New trouble

Taiyo wakes up in his hospital bed, fatigued. He tries to stand up but he's too tired and drained.

"I used too much ki on that last move i did" Taiyo said "I must be feeling the after effects of using a lot of ki like that."

"Still though what he said back there." Taiyo said in a deep tone

'I've got something to tell you after this tournament.' Hanage had said before.

"It makes me wonder" Taiyo said

"Same here" Kinishi said

"Do you know what he meant?" Taiyo asked

"First of all: no, second: your not surprised that I responded?" Kinishi said.

"I wouldn't question what he meant unless you were here so, no I wasn't surprised." Taiyo said

"Welp, our next fight is in 48 hours." Kinishi said.

"Just enough time to recover some of my ki," Taiyo said.

Kinishi leaves the room for Taiyo to rest peacefully. Taiyo stays in his room wondering about Shinpi.

"What was that, no... who was that?" Taiyo said.

Taiyo tries to force a meeting with Shinpi by focusing on a mental image of the mysterious figure but nothing happens.

"Of course it doesn't work!" Taiyo complains.

Taiyo lays down and goes to sleep.

"You are not ready yet." Shinpi says

Taiyo wakes up dripping with cold sweat.

"What the." Taiyo says as he holds his forehead.

"I've got a major migraine right now." Taiyo says "I should go find some medicine."

Taiyo walks through the dark and omniscient hospital section of the arena building. 'Why does everything look so blurry and weird?' Taiyo says in his head.

Taiyo nearly faints but stumbles back up and bumps into Hanage.

"Oh shoot, I'm sorry." Taiyo

"Bro... go back to bed." Hanage said "I'll get you some medicine."

"huh, ok... thanks Hanag-" Taiyo faints on the floor and Hanage brings Taiyo back to his hospital bed.

"ughh" Taiyo says "geez, I never felt like that ever..."

"It's due to the amount of ki you used in that last fight." Hanage said.

"Oh ok." Taiyo said.

"We have a situation, so I was just ki training when i felt a different type of ki, two people with malicious ki, and I went investigating the two people and found out that they're after us." Hanage said

"What?! why?" Taiyo said

"Because you, me, and Kinishi have ties to Aika and they currently have her hostage and want to experiment on her, due to her time power, but we're 'in the way' because we could save her at any time." Hanage said

"Aika's alive too?" Taiyo said in shock.

"Yes, she is, look i'll explain everything later but for now focus on this." Hanage said.

"Ok, but we have to tell Kinishi about this."

Hanage stays quiet

"Right?" Taiyo said

"uhh so... about that." Hanage said

"What happened?" Taiyo said

"He was kidnapped..." Hanage said.

"Damn." Taiyo said "We gotta make a plan."
