Ch 10- 1st years vs 3rd years part 2

Alex was loosening up in the dugout getting ready to finally start pitching as Sawamura came up to him and said.

Sawamura- good luck out there Alex.

Alex- Thank you Sawamura but I think you should warm up as well as there is only 3 innings left. And I think you will be pitching the last 2 or 1 inning. So make it count.

Sawamura- Yes and then I will be the future ace.

Alex- No you wont it will be me you idiot.

After Alex said that he walked out of the dugout and went to the mound ready to start pitching. The catcher came up to Alex and ask him what type of pitches he can throw and Alex said.

Alex- At the moment I can throw Fastball, Curveball, Change-up, Splitter and a Cutter But I will mostly throw Fastball right down the middle.

Catcher- O-Ok. Just do the best you can.

Alex saw that the batter was ready so he got in his pitcher stance and throw his first pitch and throw a fast ball down the middle.

Umpire- Strike one.

< WOOOSH> < BOOOM >

Umpire- Strike two

< WOOOSH> < BOOOM >

Umpire- Strike three. Batter out.

Alex- One out.

The next batter came out and got in the batter box and Alex throw's a fast Curveball that for a quick strike. The second pitch is a Fastball down the middle and the batter swung and missed. For the last pitch Alex smiled and throw it with a lot of spirit. But the ball came to the batter as slow as it can and the batter swung to early and missed it.

Umpire- S-strike three. Batter out.

???- Was that a Change-up.

???- I think it was but did you see the batter he swung so early and missed it completely.

???- Yes. Even I was fouled when I saw the spirit he put in his pitch I though it was going to be a another fastball.

The 3rd year batter just looked at Alex and can see him smiling at him and Alex activated his Aura and the 3rd year started to shake and walked back and past the next batter and said

???- B-be careful. H-he is a monster.

???- Him. He is just a 1st year that has not even played a real game yet.

After the batter said that he went to the batter box a steered at Alex who was looking at him as if he was looking at his pray. The predatory steer Alex gave the batter made him shatter and even the Umpire/coach was a pit fazed looking at Alex. Alex though to try something different and he activated his ability zone. Alex started his pitching motion with black lightning coming out of his eyes and throw's his pitch down the middle and everyone looked on in silence as the batter hit it up high and Alex stood there on the mound not moving as he stretched his hand out and the ball fell in to his glove. Alex just stood there like an unmoving mountain as the presser washes off him and the coach said.

Coach- A-alex you pass. Be at the first-strings team practice starting tomorrow.

Alex closed his eyes and deactivated his zone ability and look at the coach and said.

Alex- Yes sir.

And walked off the mound in the silence of everyone and went to the dugout and went up to Sawamura and said.

Alex- Your turn next Sawamura. Don't let me down.

Alex sat down and watched the rest of the game and Sawamura who was exited to start pitching. At the end of the game the 3rd years won but the biggest spires was the three good 1st year pitchers and one ( well two if we count Alex ) batter. After that the coach gathered all the 1st years and said.

Coach- All of you 1st years did good in this practice game agents the 3rd years. Furuya Satoru, Kominato Haruichi, Shiba Alex and Sawamura Eijun. Be at the first-strings team practice starting tomorrow. And to the rest of you don't give up and keep practicing and soon it will be your turn.

1st years- YES SIR.

After that they all went back to rest and Alex went to his room to look at his system because when he was pitching and activated his zone ability and Aura skill he got an achievement.

After that Alex system shutdown and updates. As Alex sees this he shrugs his shoulders went to eat dinner and went to bed.
