CHAPTER 11. SPONSORSHIP

Hearing that they were not rejected,Larry and the rest were very happy and they ran over to Frank and John been led by Raphael, when they got to were Frank and John were standing elizabeth toke the initiative to greet them before the rest follow suit.

After the greeting they left the hall together and at the same time they were discussing about the face off between Frank and Alex. While they were discussing, Ann who was a shy girl and rarely talk in class suddenly said. " You need to be careful with the way you talk to Alex if not you are going to land yourself in trouble".

"I can deal with Alex , with a little word he won't be able to say a thing" replied Frank.

"You don't get it do you, what I mean is that he might actually pick a fight with you"said Ann.

"Oh, thanks for the warning. Anyway he is not a threat to me since we are still in the school premises" replied Frank.

"Yes we are still in the school premises but have you forgotten that he is from a rich background and is father is also supporting the school, so with a little scolding he will be left off the hook" asked Elizabeth.

"Just because his father's rich does not give him the right to do what he feels like doing" replied Frank.

"We know but the thing is, with our weak background there's nothing we can do if worst come to worst" replied Ann while playing with her fingers.

"I will do my best to avoid any encounter with him until we are done with the examination" said Frank.

After their little chat, John led the kids to the playground where they played until the bell was rang and they all return to their various block and teaching continued until they were done for the day and decided to head home but before they left Larry said he's going to keep seat for Frank and John while Raphael,Ann, Elizabeth and will sit behind and in front of them. After which they left school, when they got to John's place he took Frank straight to his room to shower after greeting his parents.

After there were done with shower,they started attending to their homework and when they were done with their homework they started revising what they learnt in school before Mrs Kovacs came to inform them that supper launch is ready and they left the room together and went to the dinning room where they sat down and waited for Mrs Kovacs to serve the meal.

After serving the meal they started eating and that was when Mr Kovacs suddenly asked the kids are was their study today which they told him it went well .

"Daddy Frank had a quarrel with someone today"said John.

"Why are you fighting with people in school"asked Mr Kovacs.

"It was due to a party that our hall was organizing and we are supposed to contribute for the preparation of the party but Frank said he's not interested in the party and that was what lead to their quarrel"replied John.

"Party,at this age you are already stopping about party"said Mr Kovacs while glaring at John.

"Father is not what you are thinking,the party we are going to throw for the examination. You know some student will be leaving so we are hosting this for to gather and have fun before leaving" replied John.

"I see, so Frank are you interested in going too" asked Mrs Kovacs while looking at Frank.

"No ma, I will be staying by father side by them"replied Frank.

Hearing what Frank said Mrs Kovacs remember that his father is really injured and Frank have not seen him since he was sent to hospital and she regretted asking him about going to the party and she said. "Is good to stay with your father".

Frank nodded in agreement to Mrs Kovacs words . But that was when Mr Kovacs suddenly asked. " What will you be doing after your examination".

When he heard Mr Kovacs question, Frank stop eating and replied. "I will be assisting my mother with are trade"

"That's good to hear, about your admission into highschool you can leave that to me. I will be paying for whatever requirement that is needed" said Mr Kovacs.

Hearing that Mr Kovacs will be sponsoring he through out his years in highschool Frank was very happy and he quickly knee on the floor and started thanking Mr and Mrs Kovacs for their kindness.

Seeing Frank knee on the floor Mrs Kovacs quickly told him to get up from the floor and sit down and continue with his meal to which he agreed to.

Seeing that Frank was in a happy mood, John said "hey Frank since we are going to be in the same highschool, we'll be living together".

, Frank laughed to what his friend just said and also replied "of course we will be living together,if I don't stay with you then who am I going to stay with?

"I don't know maybe you will be living with Alex hahaha", replied John while laughing at Frank .

"You are not serious John,I would rather stay with a stranger then to stay with that spoiled rat" said Frank.

Seeing that the kids were joking Mr and Mrs Kovacs just continue with their meal and at the same time smiling at what they were saying. After they were done Frank followed John to the kitchen to help with the dishes and when they were done with the dishes, they went to John's room to play "plant vs zombie". They played and take turn on the game until it was getting close to 6pm which was when Mrs Donald came to pick Frank, she told them about the improved state are husband was in and was also informed of what Mr Kovacs told Frank and also thank him before they left the Kovacs apartment.
