40 Opening Gachas
The two of them faced away from each other. Maia stood beside the bed while Misho sat on the bed. The heavy atmosphere from earlier was now gone.
Misho and Maia both wore their clothes while thinking about their conversation. Maia had a slight smile on her face.
She finally heard Misho say that he loved her. Although he didn't say it in a romantic way, she was satisfied. Those words told her that she wasn't wrong in continuing to support him after all of these years.
"Maia, if say… I got a harem. Don't fight them, okay?" Misho said in a low voice.
Maia stopped wearing her bra and turned to look at him.
"I will only fight them if they bully you. If they steal you from me, heh, I don't believe that can happen," Maia said, a little smug.
"Thanks. Also, I want to buy a gacha pull."
"Y-you're taking advantage of the moment!" Maia exclaimed as she realized what he was trying to do.
"Well? Do you agree or not?" Misho said and shrugged his shoulders while smiling faintly.
Although he wasn't facing her, Maia could tell that he was smiling.
"Grrr… Fine!" Maia gritted her teeth and agreed.
"I won't let you down, Maia," Misho said.
"You better make it worth it, or I will castrate you in-game," Maia threatened.
"Don't worry! After your words earlier, I believe my luck is amazing today."
Misho thumped his chest with his fist. He was feeling confident after finally facing it with Maia.
"I'm done changing. I will go take a bath. Show me something good when I return," Maia said and left.
Misho was left sitting on the bed. He stared at the closed door and smiled. Her proposal to get him a harem touched his heart. Other women would be the first to say no, but she was the one who proposed it instead.
He then opened the in-game store.

He stared at the price for the tier 2 gacha and loot box. He blinked his eyes and even rubbed them, but the price was still the same.

{You don't know it's worst for Tier 3,} Aphrodite replied with her sweet and mellow voice.

Misho was terrified when he heard her words. He had a hunch that it would be worse than he could possibly ever imagine right now.

Aphrodite's voice suddenly stopped midway.

Misho recalled Maia and couldn't help but nod at her words before. She was so-so-right he wanted to slap himself from the past because he got a useless flower from it.
Misho looked at the flower on the pot beside their bed and cringed at it. That useless thing cost 100 Gold. He could've saved it to buy a Tier 2 item instead.
Misho stared at the in-game store and pondered. Should he still buy the T1 Gacha pull, or should he save Gold coins for later?
He closed his eyes and focused.
He might get a spell art or a weapon if he bought it. Of course, there was also the chance of him getting higher-tier items. A few minutes later, he resolved his determination and ultimately decided to buy one.
