Joe had night shift that day. He heighted about 2m and had a bald head. Though, his black full-beard and muscles, combined with his sharp jaw gave him rather a handsome appearance. He was sitting in his chair leaned back. There was no one to yell at him to do his work for he had his own bureau. Well, this changed when the door opened and a long-haired blonde woman entered the room. She was gasping heavily and this got Joe's whole attention. He adjusted his posture. 'Officer Joe. There was a murder in District 2. And judging the description. Gulp! It must be the Noble Reaper!' Joe shot up to his feet. He took his jacket hanging to the pole at the entrance and walked out. The woman followed him. 'Sir where are you going?' I am paying District 2 a visit! Good our police station borderlines District 2.'

Emilia had arrived home by now. She was laying on her bed and enjoying a video on her phone. That's when she got a message on her phone, appearing as a push message. The message was from the contact husband. Immediately, Emilia threw her phone away and curled together to a ball. Though this phase lasted as long it had taken to appear. 'Man up girl!' She opened and exhaled. Then she clapped her cheeks. 'He's not here, girl. Huuu. I think this time I have fled far enough! Tomorrow I should talk with Drace again, about that man from today. I doubt the police will be a help in this city either! Well time to sleep.'

Drace hadn't gone home. Instead, he was sitting on a hight wall, bordering the sea. In fact, his home and the university itself too were near by the sea and close to District 3. His gaze was lost in the clean heaven. And he sighed: 'Another good feat achieved.' His expression ironed and he shut his eyes. 'One day I will find you!'

An old man was sitting in his office. He had a large window behind him, to his right a wall on which a picture hung and to the right a wall with nothing. And in front of him a door was facing him, a door which just the opened and Joe stepped in. However, he was not alone. Some people were holding him, leaned back, yet their struggle remained a struggle. Joe nevertheless stepped in tearing the men holding him along. And the old man didn't welcome him friendly: 'Who dares just to enter like that? Who are you even?' 'I am Joe and heard of the murder just some hours ago. The same happened in District 3!' 'So you aren't even from this district and yet you dare behave like that. So, that murderer must be from your district?' 'Yes, that's why' – 'That's why you can go back and we will take care of it!' 'But' – 'You are from a lower district you should be happy you were able to even step into this holy place. You weren't able to catch that murderer in your district and now you expect to succeed here? Hahaha, ridiculous. Go back. Should we ever need you, we know where to find you! And next time you enter just like that it will be your last time!' Joe slammed the wall to his right, turned around and left. The old man gazed at his colleagues. 'Why did you let him in?' 'Officer Truz, that's the Joe who helped District 2 back then!' Truz's eyes shot open. He made himself comfortable in his chair, muttering to himself: 'I see. No wonder he was granted access.' He ushered his men away. 'It's getting interesting!'

On his way out the building Joe's female colleague inquired: 'Officer Joe what is your plan now?' They left the building, ignoring the insults people threw at them, especially insults connected to their district. 'For now, we wait!' He gazed around. 'This place sure gives off a weird vibe as always. 'What do you mean?' 'I mean it is totally different from our district or the others. It's so calm and clean and also safe!' 'Aside their attitude towards the lower districts isn't that a good thing?' Joe glanced down on the woman for she was only about 1.60m. 'Jasmin, was it right?' 'Yes!' 'Well, Jasmin. I just learned from past events that when everything on the surface seems perfect, the exact opposite is for things happening beneath the surface! But for now, let's go.' 'And what do we do if they never call us?' 'Joe opened the door for her and smiling pointed towards the inner of the car. As the woman stepped in, he replied: 'Then we will call ourselves, saying it was an emergency!'
