14 Point of No Return

With Kon now getting more and more defensive his fur started to puff out like a cat. He didn't realize it since he was doing this unconsciously but even then he felt that this wasn't going to end peacefully.

Eevee, Neo and the Lil Fox noticed Kon after they saw Kon puff his fur. Eevee got the other 2 behind her like a protective sister.

Finally the Black Cloaked strangers hopped onto the wall. They were looking at Kon and the others for a second. Deciding what to do. Kon and the others were able to see their faces now that they were closer, they had their heads down while they ran after them until the wall so no one could see them.

There were 5 of them. 2 Demi, an Elf and 2 Humans. Both of the Demi were Wolf Kin.

Elf: "These are the targets? This is overkill for a us. We have 3 level 4's, and 2 level 3's. Why did the Lord send us after these pip squeaks?" The others couldn't help but agree. They didn't really feel too much about all their targets. If anything more if a disappointment that they were sent out on a basic errand.

Kon still staring asked them, "Why are y'all here. I could feel y'all staring earlier."

The Elf said, "No hard feelings but you got the interest of our God. It's rare to see a Kitsune, and one that has ten tails like yours has never been seen before. The three behind you are also specimens never seen before. You'll make us some good money."

The Elf turned to the other 4 in his group and spoke again. "Well we have our orders. Take them all in and we can get this done faster. We are to grab them and sell them. They're rare creatures. They'll sell for a lot. The longer we are here the more likely we are to be spotted." The others started to move in until the two Demi stopped moving. The other three looked at them and they were shivering. One of the Humans asked them, "What are you two doing? The faster we get this done the faster we get to go home." The two of them started inching back.

That was when they heard the growling. They looked at Kon whose eyes had turned completely black. His pupils matched the little Dungeon fox being completely with the spiderweb like design pupils. His fur and tails pitch black and saliva coming out of his mouth with a snarl on his face.

His body started to change slightly, becoming older. His hands growing out his nails making them claw like. He turned into a young adult version of himself. His tailed wrapped around the 3 little ones softly but firmly, his only goal being to make sure no one could snatch them away from him.

He didn't even notice but he started to create a feeling of despair and anguish in the air, and it was spreading through the air quick. The first ones to notice were the Demi-Humans since they are more in tune with their instincts. Then the God's after they felt a change and their divinity warning them. Finally everyone near that area of the wall for a good portion of that side of the city felt on edge.

Kon finally got into a pounce position. The 5 in front of them got ready, not sure what to expect but the 2 Demi-Humans were ready to run a the slightest move, already inching backwards.

Kon removed his tails from the three behind him and pounced at the Humans, taking a swipe at the 2 of them with his claw like hands. He aimed to maim them rather than kill them. And he succeeded in doing so.

The 5 of them had no time to react he was there and then behind. The Humans had their arms ready by their swords and instead felt their arms become lighter with drops of red flying through the air. They turned around seeing Kon and thought he had missed and tried pulling out their weapons whatever they were out of their cloaks, but found it hard to do. They looked down and saw stubs at the elbows where their hands should be.

They were in shoke not feeling any pain. Kon had turned around and launching himself at one of the Wolf Demi-Humans he sought to take a leg from him. They however jumped up as Kon was attacking the Humans and avoided his claws barely, but his tails were there to grab him however.

Kon pulled the terrified Wolf in front of him. Still snarling with an open mouth with teeth bared. The man terrified just hung there limply, Kon seeing that didn't hurt him but dropped him on the spot, turning to the last two. The Elf is gone with the other Wolf Demi-Human with his ears down and tail tucked also terrified not moving. Kon looked at the 3 little ones and saw that they were fine.

They looked at Kon with the blood on his hands and up his arms from when he slashed the Humans with surprise. Not afraid since they feel safe.

Eevee pointed to the center of the city and told Kon, "The Elf ran that way. Go get him." She was also very angry about the thought of being sold. But didn't want to leave Neo and the Newborn Fox here alone.

Kon turned around, crouched onto all four, and pushed off. Vanishing yet afterwards the spot he had vanished from had cracked and the section of the swayed.

The Elf had made it almost to the Dungeon. He was planning on making it in to hopefully make it down and have Kon be delayed by the monsters. All the while thinking, 'What kind of freak is that! It's too fast! We couldn't even react and this is with the 5 of us. Damn it!' He had started to make it into the square.

'How do I even begin to describe the thing! It's just a monster! Nothing changed that quick like that, not even the King has a transformation like that! Focus. Get inside the Dungeon and shake the Fox off.'

However he didn't make it past the middle of the main square in front of the Dungeon before Kon came out of nowhere and pinned him to the ground. He cause a crater to form from the impact alone, causing a lot of destruction from it.

