Smoke of incense rising on the air, a figure of a young man with an appearance of a 17 years old could be seen standing on front of a simple tombstone.

On his slender hand, a single pale blue flower was grip slightly with his fingers, before bending down to place the flower gently in the grave.
A small smile grace on a pale thin lip as his amber eyes close as he knelled down and bowing three times in the grave with respect and affection.
"I apologize Mother since I won't be able to visit you in a long time... Its time for me to finally go."
A second later, his long black boots that reach under his knee touched the ground with a silent thud after standing up from his kneeling position, before carelessly patting the dust on his long black pant before flicking the long sleeves of his simple crimson robe as he continue to speak.
"I'll go and become a Liberator mother, just like how you were in the past." before a wry smile appeared on his face as he stare helplessly on his mother grave, "Yes, its dangerous no matter how nice becoming a Liberator sound from everyone else... you have always been against me becoming one after all."
Amber eyes slightly glancing at his dark blue long hair that flutter in his vision while he was talking before letting out a sigh, "And I know that it was all because you cared, wanting me to live a safe and peaceful life... but mother, there is something that I have to do no matter what. So I apologize right now but please take care of yourself out there, alright?"
Besides, someone won't allow him to abandon becoming a Liberator, as he think silently.
He stood still for a few more minutes, watching as the sun rise up in the horizon before looking at a certain direction in the east, amber eyes narrowing with determination, somewhere in that place is where he will get the answer he has been looking for.
It finally starting, his journey to become a powerful Liberator and to the mysterious reason of why he made an oath to special existence.
He wonder what it was that he desire the most to the point where he wasn't able to let go when he was dying?
Smiling with affection at the grave one last time before turning around as he walk away, "Mother, I am off."

A sound immediately appeared on Liang mind, causing his lip to twitch as he mentally ask at the system that was bestowed toward him when he was reborn into this world, "How about my reward?"
There is supposed to be one right?
Why would there be no prompt about his reward when he was informed about the completion of his task?
He was told about the punishment of failing a task and for ignoring it when he was finally able to remember his past life memories at the age of 7 years old and also about the vow that he had oath to someone else in order to help fix this world.
Oh no, Liang didn't made the promise of fixing the world because of wanting to be a savior but it was for an exchange with the desire that he wanted when he was dying but has long forgotten all about it.

Liang couldn't help but think that he was scammed by that powerful existence.

How do you fix a world that was cracked and shattered causing a disturbance in space, making it hard for people to travel all around the world because the land was split apart while certain realms were scattered around in special dimensions?
Oh also not forgetting about the 'Main' problem, about those evil monster creature that was definitely wracking havoc in every corner of the piece of lands called 'Invader' at the moment.
Swallowing the souls of every living creature in this world, thus causing the imbalance in the course of reincarnation, lessening the population of people being born into this world while increasing those powerful 'Invader'.
How do you 'fix' that? Just single easy word 'fix' is definitely not that simple thing to do!
He knew it was not easy to fix a world, but come on, he was definitely got scammed big time!
That is why he kind of need any useful reward he could get from the system, it was supposed to help him after all.
A task with no reward, you got to be completely kidding him right?
This was Liang first task of being given to him by the system, it was his first ever successful completion of task so the system should give a very rewarding prize!

Liang: "...." that's all? Just a point? Wait!
"Is the point use to trade items in a shop? Like a Cheat skills? A Magical Tool? Even Medicine Dan or Potion right?" Liang excitedly asked, amber eyes lighting up with joy, he is currently poor at the moment.
Liang needed any resourceful he could get, all the money he has at the moment is enough only to pay for the transfer fee to attend the closest examination place to become a Liberator.
And he spend saving those money desperately in the last three years, that was how hard and costly to travel using the transfer method and it was the simplest one too!
Oh he could not use the simple of method in traveling by walking or by using another travel method because the place he was going was in another side part of the land which was being block by a space disturbance, so a normal method wouldn't work at all!

He remember those novels in the story! The points usually use to trade item in the System Shop right? That should be it right?

Liang stared silently while feeling the System also was staring at him too at the moment.
"Alright, so what the use of the Points from the reward task?" Liang asked a few second of silent staring match with the invisible System, no matter how stupid it sound.
"Please call me Adorable" the 'Adorable' System reprimand, Liang being done by the system blatant show of disrespect by reading his mind again, "Of course, the point is use to upgrade the Adorable System, so please do your best to complete the task Host Liang."
"What? That is not fair!" Liang complained loudly, he has to work hard to complete the task in order to just upgrade this System who was starting to show his uselessness from the start while he was the one to be punish when he failed the task?
"Life is unfair Host, you should have long known about it. And please be nice with your words Adorable is not a useless System."
Liang was done caring about the System always reading his mind, why doesn't he know about it before?
Oh powerful being if you can hear him at the moment, can he exchange a system please?
"AH!!!!" Liang screamed as he was shot suddenly by a lightning that just appeared out of nowhere, causing his long dark blue hair to stood up, his body smoking as he swayed side by side.

