Gacha Spin: 1 (1 every 2 months, could be anything from 1 coin to a skill.)

'So, that's what it meant by status,' he said as he read the things shown on the screen.

'Hey System, you there? What is this gacha?' he said, trying to make sense of it, as this is the only word he couldn't tell what meant.

[Ding!] This is the gift given to you to be able to get another life and also remembering it. Basically, you spin the gacha and get something out of it. It can be anything from money to skills.

"So, you are saying I can get millions of dollars from the spin? Wouldn't that make me instantly rich?" he said, questioning what was up with this gacha.

[Ding!] The gacha will give you things that are equal to your capabilities right now, as if you have only $10 in your pocket, so the maximum you can get is $1000, or $10,000 if you are lucky, and getting more than that is impossible as it is not within the gacha.

'So, basically after I achieve something only valuable thing I can get from here are skills?', he asked.

[Ding!] Host, as you earn more, as you get more skill, the chance of getting good things increases as they also enter the gacha. Still, you getting it will be difficult as it depends on luck, and after you get something good one time, there are some limitations of getting something that good again after a period of time.

'Okay, so that's how it works. Well then, I want to see what I can get. System, spin the wheel,' said Jim as he asked the System to get him a gacha.

[Ding!] Spinning Gacha.....

[Ding!] Host, you've acquired the [Writing] skill. Consider this your starting lucky gift, but now you cannot get a significant reward for a period.

'Woah! I just thought of what I will do next, and I already got the skill, thanks system,' he said as he read the description of the skill.

[Writing]: Writing is a skill for all those who aspire to create a book. It provides you with the knowledge and techniques needed to craft compelling narratives, develop engaging characters, and convey ideas effectively. Whether it's fiction or non-fiction, the Writing skill equips you with the tools to express yourself eloquently and captivate your audience.

[Ding!] Now, host, I will be reactivated after two months for another gacha. Any information or assistance you need will be handled by preuploaded files in the system, providing you with all the details or answers to your queries. Good luck in your new life.

'Oh, thanks for the help,' he said, expressing his gratitude to the system or ultimately to the entity who gave him this gift.

When his talk with system ended he saw the option to merge with the skill but he didn't try as it said about imparting knowledge and that can have effects on him he doesn't know, so he will try it in his room at home.

As he finished the talk, he noticed his ice-cream was finished, while Gia was still enjoying hers. After waiting for another 5 minutes, he browsed for information about novels and explored similar works in this world. He discovered that many familiar titles from his previous world, such as Dragon Ball and Naruto, were not present here. Nevertheless, he found that the quality of manga in this world was fantastic.

At the top was a particularly famous robot anime that caught his attention. In this series, a guy's mind was transferred into a robot, and his life unfolded in a world where aliens, Atlanteans, and many other fantastical elements were real. The uniqueness and creativity of this anime fascinated him, opening up a whole new realm of entertainment in this unfamiliar world. The way it portrayed the anime was exceptionally well-done, and it also had accompanying manga. But now he has the content he can use to get money, as well as he can use the popular series from his world to get famous in this world.

"Jimmy, what are you doing?" he heard from his sister as she caught him browsing the internet.

"Nothing. Let's go. Don't you want to watch that new Disney movie released today?" he said, rising from his seat, paying the bill, and leaving the shop with her. After breakfast and dessert, Gia's stomach was full, and she felt a bit sleepy.

She asked, "Jimmy, brother, I am feeling sleepy. Carry me," and suddenly stood in front of him, making a face as if she might fall if he didn't catch her. He picked her up and carried her home. The journey was relaxing, taking around 10 minutes, during which he enjoyed the view.

We reached home, as we entered, he used his keys to open the door and thought where was his mother. But, then he remembered today his mom was out with her friend i.e. the partner of her in her saloon, Savannah. She is a nice person if I have to say, she is one of the person if he has to say closest to him and his family just like a sister to his mother and she is just 27 years old this year.

He moved into his house, glancing at the wall clock showing it's 10:30 in the morning. Since there was still time before Gia's movie started, he headed upstairs and placed Gia in her room, which was opposite to his own. Her room had a light pink color theme with white and blue accents. Stuffed animals adorned her bed, and there were posters of stars like Taylor Swift and Hannah Montana. Gia enjoyed the series of Hannah Montana, and Taylor Swift's songs were her favorites to listen to, even though sometimes she didn't understand half of the lyrics.

After gently putting Gia down, he returned downstairs, locked the door, and only the other key with his mom could open it from outside. In case he couldn't wake up after gaining that skill, he felt a slight apprehension. The brain is a sensitive part of the human body, and receiving that knowledge might be a shock. Though he knew it wouldn't hurt, as mentioned in the skill description – a small note he hadn't noticed before. However, he followed the saying, "Precaution is better than cure," and went to his room. Lying down on his bed, he contemplated receiving his skill while reflecting on the events of the day from the time he woke up.
