard of." said the Hokage while puffing the cigar

"Yeah that's me Jiji but will you please tell me what's the main purpose of calling me here. I know that you won't call me just for that."

"As perceptive as always huh. I am quite surprised and happy that you have such talents and abilities. But with great talents and abilities comes danger too. Your abilities bring attention to several people with malicious intents.

So to prevent bringing attention to yourself, I would like to offer an Anbu job. Which can also preserve your identity and also help you to gain experience while performing missions. So what do you say?"

After thinking about it, Raiden said while bowing his head:

"Thank you, Jiji for offering me the job but I would like to decline it."

"Hmm... and why is that? It's a rare opportunity to join Anbu and not everyone can have a chance to join it." Hokage asked with a confused look as it was the first time someone to decline Anbu job.

"I know about it and its benefits Jiji but I would like to master my kekkai genkai's first then go for missions. Even though Anbu will provide proper stealth training and all but I want to master the things that I have first then go for other things. And I am sure that by the end of the Academy I will be able to do it so I can just start from a normal genin."

"Are you sure about it, Raiden?" asked Kakashi who had been silent all the time.

"Yes, Kakashi sensei. I know its a rare opportunity but I would like to train myself and get stronger as fast as possible. Hiding can save me from some troubles but can not save me from unexpected problems if I am not strong enough."

"Sigh! Since it's your decision, I will respect it and will not push it. I will also assign fewer missions to Kakashi so that he can help you with what he can. But You should not disclose it to others. If it gets to the ears of the wrong person then it will cause you troubles." said the old Hokage

"Thank you, Jiji and I will keep that in mind,"

"Ok, then you are dismissed and feel free to ask for help if you encounter any problems."

"Yes Hokage sama but with all due respect, I would like you to ask you to prevent Lord Danzo from taking any actions related to him. He is a good kid and root and its darkness may change him. So I request you to please take care of that matter."

"Don't worry Kakashi, I know about that and I assure you that I would not let Danzo do anything to that child and after all, he has a bright future ahead," Hiruzen said while staring at the red setting sun outside the window.

In the night at the underground base of the root.

"What are the orders Danzo sama?" asked an Anbu

"We can't take action right now. Even though that boy appeared to be useful he has quite a backing right now, before it was just Has, Kakashi and Guy but now Hiruzen also decided to back him up no matter what. If we take the actions right now then all blame will fall on us and might push us into a corner." said the one-eyed man.

"Hai Danzo sama! Is there any need to keep an eye on him?"

"No! Hiruzen might also have assigned his Anbu too, if we were caught he may become more strict about his security. Even though he doesn't take against me but he always tries to do his best to protect a promising individual for the sake of the future of the village. You are dismissed now. Wait for further orders." replied the village elder.

"Hai" The Anbu shunshin-ed away after getting the orders.

'I should have taken actions before when he was showing promises in medical Ninjutsu at such a young age and also had a good taijutsu base from the guy. At that Hiruzen was not much interested in him as he is now so I might have gotten away with it easily at that time. But who would have thought that the same boy would have 5 different Kekkai Genkai?

But no matter I will take actions cautiously and in the future not only I will get that boy as my pawn but also will become Hokage. I just need to make a proper plan for it and devise it and wait for the results patiently.' thought the one-eyed man, Shimura Danzo.