Liang with a messy long dark blue hair tied with a simple black ribbon along with his dirty clothes that he never bother to change after being shot by lighting thanks by his adorable system "Your welcome" he could only roll his eyes at that, with a face covered with black ash that he didn't bother to clean up, too lazy to bother.
It was not like he cared about what his image was or the opinion of other people, he rather got a thick-skin.
"Please try to feel shameful Liang, Adorable is feeling very shameful just by looking at you." well that's nice to hear your voice for once.
Currently he has the appearance of a very poor person, a beggar who has no money, specially a person who couldn't afford to ride at the transfer space travel.
Blinking his amber eyes, scratched that, he was definitely a poor person and his image is definitely standing out among the group of people currently riding the large vessel filled with yellow crystal inside and outside while a huge rune formation was all around the space vessel.
Those people who created this Vessel definitely has use numerous special materials just to build this space transporter, he wonder how much it cost?
Liang hands twitching as he stare at a rather expensive items a few distance away.
He wasn't like this before, he was a very wealthy man in his past life, being born poor in this life has somehow change him in some way.
"Sigh, Adorable System sure got such a poor Host." System lament on his mind, Liang wisely choose to ignore it, he was getting better at it, soon he won't be affected anymore.
Of course there are also other people that doesn't look rich, but they definitely don't look like him as a beggar at the moment.
Most of those people are called Wanderer belonging to an Organization called Lonan Association which was an connected and allies to the only Main Academy in the world that trained a person to become a Liberator.
The Lonan Association is the place where either a Clan, a tribe, an Empire or any other living creatures that issued a task for a Wanderer to accept and perform, of course there are rewards for completing of mission, it was a real reward unlike his system task.
"Host is just weak! Host Liang has to work hard to upgrade the System to be more useful for the Host." defended the adorable System from his useless Host, Liang continue to ignore it, he was getting better at it.
It was where most of the people who awaken the force energy in their body that become a Wanderer and goes to complete missions in the Lonan Association in order to get the rewards they need in order to get stronger, or for the mission, reputation and power.
There are a lot of different rewards being given and offered by other people after all.
Of course even a student training to be a Liberator or a Liberator itself can go there to perform the mission of their choices, not given by the Academy.
Specially the students who failed to be a Liberator goes there the most.
Anyone could be accepted as long as they have the ability in the Lonan Association.
After all, everyone need all the fighter it can have to help those crisis and danger that was happening all around the world.
Liang couldn't help but silently sigh, before leaning forward as he took a bite of a delicious looking bbq sandwich that he has prepared to carry on during his journey, it was made by the meat of a magical beast that he has hunt after he got his first task.
While secretly praying to his beloved mother in heaven feeling greatful for the space item she has left behind, it was her old item during her time as a Liberator.
At least he got a space item that could store objects, there was no need to worry about spoiling the foods while not being burden for carrying numerous objects.
Liang has no money anymore, and those food they were selling specially on this Vessel were so expensive, it was easier to just cook his own food to eat.
It taste more delicious, besides he need all the energy he could get, he was only 17 years old this year, physically, and was still growing up.
Munching his food while lamenting how a great chef he was, it was definitely good idea to try selling food in order to earn more money, specially when he was adept at using the meat of the magical beast.
It contained energy, specially famous for the people who awaken their force energy.
So Liang eat his sandwich while thinking about numerous ideas on how to earn more money, while secretly noting all the people loitering around the place, specially close around his body.
It was always good to be prepared and knowing the people around him.
It might get him out of trouble if something bad happen.
Because no matter how peaceful those people were currently acting around each other at the moment, it doesn't meant that there was no danger around, this land is definitely not a peaceful world.
It was a world with the law of the jungle, the strong always prevail and the weak can only whine.
Ah it made him fondly remember the mercenary group he once led, it was quite fun.
Of course, the memories of his enemies torment him next, ah he doesn't want to remember those people at all.
He definitely made more enemies in his life time than meeting friends and allies.

His body stiffening slightly, before staring dumbly as the delicate small hand suddenly grabbing the sandwich over his place, amber eyes following closely as the delicate hand has put the food on a small mouth, as it bit down on the sandwich before chewing on it with a white pearl teeth without hesitation.
Liang stared as he finally able to see the appearance of the person that has just grab his food.
It was a very unique woman, a teenage girl? Sometimes the people appearance in the world differ from their actual ages after all.
For all he know, she might be at the same age as his beloved mother but he knew not to ask a woman age... and their weight.
It was a young girl with the appearance younger than his physical actual age, either between 14-16 years old, with a thick soft looking white hair, her front face has long hair on both side that barely reach her chest, medium size his mind shamelessly measure, while at the back of her head was cut short in a messy way as it reach the base of her slender neck.
The young girl seemed content as she silently eat the food she has just stolen while letting the young man before her to stare at herself, pale blue eyes swiftly flashing a hint joy after swallowing the food on her mouth definitely showing how much she has just enjoy the food she has just eaten before pale blue eyes immediately become devoid of any emotion a few second later as she continue to chew her food.
Liang could only describe the young girl as someone unique, not because of the color of her hair being white or the pale blue color of her eyes, hey he got dark blue hair and amber eyes, no it was because of the crimson runes that was covering almost half of her right side face.
Oh she wasn't ugly looking, based just by the clear side of her face, she was definitely a beauty in on her way, that rune was just unusual, somehow without knowing the reason why it greatly irritate him.
Yes he felt irritated, making him feel very uncomfortable, because somewhere in his heart she shouldn't be looking like this.
It was weird, she was definitely a stranger, but somehow, he couldn't dislike her at all.
He even felt a slight ting of worry about her well being.
Frowning deeply, this was definitely unusual, he might look like a person able to get along so easily well but in fact he wasn't.

He never lower his guard down no matter what, despite how relax he always seemed to be, but somehow in his subconsciousness mind, she was place as someone as a person that he could trust.
No matter how weird it was, he somehow could slightly accept it, his guts has never failed him before.
Well, being scammed by a powerful existence to do his bidding and having this pit System that was only useful in affecting his mood doesn't count at all.