Kon had landed on the Elf's back, causing it to break in several spots, then using 4 of his tails to sharpen them to points drive them through all the limbs. With his hand on the Elf's back and a knee in his lower back, he wasn't moving.

The Elf unfortunately was in shock when the back broke but it flared when Kon pierced his limbs, causing him to scream in sheer agony and pain.

The adventurers around them walking out of the Dungeon are at the ready, still on edge from the day. Every weapon and able body ready to take on whatever just happened.

Though nobody was ready for what they saw.

As Kon was still enraged physically, his mind couldn't be any different. Inside he was calm, collected. He could feel all the emotions his body was protruding, but inside was cold. Like watching it unfold through the eyes of another.

Kon could look around, he saw himself pure white, grown up just like he was on the outside. He could still feel like himself, he's still upset, but why he couldn't tell. He was looking at a screen where he could see the outside, but when he looked next to him he could see a Dark version of himself. A mirror essentially. But someone different at the same time. Though this Dark Kon's face was matching the one on the outside.

However, instead of dwelling on this, he just accepted that it is happening and focused back on the screen to see what the Dark Kon was doing.

He came back to see the Dark Kon using the rest of his 6 tails to again pierce the Elf's limbs, but now it had targeted the joints, causing the Elf to scream even more.

Finally the people around him started to move in, not understanding what was happening but trying to difuse the situation. The Demi-Humans however stood still after pulling out their weapons, and sheathing then quickly after feeling the dread coming off Kon.

Kon finally pulled the Elf off the ground with his tails still lodged in the 8 different spots on his limbs.

The Elf crying loudly, "Stop please I'm sorry! I'm sorry I won't do it again please!" Though it only made Kon angrier. Kon knew that he was only sorry cause he got caught, he could feel it. His eyes seeing an outline of red around of the man, never before has Kon seen this, but instinctively could 'see' the man was lying. And in response to that.

He used his tails to tear of the limbs at the joints of the Elf.

The Elf passed out at the shock of that. But before the Elf could bleed out Kon fire magic to stop the bleeding. Again waking the Elf due to the pain. Now with only stumps left Kon lifted the Elf by what's left of his limbs by again driving his tails through the stumps.

Turning the Elf to look at him in the eyes, he could see nothing but Darkness in the cascading spiderweb like design within his eye.

Finally Eevee and Neo and the Newborn all arrive. Along with the other 4 that tried to take them away. The Wolf Demi Humans carrying the Humans so they would hopefully be spared the wrath of Kon.

As Kon was bringing that Elf in front of his face, some of the Police force started to show up. Ganesha's Familia along with some of Freya and Loki Familia too. However the few from Loki Familia were Riveria and Finn, since they were still nearby of earlier. Then Tione and Tiona and Bete weren't far behind.

When they saw the little fox standing there, who was not only happy but easy-going, turn into that in front of them, shook them. But as First Rate adventurers they focused on trying to get Kon to stand down, minus Bete since he could feel the area Kon was broadcasting.

Kon was raising his clawed hand, bringing it up to cut the Elf, when Riveria called out to him, "Stop Kon!"

Kon paused turning his head to look at the other Elf. "What is going on? Why are you doing this? Where is the little happy fox from earlier?" She asked.

Kon tried to talk, but wasn't able to, it came out distorted with what sounded like multiple people's voices coming out. Freaking out everyone even more, and putting then more on edge. Making him even more aggravated, he started to pull the Elf apart because of it, causing him to scream out again.

Finn shouted at Kon, "Calm down, you're fine." His thumb is aching and then stopped as soon as it started, it's just numb right now. He knows that whatever happens it won't be good at all if it goes worst case, and even best case isn't looking so good right now either. 'Why is it like this now, there were other times but now my thumb acts up?' He thinks to himself. Nothing really making sense and a lot of things are being contradictory to itself.

'Whatever, I just need to see if I can calm Kon down. It's not hard to see him in there, but I wouldn't have noticed if Riveria didn't call out to him, how did she know from the glance, not everyday someone just grows and changes like that, even with skills.

However before they could calm Kon down even further the people around them started closing in minus the Demi-Humans, aiming to subdue Kon. Kon getting agitated started growing at them, putting them back on where they started. Kon looked at the Elf in his grasp. And the look of sheer terror on his face made him think of Eevee and the other two, what would happen to them if he wasn't strong enough, and just thinking about it made him fly back into a rage about it.

And so he brought his tails up, the last 6 since the other 4 were through what's left of his limbs.

He drove 2 through his stomach. 1 through each lung. 1 in the heart, and watched as the light was fading through the Elf.

Everyone in shock as they watched the brutality of the situation. They didn't expect the Fox in front of them to do what he was doing. Yes kill, but not like this.

The fire in the Elf's eyes started to die, and right when it was about to be no more, Kon drove his last tail through the skull from the side. Ending the Elf.
