Chapter 46 - Unexpected Adversary

The battle kept on going for a few more minutes. Goku's body was holding on with the usage of Kaio-ken times three due to his superior Primal Body.

Frieza conjured two death saucers on his hands and started to fly to Goku. Goku expected him to throw it at him but the roided mFan didn't and just kept approaching him. When Frieza finally reached Goku, he started to use the saucers like a chainsaw swinging them in Goku's general direction.

Dodging rapidly, this was the last thing he expected Frieza to do. He threw one to surprise Goku but that didn't work. Feeling a bit of foreboding, Goku returned the favor with a Solar Flare right in front of his eyes. Frieza recoiled in pain with the remaining Death Saucer losing its energy.

Goku jumped sideways even though he stunned the tyrant losing his counter. It turns out that he was correct in retreating when the Death Saucer that Frieza originally threw came back around like a boomerang.

Frieza remembered what is coming from the sound and ducked in desperation. It did not save him when the spinning wheel of ki cleanly sliced off a portion of his tail.

That pain forcefully opened his eyes. They were nearly completely red but fading fast. Sensing Goku's ki, he turned to face him and had only red in his eyes. Quite Literally. He didn't take the time to think about his punches nor wipe the irritation from his eyes. He was still fighting with sheer willpower. That did not take him far.

Frieza packed his full power in his punch but Goku blocked with his flexed bicep. Doing a quick turn and kicking him, Frieza flew through the air. Chasing him, Frieza couldn't stop the punch on his chest or the one on his head.

On the ground facing down, Frieza felt like he had more fight in him, but his chances were getting dimmer when Goku put his foot on him.

"End of the road Frieza." This truly was the end. Piccolo somehow tricked Ginyu into transforming back into Raditz. He spewed some stuff about either helping Frieza in his own body or stay in the body of the worst Saiyan alive. Needless to say, once he changed, Piccolo disintegrated him.

After that, they grabbed Vegeta who barely woke from his little nap and got picked up by Chichi who already destroyed Frieza's pathetic fleet. It was just him alone.

'Is this really where I am going to die? By this stupid monkey? And to think I was here for...'

This setting seemed familiar. Frieza pinned with Goku above him ready to kill him. Except, last time he was stopped.

He fired the ki wave aiming to explode Frieza's head, leaving him no room to resurrect. What exploded was not Frieza's head but Goku's entire body. That explosion was big that Goku flew back until he hit a rock. When the smoke cleared, he was covered in soot, and his Kaio-ken was temporarily disabled.

"You seem to be in an awful amount of trouble Brother. I absolutely enjoyed seeing your spoiled self get beaten up like that. However, I couldn't let you shame the rest of us by dying to this worthless monkey."

A beat down could not describe what was happening with Turtles and the girls. They were exponentially powerful from when they started due to the gravity chamber, but the Fruit of the Tree of Might outweighed all of their efforts.

"You girls pack quite the punch, I am surprised. I wonder how you got this strong without the help of the fruit."

"We don't use cheat codes! We hone our bodies to the fullest." Caulifla rebutted hard. How can this be? All of her training, all of her progression was surpassed just because this low-class ate a fruit?

That the hand of those words, Turtles frowned a bit. He was done playing around. Caulifla and Kale had their coordinated assault, defense, and synergy in general, but Turtles rendered that useless with how much power he attained.

Grabbing Kale by the hand when she threw a punch, he swung her to his other side where Caulifla was. Kale landed on Caulifla making them both fly horizontally through the air. The scenery changed when the girls came flying through the center of the tree.

Above them, rows of red spiky fruit were located in all its glory. Turtles powered up his ki in the shape of a small circle and threw it at them.

"Kill Driver!"

This Kill Driver head a center blob of ki where the outer ring would connect randomly in the form of lighting. The girls were both caught in it when they were right in the center of the tree. Whites in their eyes appeared briefly from the shocking experience.

Both of them fell to the ground with Caulifla being crushed by Kale. They both slowly got up with burnt marks around them and looked up to where Turtles was flying.

"Last chance, if you don't grovel on the ground before right now, you will be on the ground for eternity." Pure enjoyment from seeing pain was displayed just as much as the evil tyrant himself.

