14 Innocence Broken (18)
Yesterday evening, after Gloria had finished her work for the day, she turned her attention to what Casmir had asked of her.
Gloria sat in her lab awkwardly looking at a vial of white liquid, it was Casmir's sperm, she needed to perform a fertility test on it. Gloria was familiar with the test, she was asked to do them for people quite frequently and as a side job she earned a fair amount of money from it.
The problem today was that it was Casmir's sperm, she felt embarrassed and awkward with it. She should have performed the fertility test in the morning after Casmir visited her, the longer the sample was left, the less accurate and detailed the information would be, but she had delayed it until now because of her embarrassment.
'Why did he have to ask me to do something so embarrassing...' Gloria thought.
Gloria's lab was full of strange equipment, isolation boxes, clean vial's and stock's of various chemical solutions. The technological level of biology was very advanced in this world, much more advanced than other science's and especially in recent years the field had advanced significantly.
Eventually Gloria begrudgingly began her test's, they consisted of a nutritional analyses, resistance test to the lifeless plague and a sperm count.
The sperm count took a while to do and was the most boring test so she left that until last, she started with the nutritional analyses.
Over half an hour she separated sample's, concocted solution's and wrote down various notes and figure's. The test involved extracting small amounts of sperm cells and mixing them with various compounds in order to estimate certain levels of key compounds.
"Hah, he's done well.." Gloria said to herself as she looked at the result's.
Casmir's nutritional analyses revealed that he was supplying more than enough nutrition for his sperm cells, this was increasingly hard to do because of the lifeless plague. There were many food's and activities that one should eat or do regularly to ensure their body was creating enough nutrients, this is in order to counteract the lifeless plague's effects on sperm health.
Casmir's results indicated he was doing them properly, these results alone were not surprising given his background. Gloria believed that Casmir was following her teaching's and advice which was why his nutritional analyse produced such good results.
As Gloria moved on to the resistance test, she brought a few more of Casmir's sperm sample's over to her work bench along with some sample's of the Lifeless Plague.
When Gloria added the samples together she proceeded to watch the ensuing reaction through a strangely shaped device, it was an open metal frame with many concave and convex shaped pieces of glass, a microscope.
She placed a writing pad nearby in order to take notes.
This test was to examine how many of the sperm cells the Lifeless plague would render inert over a period of time, this would give an approximate idea of how the Lifeless plague affected the sperm cells in Casmir's body as they were produced.
The lifeless plague didn't just affect the body once, it was constantly inside the body, reproducing and applying it's effects to the body. In the human male body one of it's functions was to attack the sperm cells in order to destroy the genetic material being carried, rendering them inert and unable to fertilise the egg.
The sample Casmir had produced was already too old for the sperm cells to be active however the part of the cell containing the genetic package which the lifeless plague attacked was still intact.
As Gloria watch the strangely shaped cells of the Lifeless plague make contact with the Sperm cells, nothing happened.
At first Gloria didn't understand what had happened.
'Perhaps the cell was already inert?' she thought and decided to move on to the next sperm.
Again the Lifeless Plague showed no reaction to the sperm cell.
Over a short period Gloria watch dozens of sperm cells be unaffected by the Lifeless plague, the plague cell's simply ignored the sperm as if it wasn't there. Gloria was unnerved by what she saw, she quickly tested new samples of sperm with other samples of the Lifeless plague but they all showed the same result's, no reaction.
Gloria was flustered, she felt that the only logical reason was something equally illogical, that Casmir was immune to the effects of the Lifeless Plague.
"Hah... Impossible I must be imagining it... all my sample's must have been faulty..." Gloria convinced herself.
She decided to move on to the last test the sperm count, this test was simple but annoying, part of the test involved her literally counting individual sperm cells from a target area.
It was an important part of biology, counting cells from sample's in order to judge the result's of a test.
As she started counting she realised that the sperm cells were quite numerous, in fact they were very numerous.
She checked the setting's on her microscope before rechecking, when she had finished adjusting and rechecking her sample's she sat back on her chair limply.
Casmir's sperm count was extraordinarily high, it was similar but slightly higher than a man's count before being effected by the Lifeless Plague. Another effect of the Lifeless Plague was to severely affect a man's ability to produce sperm, this count was simply impossible.
"He's immune... He's actually Immune..." Gloria muttered.
Gloria worked through the night to finish her test's, checking and rechecking. By the time she finished her test's the sun had slowly risen, she hadn't slept all night as she repeatedly tested and reaffirmed her result's to herself.

As the sun shined through the window in Casmir's bedroom, it gradually creeped it's way onto Casmir's sleeping face.
"...Ugh...." he groaned lightly as he was woken up.
'Damn.... forgot to close the curtain's.' Casmir complained to himself.
He moved his head away from the light, he then started to stare at the sleeping Elena next to him, admiring her beautiful hair and attempting to peak at her covered body.
Soon enough the light woke Elena from her slumber as well, as she saw Casmir staring at her she blushed and complained at him.
"Stop staring..." she glared at Casmir.
Casmir turned away as he laughed, he moved closer and wrapped an arm around Elena.
"Why can't I look? You're beautiful, how can I not admire you?" Casmir teased.
Elena smiled at his words but grew annoyed as she realised he was already trying to coax her.
Elena reached into the cover and jabbed Casmir's side when he wasn't paying any attention.
"Ouch.." he cried
"You deserve it, you're already trying to seduce me, it's barely been 8 hours..." Elena protested.
Casmir smiled awkwardly as he apologised, explaining "I'm sorry, but I thought you would like it, I saw you smile. Besides, you're my girlfriend now, isn't my job to please and tease you?"
Elena wanted to reject him but she couldn't help but shyly smile as he called her his girlfriend, the feeling of being with someone was overwhelmingly new to her, she couldn't hold in her happiness.
But as she remembered that Casmir already 'had someone' she quickly covered her face with the blanket out of embarrassment.
"You're a cheater, who said I would be you're girlfriend." Elena complained like a small child.
Elena wouldn't reject Casmir now but she was still annoyed at him because of this Rose person.
Casmir couldn't think of anything to say, he just reached under the cover to hold Elena gently, not saying a word.
Elena tried to wiggle free of him but because of her movement she realised how sore and painful the area between her legs had become.
"Ouch.." she cried.
"Are you okay?" Casmir asked as he heard her.
Elena came out from under the cover's glaring at Casmir.
"Because of what you did yesterday... it hurts... a lot..." Elena told him.
Casmir felt a bit guilty after realising what had happened but instead of apologising he wanted to tease her instead.
He wore a sly smile as he asked "What hurts? Did I pull your hair accidentally?"
"..no... you know what I mean..." Elena replied shyly
"I do? I can't think of anything... maybe I bit your lip?" Casmir replied innocently.
"Y-you used to much force yeste...." Elena began to say.
Elena tried to explain but realised Casmir was teasing her half way through, she glared at him again as she jabbed him over and over.
"Ah.. ah.. haha.. stop it Elena..." Casmir laughed as he cried out in pain.
"If you tease me one last time I.... I.. I'll never let you 'accompany' me again.." Elena said as she thought of a punishment Casmir wouldn't like.
Casmir's body stiffened for a moment as he heard her threat, but then he smiled. For threatening him he would have to show her that this punishment would threaten her too.
Casmir reached his arm under the cover as he touched Elena's pussy.
Elena immediately tried to push him away but Casmir started kissing her, she didn't have enough hands to stop him.
