Sisters

"Lee yon Na" teacher Kim screams at her.

"You already have an IQ of a child and with your failing grade you'll not be able to attend any University. Have some shame and focus on my class." Teacher Kim glares at her and resumes teaching mathematics.

Yoona is in her last year of highschool and we'll her grade reflect her year.. LAST!!

when she hear teacher Kim shouting at her she is brought back from her lala land. she stands up and bows down. "Sorry Miss Kim" and the she takes her notebook and start writing some gibberish on it. Random letters and numbers are scribbled on the white piece of paper which soon becomes tainted with ink.

As soon as the bell rings and teacher leaves the classroom everyone surrounds Lee Mi Ran, Yoonas'sister.

Mi Ran is the batch topper who excels not only in her studies but she is a well known prodigy for piano.

Her excellency is one of the reason for their parents pride. Nobody actually believes that they are sisters as one Excel in everything she does while the other one is a complete failure.

"Mi Ran" her classmates horde her and asked "Is Yoona really your sister? How come her brain doesn't work at all and she is so dumb."

Mi Ran smiled at them and said "Leave her be. She is not my sister. My father does not even acknowledge her."

Yoona looked at the group of people with a nonchalance and the continued scribbling on her notebook.

Yoona was once someone who could rule the entire world but she laid subdued because of her younger sister.

When the school was over Yoona started Jogging towards their home. Two sisters, same parents but the treatment the got was heaven and earth apart. A chauffeur was sent for Mi Ran while she wasn't even allowed in their car.

It didn't matter to her though. She was working on building her physique so she preferred jogging over any other mode anyways.

Yoona had been living with her grandfather since she was little and only recently had she come to live with her parents. Her Grandfather often told her that her parents loved her dearly but for some unforeseen reason were unable to raise her.

when she first met her parents she wondered if the meaning of Love changed from her grandfathers house to Mr. Lees' house because she could not see an ounce of love that her grandfather mentioned.

She jogged her way to the nearest bus station and then reached her home. She looked at the big house that they had and wondered what made them abandone her.

As soon as she reached her home with a hint of sweat trickling down her face she heard her mother say "Yoona go and study, you need to graduate or else we'll send you back to your grandfather"

"Ask your sister if you don't understand anything and make sure to do well in this year exam. But before that cook something for yourself and Mi Ran."

As she was instructing her about her things to do she tied her scandal and walked out to meet her friends.

Yoona sighed as she prepared tteok-bokki and muttered to herself "Should I take this test seriously? No, that won't do. "

she contemplated this thought for a while and then gave up on this. "Yeah that's right! I need to focus on more pressing matters right now" she muttered to herself while going upstairs to her room.

She locked her room and took out a heavy laptop from her backpack. It was a new laptop but wasn't available in the market. she tapped the network, added the VPN and started surfing through the internet. The last word she uttered before the complete silence with keyboard tapping making all the noise was "I must secure this project."