Goku heard that voice and a deep pit sunk within his stomach. He didn't need to open his eyes to know that a taller purple and white version of Frieza stood before him.

"I knew that my sources that you were here were correct. You and your band can not hide from my Empire." Frieza stood up and flew up to Cooler without even looking at him. It was as if the bad blood between the brothers were nonexistent.

Hearing that little jab when Frieza said it was his Empire, Cooler ignored it for now since he didn't want to start fighting with him. He would kill him after killing that wild card of a Saiyan.

On the other side, Frieza could not help but feel as if he was killing 2 birds with 1 stone. After killing Goku, he could easily kill his weaker brother and go home on his ship.

"Come in Chichi, we might need to switch to plan C." Plan C. No one ever thought it was going to come to this. Goku has just been a quintessential problem-solver that they never in a million years thought that he would have trouble. How could you when an unexpected guest arrived?

"Come brother, let us kill this Saiyan first before we talk about our grievances." In a triangle formation, the two brothers stared at Goku with killing intent laced throughout their eyes. He had no choice but to fight, for now, he could technically win so it should take the chance before initiating Plan C.

"Kaio-Ken times four!"

When they felt that pressure they knew they were in for a treat. They both rushed Goku as if they could read each other minds and started attacking him from all angles. Death Beams were being fired left and right and even with the power increase, Goku could not keep up.

The two brothers coordinated with each other like a well-oiled machine. One came from the right and kicked him in the face while the other pinned him by tackling him and holding him.

The fight lasted a while and Goku felt the effects. Even with this stronger body, Kaio-Ken was still unstable being used for so long. Especially at times four. It was time to initiate Plan C.

He used a good chunk of his ki reserves and made a sizable explosion in front of him to ward away the brothers in an attempt to buy time. He reached into his pocket that was surprising lot ripped off yet and held a small box of some sort.

Clicking the button, he put it up close to his mouth and spoke.

"Come in Bulma, launch Plan C right now."

Radio silence. No voice was sent back. Not a sound. Goku tried again.

"Bulma are you there? We need to go for Plan C."

And again, no response. The Frost Demons looked at Goku in amusement as to how Goku planned to get out of this. Goku started to really sweat now. Where is Bulma?

"Stupid machine, why won't you work?" On the side of her lab, Bulma scavenged from her previous communicator in an attempt to rebuild it fast. It was better than trying to fix the broken machine while there was a giant root sticking out of it.

She kept on banging on the machine as if it would magically work. You would think a genius would be a little smarter in trying to find the problem than hitting it a few times. Apparently hitting it is the smart move. Or she has been hanging around Yamcha for a little longer than needed.

'Surely they don't need help as much as we do? They have Goku.'

'Fuck me.'

The fight was raging even harder than before with the planet looking devastated. Goku used his original move to suck and entrap Frieza. Using Frieza as a sort of whip, he lashed at Cooler multiple times. Jokes on him, Cooler was totally fine with punching Frieza in the face when he came towards him.

This was getting nowhere and the people on the ship were really getting worried. The real anxious one was Vegeta.

'I never thought Kakarrot could actually fight Frieza and Cooler and hold his ground... maybe he will be the one to avenge our race and not me? Grrr, he is stronger than me many times over! I was useless and got out of the fight on Frieza's second form!'

It was at this time that Cooler actually saw the ship that was just hovering over them. He had an evil idea that his brother overlooked severely. When Frieza came at Cooler again, Cooler this time grabbed Frieza.

What was a weapon became a tug of war with Frieza being the rope. Cooler let go of the rope when Goku started to become impatient and it bounced back at him crazily. He dodged the incoming Frieza and actually let go making Frieza's butt stick out of the rock that he was embedded in. He was going to feel that tomorrow. If he makes it.

Looking back at Cooler after finally feeling that he could win, he saw Cooler looking at the ship with a finger towards it. He was too late to stop him. The Death Beam burst through the air and hit the ship right on its engine making the back explode.

Luckily, Bulma's expert built made it so that the entire ship didn't explode immediately. Unluckily, they still rocketed towards the ground and at a record pace. The ship landed on the ground and exploded a second afterward right in front of Goku's face.

The explosion blew his battered body back as he watched in horror the possibilities that this could ensue.
