I woke up and felt something heavy on my cheek i used to my hand to pick what it was and found out it was actually my phone , how did I sleep with it?. I switched it on but it seems to be dead.

I inserted the charger in my phone then switched it on and I saw messages from Kyle, oh! so i was texting him yesterday I remember now and I guess I slept off , I decided to check the message he sent

That was alot of messages and I literally feel bad now I couldn't help it I was so tired yesterday so I had to sleep let me apologize to him now

And here I thought he would give me little attitude knowing i ignored him but he replied immediately that's really humble of him.

And that was how our conversation ended this morning honestly he really is nice to chat with I actually thought we would have nothing to say except talk about Edward but to my surprise we only spoke about him once.

I was about to call Alexa but then i remembered today was Sunday and Alexa's never awake until mid afternoon, when she first told me I thought she was joking but when I tried to call her she didn't pick it until when I almost gave up and she picked up and complained about me calling her.

Seeing as I had nothing to do at the moment I went to freshen up then came out to look for mom but I saw a note on the fridge saying "gone to get groceries p.s there is sandwich on the dining table"

Its really funny how my mom makes food for me now, before Ethan died i was always the one making the food for us all I actually enjoyed cooking since i always had Ethan's company but now i don't even think i can cook but i will try doing it soon

After eating the sandwich i looked at the clock to check the time it was 11am and am pretty sure Alexa would still be asleep so i decided to go to the mini library i and Ethan created , we both were bookworms it was one of the things that brought us closer when we were younger.

I was busy reading 'The Stars Shine Down' by Sidney Sheldon in our school library since i didn't have any classes and i wasn't sure whether Ethan had classes since we were studying different courses

Normally it would be i and Ethan who would go to the library together but it seems he was having classes and i didn't really like going to his class the boys and girls over there are creepy

But at the moment i completely forgot about Ethan and got immersed in the book i was reading it was really captivating and i don't think that i've read any book like it and besides that was the first time i've read a book by Sidney Sheldon though i've heard about him .

"You started reading without me?" i heard Ethan ask and flinched at our proximity and also by suprise cos i didn't even know when he came in

"gosh! Ethan you scared me you could have atleast appeared in front of me"i exclaimed while holding my chest and looking at him

He came in front of me then tilted his head a little bit before asking again "you started reading without me?" is he serious right now and it doesn't really matter if i read without him

"Well i thought you were having a class or so since you didn't appear early and i couldn't just sit and do nothing now could i?" He just shaked his head at me and sat down in front of me

"So what are you reading?"he asked which made me smile and i gave him the book i was reading "Wow are you just reading this?"he asked much to my suprise

"wait have you read the book?" i asked him and he nodded which made me pout i can't believe he read the book before me when i was about to say something to him he placed a quick kiss on my lips which made my eyes widen immediately.

I was a blushing mess cos what he did caught me off guard "w...why w...would y...you d...do t...that?" i stuttered , i was still flustered by what he did

He simply winked at me before saying "cos i can and besides your lips looked really kissable with that pout" he really is not serious

"Even so but you can't do that in public what if someone saw us" i tried to reason but he just cocked an eyebrow "so what am pretty sure they know we are together so why hide it" he was right thought but he shouldn't have done that

"Do you really want me to kiss you again that bad?" he asked breaking me out of my thoughts what was he talking about? as if he was reading my mind "don't tell me you don't know you were pouting just now" was i?

Deciding to change the topic "when did you read the stars shine down?" i asked ,he looked like he was thinking hard before saying "i honestly don't remember its been so long" i just nodded not wanting to pout and get kissed

"So who is your favorite character?" he asked which brought a smile to my face immediately "Its Lara" i told him "why?" he asked "are you kidding me she is a really strong woman and a very determined person" he just nodded

"Who's yours"i decided to ask he smiled just like i did "Its Howard, i like him naturally i guess and i love his patience and sacrifice" i also liked Howard "yeah its funny, he didn't get to end up with Lara" he added

"wait he really didn't end up with her?" i asked i mean all this time i thought they would end up together, his eyes widened "am so sorry for spoiling it i forgot you just started reading it and if you want to ask who she ended up with then no i won't tell you that is up to you to find out on your own"

I groaned immediately regretting ever creating the rules of no spoilers if anyone reads a book first

"you should read the silent widow"he stated "by Sidney Sheldon?" i asked "yes" he answered and i nodded

And that was how Sidney Sheldon became my best author and now i want to re-read 'The Stars Shine Down' i love the story so much and it also holds memories of me and Ethan i really miss him.
