New Subsidiary- Hibari's Mermaid Cafe!

Tenshi smiled gently, nodding "Mhm… Mhm." Shyarly had a smug look on her face but it froze as Tenshi continued, "Mhm… I can see the light of Heaven calling me. This coffee is really a ticket straight to the afterlife…" he picked up the cup and walked outside, pouring the coffee on the ground, saying "Toxic waste, people. Please don't drink this, thank you!"

Before walking back inside, he started soft, "That coffee…" before exploding "ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME?! PREPARE MY PALATE! YEAH! FOR MY SUDDEN DEATH! I'LL NEVER TASTE AGAIN FROM THAT GARBAGE WATER! HOLY FUCK! I'VE NEVER TASTED SOMETHING SO BAD IN MY LIFE AND THAT'S SAYING SOMETHING BECAUSE KARIN CAN'T MAKE A COFFEE TO SAVE HER LIFE!"

Tenshi clawed at his tongue, "Oh god! It's like coating my tongue like a film! Get it off! I'll never taste again!" Shyarly was dazed and teared up, "You don't have to be so mean!" Tenshi retorted "No, I do! Because you need to be rid of these delusions! This is why people prefer tea! Because there's sludge like this dragging down the name of coffee! Anyway, I will be claiming your Cafe. This is ridiculous! Follow me!" as he walked out of the Cafe.

When they got back to the Cafe, Tenshi paused, turning his head strangely.

Kisame was learning Fish-Man Karate from a bunch of Fishmen… Tenshi didn't know who Kisame was, thinking he was a Fishman who was wearing Ninja clothes for some reason. He ignored him and walked into the cafe.

Jinbe walked in and sat down, feeling a little cramped.

Tenshi waved, "I'll upgrade it tonight!" before serving all the Mermaid Cafe group different coffees. The Mermaid waitresses drank the coffee and held their cheeks, "Waaaah~! So tasty!" Shyarly clenched her fists and sipped the coffee before gritting her teeth, "I hate it." Tenshi clicked his tongue quickly, "Tsk tsk tsk~ Don't lie to yourself. My coffee is the best coffee there ever was and will be, if there's someone better than me, I haven't met them yet. But it's highly doubtful!"

He crossed his arms and nodded, "Mhm. Now hurry up and admit defeat. You can't match up to my coffee making skills and your coffee itself is horrid. It's closer to shit than coffee. Just because they're both brown doesn't mean they have to taste the same!" Shyarly looked depressed and Jinbe drank happily, "Hm! Very sweet."

Tenshi looked at her and Shyarly stared at him for a while before gritting her teeth and saying "Fine! You win!" Tenshi smiled gently, "I knew you'd come around eventually! Now then, for our business." Shyarly looked at him blankly.

Tenshi waved, "Your silly cafe needs a remodeling, I need to install a new coffee machine, the waitresses need training, and you need to be taught how to make coffee." he rubbed his chin and muttered, "I guess I could spare a few clones. Karin, make a few clones and teach the Mermaids how to be a good waitress."

Karin tripped and laid on the ground face first, muffled sobs escaping from under her…

Haku squatted down and stroked her back, sighing "It's better than the Grass Village…" Karin seemed to cry harder…

Alber seemed to have found a good opportunity and said "Jinbe, teach Tenshi Fish-Man Karate." Jinbe was startled and nodded, "Oh? Alright." he didn't mind, you know, Tenshi saved his friend's life!

Tsunade heard Fish-Man Karate and her eyes lit up. She walked over and asked Jinbe around 1263 questions before finally deciding to have a few ninja try to learn while detailing the experience and writing down notes for the future.

She tasked Hiashi Hyuga with writing down the notes. While she watched from the side, bartering with the FishMen. She even came to Itachi, saying directly "See if you can find out how it works, then write down your experience and whatever you can gather from the technique."

Itachi was startled, saying "I'm not-" Tsunade waved, "Did I ask for your life story? No, I didn't. Get it done, thank you." before walking away, talking to a starfish about clothing items.

Itachi was speechless.

Tenshi started training Shyarly with a Coffee Clone as he made dozens to deal with everything else. He was training in the training area, training in Fish-Man Karate with Jinbe, training Shyarly, training with Alber, fixing the Mermaid cafe, securing Fish-Man exclusive Materials for the eventual Cafe expansion, which was postponed…

He was very busy!

So busy in fact, that just raising the Subsidiary Cafe took a month and a half!

That night, Tenshi placed the Subordinate Token into the new and improved 'Hibari's Mermaid Cafe'

The magical event took place.

Tenshi looked everywhere and nodded in satisfaction. There was door to the main cafe and he nodded again.

Then we walked out and looked at the huge sign that took on a new appearance.

The 'Hibari's' portion was like his sign but the 'Mermaid' had fishtails on the letters, finally the entire sign was in the shape of a Mermaid laying on a rock like in the Little Mermaid.

The Good one…

At any rate, Tenshi set up the Grand Opening for tomorrow before going back to the Cafe and opening up the expansion token, finally.

