The Winner Of The Outer Sect Competition!

"That was a close call, Go," a man's voice sounded in Go's head. "You almost died."

"Master," Go mumbled. He opened his eyes and saw an uneven rock ceiling in front of him. "Where am I?" he said in his head to his master.

"Elder Din has brought you to his own cave in the elder's peak," Go's master said.

"I see," Go said in his head and closed his eyes. He recalled everything that happened, from the moment when he was called to go to the main peak, to the moment when Drog said to him – "Death would be too easy for you, Go. You will live your entire life in fear of me."

"My dear friends, Ro and No, I am so sorry," Go thought and tears formed in the corners of his eyes. "I wasn't there to protect you two, and even if I was, I wouldn't have been able to." He raised his right arm and wiped his tears off with the back of it. "I vow to you both. No, not you both. All three of you that were killed by Drog. I will become much stronger, stronger than Drog and the Feng family, and avenge you all."

"Go, there is something very important that I must tell you, but before that, I have to ask you a question," Go's master said.

"What is it, master?" Go said in his head.

"Are you afraid of him? Are you afraid of Drog?" Go's master said.

Go opened his eyes and stared at the rock ceiling for a few minutes before saying in his head, "Of course I am afraid. His cultivation base is weaker than mine and he's stronger than me. But even if I am afraid of him, I must kill him and avenge those that he had killed. I have to cultivate and reach an even higher cultivation base than his and I must train in higher ranked techniques."

"I see," Go's master said.

"You aren't going to reprimand me, master?" Go said with confusion in his voice.

"I won't," Go's master said. "Because I feel the same way as you – Drog must die."

"Master…" Go said. "Didn't you always teach me that a human must never take another human's life."

"That is correct," Go's master said. "A human must not take another human's life. But Drog is an exception. Listen. When you lost your consciousness, I heard the voice of that vile demon. It was conversing with Drog and he called it – master."

Go's eyes widened from shock and he jumped up from the ground. "What?!" he shouted out.

"When you asked me if I would teach you, I told you that I can only guide you and not teach you," Go's master said. "But that changes today."

"Master, you mean?" Go said.

"That's right," Go's master said. "I will teach you everything that I know. But before that, you have to get away from Drog as far as possible."

Go shook his head. "I can't, master."

"Why not?" Go's master said.

"If Drog searches for me and doesn't find me," Go said. "He will kill my brothers and sisters of the sword sect."

"I am afraid that he will do that regardless of whether you are here or not," Go's master said. "Because, wherever that demon went, corpses followed."

Go slowly nodded his head. He closed his eyes, slowly breathed in through his nose and slowly breathed out of his mouth. He opened his eyes. "I understand. I will leave the sword sect, but I will take her with me."

"When you said that he will kill your brothers and sisters," Go's master said. "You were mostly worried about her, weren't you?"

"She is very important to me, yes," Go said. "But so is everyone in the sword sect, and also big sister Ri, her son and husband."

"I know," Go's master said.

Drog stood on the first arena which was surrounded by disciples. In front of him stood Lucia and between them, stood elder Yan.

"The final match of the outer sect tournament between Drog and Lucia will now begin," elder Yan said and half of the disciples surrounding the arena cheered as they were excited to see the fight between Drog and Lucia who won all of their fights in a single attack. While the other half looked at Lucia with worry as they knew that Drog had killed a disciple in his first match of the outer sect tournament.

"I forfeit," Lucia said.

All of the many arena surrounding disciples widened their eyes and opened their mouths. Not one of them made a single sound.

Elder Yan looked at Lucia. "You came this far and your cultivation exceeds that of your opponent. Are you sure that you want to concede?"

"Mhm," Lucia said as she nodded her head.

Elder Yan nodded his head. "I understand," he said and announced in a loud voice, "The winner of the outer sect competition is Drog."

"Let's go, Lucia," Drog said. He and Lucia both disappeared from the eyes of the arena surrounding disciples as they moved faster than the many arena surrounding disciples could see.

Drog and Lucia stopped when they left the arenas.

"Let's go to the alchemy peak, Lucia, "Drog said.

"Okay, big brother Drog," Lucia said.

Drog and Lucia walked to the bridge which led to the alchemy peak and took it. They arrived on the alchemy peak and made their way to the largest building of the peak. They walked inside and saw that by the counter sat an unfamiliar male disciple.

"What can I help you with?" the male disciple said with a smile.

"Go and call the guest elder," Drog said.

"Can I ask why you need the guest elder?" the male disciple said.

"Go and call her."

"If you don't give me a reason, then I won't."

Drog frowned. "Call her or else."

The male disciple laughed. "Or else what?"

"Or else this," Drog said. He appeared in front of the male disciple and grabbed his neck with his right hand.
