13 Cold Brewed Truth

They came to a river and Tenshi jumped in, rubbing himself profusely, he even threw up in the water and jumped out. His wings shivered and dried themselves off. Kakashi watched him and said seriously "You have a problem."

Tenshi's wings flicked out behind him before folding on his back as he sighed sadly, "What did I do? I'm just a normal guy… Why was I attacked?" his voice was very gentle.

Kakashi looked at the unconscious and burned Masked Ninja, he came to Tenshi and looked at him sitting down on the grass.

He frowned as his body looked to be someone who trained intensely for many years! Not to mention he had wings and seemingly a Blood Limit! But Kakashi didn't feel any Chakra coming from him!

He asked seriously, "What was that? You need to explain yourself." Tenshi sighed gently, asking "Are those two alive?" Kakashi paused before nodding, Tenshi let out a breath of relief and said "I don't like fighting. I've never even killed someone before…" he looked at the impaled Masked Ninja and teared up, "Until today…"

Kakashi said quickly, "Explain!" Tenshi wiped his eyes and explained, "I was born like this. There's no explanation. Even I don't know why I look like this, I have to hide my eyes and wings. My Dad always told me to never show anyone… or if anyone saw I had to kill them! But, I don't like to fight. I don't even really like arguing. How could I kill someone? This was an accident, I couldn't…"

He sniffed and continued, "I'm not a ninja, I'm a civilian." Kakashi said coldly, "That's not what it looked like!" Tenshi sighed to himself, replying gently, "I trained with my dad, but I barely have any chakra… Completely unsuitable to be a ninja. I know some jutsu that I made myself with my special Blood Limit… But other than that, I can't do much. It's Coffee. Basically, boiling water release but you can drink it and get a boost of energy."

He shook his head and added, "I don't have the talent or personality to be a ninja. My parents both knew this, the only reason I survived today was surprise and speed. They don't know anything about me so they were caught off guard… Like I said… I don't like fighting."

Kakashi looked at Tenshi before throwing out kunai and killing the two burn victims. Tenshi flinched and Kakashi said seriously, "Well, you don't have a choice anymore." Tenshi looked troubled, saying softly, "Can't we just get along? Why do I have to fight?"

Kakashi explained, "Because so many people are paying attention to you now. Eventually, you will be found out! You hid your eyes and wings because you don't want trouble, but trouble comes for you! I can tell you right now, unless you want to end up as an experiment, you need to learn how to fight. Your wings and Blood Limit are too strange! Even if Konoha protects you, other villages will come for you."

Since you won't take money, I will teach you. Every night after closing, come here. I'll take care of these guys this time, but next time you will do it!"

Tenshi shook his head with a pale face, "But, I don't want to!" Kakashi said angrily "Do you want to be dissected like a frog?!" Tenshi shook his head gently and Kakashi nodded, "Then shut up and act like a man!" Tenshi swallowed and nodded softly, saying gently, "Okay… But I don't wanna kill anyone."

Kakashi turned around and said seriously, "Only strong people get to choose!" as he picked up the corpses and disappeared.

Tenshi hugged his knees and wrapped his wings around himself, muttering worriedly, "I'm scared, mom… I don't want to hurt anyone." he strangely felt warmth coming from his wings as though Hibari was hugging him again.

Tenshi wiped his eyes sadly, it had only been a week since she was gone and everything fell apart… He wished she was still here with him…

He sniffled and got up, going home quietly.

He quickly took a shower and washed himself before laying in bed, checking his system…