He made the cafe much larger, incorporating all the materials he collected thus far!

The lights were replaced with soft light Dials, many things were optimized and upgraded directly, there were cloud bean bags in a reading area on the new second floor along with a new Terrasse on top of the main cafe.

The cafe interior was expanded to a bigger space so some larger people could fit inside. The Terrasse was expanded widely and the second floor was added.

The chairs inside had built-in cushions made of clouds that were self cleaning.

The carvings became life-like.

The library was expanded by a dozen bookshelves and placed with various books Tenshi had collected from everywhere he had been. There was even history books of Konoha, Alabasta, Fish-Man Island, Skypiea, etc. A ton of new Romance novels, fiction novels, even some comic books.

There was even the completed collection of Sora: Warrior of the Sea.

Not only that but Harry Potter, the Little Mermaid…

The Art of War, Turtle Breathing Technique, Coiling Dragon, Cultivation Chat Group, The Princess and the Pirate…

There was even a book called; Kidnapped by an Emperor

Tenshi didn't even know how to feel, there were people writing these novels in One Piece too!

Tenshi even thought he saw a Batman comic somewhere in there… But he did see a Devil Fruit Encyclopedia. Tsunade copied the book and kept a copy for herself. Iceberg saw the book and was shocked because this Encyclopedia was full! All sorts of fruits were detailed in the book, it was massive! Even fruits that had ever been heard of were in this book.

In short, the Cafe looked better than before, able to accommodate many more people!

The next day

Tenshi was speaking with King Neptune about the new Mermaid Cafe, explaining that they could simply go through the door in the Mermaid cafe to come to the ship. He also explained that the Fish-Men could trade on his deck with all sorts of people from all over the world and even ninja.

He added that Pappag was already selling his clothes to people from another Universe, saying that Neptune should start taxing him. Neptune rubbed his chin and thought it was a good idea.

Actually, Pappag was given the blueprints to make ninja clothes with Chakra metal threads. He started making clothes for ninja that were like wearing their uniforms but more fashionable.

Pappag couldn't stand the ninja clothes, he had a talk with Tsunade, claiming that out of the kindness of his heart, he was going to sell her a complete series of outfits for the entire village. Those sandals needed to go, he almost violently threw up all over the ninja.

Many people didn't understand, they were ninja, why were they wearing sandals? Wasn't this the stupidest thing to ever exist in the history of everything? And so Sandals were banned in Konoha, anyone found wearing the old ninja sandals were executed on the spot.

Finally everything was right in Konoha.

A new form of shoewear was introduced, a complete cover that was armored to prevent someone stabbing their toes like before. Pappag directly called whoever created these sandals an actual brain dead moron who didn't know what fashion was.

Whoever used them was just as stupid as the person who made them.

Normal sandals were alright, since nobody was using them in combat then it wasn't an issue. Otherwise what was the difference between that and barefoot? Just take them off if you don't value your feet.

After getting sprayed for over 2 hours, Tsunade agreed with a complete culture reformation in Konoha.

However during this month, Sasuke left the village, Naruto left with Jiraiya to train, and Tsunade took Sakura as an apprentice.

It was a sad time.

Anyway!

The Cafe was new and improved, everyone was thriving.

Tenshi didn't see any value in staying on Fish-Man Island anymore. If he went and beat Hody Jones to death, he would be seen as a villain because he was human, so he just left it for Luffy to clean up. At any rate, he wasn't doing anything at the moment. That guy Vander Decken was beaten in the night and his hands were both pressed against some Okamas.

His classic lester the molester shtick was now ineffective. Not to mention, Tenshi forced him to swallow a piece of seastone. Now he was useless. Then Tenshi patted his ass and left, leaving Van Decken alive to suffer everyday.

Anyway, Luffy would be here later.

In a year and a half actually!

He could clean up!

Tenshi had things to do!

And so, with some twists and turns, the main purpose for coming to Fish-Man Island was accomplished! Although… he never got his Mermaid employee… But he got the next best thing which was Mermaids in the cafe as customers.

Also, he was learning Fish-Man Karate with Jinbe and getting stronger everyday. He even got used to the fatigue of returning his clones to himself.

Alber was very happy with his progression.

Kisame learned Fish-Man Karate and actually managed to use it. Tsunade wrote it down and beat Kisame to the ground, dragging him out of the cafe back to Konoha as she forced him to be a Fish-Man Karate instructor.

Kisame was helpless, when Tsunade went into her Hybrid form, she was unstoppable for him.

And so, Kisame ended up becoming a Fish-Man instructor for Konoha ninja and Hyuga clansmen. Hiashi figured out a way to incorporate Fish-Man Karate into Gentle Fist. It was quite explosive. Neji learned from Kisame and Kisame got the hang of Gentle Fist, even the FishMen karate users were stunned, learning from Neji.

As the ship sailed away Tenshi smiled happily at all the lively people.

All the Fishmen had come in through the Mermaid Cafe entrance and were excited to see the New World without consequences.

Tenshi smiled gently, serving coffee with a smile, very satisfied with his journey so far! It was only up from here!
