The Nine Peaks Of The Sword Sect!

Yu Bo, Drog and Lucia walked onto the bridge and continued into the sect.

"When we reach the end of this bridge, we will be in the sword sect," Yu Bo said. "The sect consists of 9 different peaks. The first one is known as the main peak. It connects all the peaks and is the peak in which we will end up in when we reach the end of this bridge. The other peaks are: the outer disciple peak, the inner disciple peak, the core disciple peak, the alchemy peak, the inscriptions peak, the blacksmith peak, the elder peak and the master's peak. The outer disciple peak is the peak in which you two will spend most of your time as it is where you two will live and cultivate. That is before you two become inner or core disciples."

Drog slightly nodded his head. "Is there are a difference between the outer disciple, the inner disciple and the core disciple peaks?"

Yu Bo nodded his head. "There is. The Qi in the inner disciple peak is denser than the Qi in the outer disciple peak, and the Qi in the core disciple peak is denser than the Qi in the inner disciple peak."

Drog nodded his head in understanding and thought, "I will first absorb all the Qi in the outer disciple peak, then in the inner disciple peak and finally in the core disciple peak. That is what I would like to do, but if I absorb too much Qi out of one single peak, the elders or even the sect master might investigate as to why the peak suddenly lost so much Qi. And if they trace it back to me, they will attempt to kill me. Not that they will succeed."

"Next is the alchemy peak," Yu Bo said. "In this peak, you can buy medicines that heal your wounds and restores your Qi amongst other things. Also, if your dantian is of fire and wood element affinity, you can train to become an alchemist. You said that you and Lucia have awakened your dantians. Of what element affinities are your dantians? Can either one of you become alchemists?"

"We both can."

Yu Bo's body shook and he stopped. He looked at Drog and Lucia and they stopped as well.

"What did you just say? You can both become alchemists?" Yu Bo said in a shocked voice.

"Yes, we both can," Drog said.

"How is that possible?" Yu Bo mumbled. "Only 5% of all cultivators have both fire and wood element affinities."

"And both me and Lucia have those element affinities," Drog said and thought, "We both have all the element affinities and not just fire and wood element affinities."

Yu Bo slowly nodded his head. "That's amazing," he said but then tilted his head in confusion as he remembered what Drog's martial talent was. "Let's continue." He, Drog and Lucia continued on into the sect. "Next is the inscriptions peak. In this peak, you can buy inscriptions that set up barriers, increase physical abilities or teleports you. Also, if your dantian is of earth and water element affinity, you can train to become an inscriptionist." He didn't ask whether Drog or Lucia had earth and water element affinity because he thought that it was impossible. "The next peak is the blacksmith peak. In this peak, you can buy weapons. Also, if your dantian is of metal and earth element affinity, you can train to become a blacksmith." He once again didn't ask whether Drog and Lucia had metal and earth element affinities because he once again thought that it was impossible.

"Next is the elder and the master's peak, right?" Drog said. "How is the Qi density there compared to the core disciple peak's."

"The elders' peak's Qi is as dense as the core disciple peak's Qi but the master's peak's Qi is much denser than the core disciple peak's Qi. And to your and other disciples great fortune, once a year, one disciple from each peak is allowed to cultivate in the master's peak. A disciple from the outer peak is allowed to cultivate for one day. A disciple from the inner sect is allowed to cultivate for three days, and the disciple from the core sect is allowed to cultivate for a week."

"How are these disciples picked?"

"By the sect contribution points."

"Sect contribution points?"

"Yes. You do missions, fight other disciples or participate in tournaments and you get awarded sect contribution points."

Drog nodded his head in understanding. "I see."

"Alright. The last peak is the main peak. The peak that connects all the peaks and the peak that we will walk into. In this peak, there are four places. The mission building in which you accept missions. The library in which you take the techniques that you want to learn. The arenas in which you duel other disciples in duels or tournaments and the restaurant in which you eat."

"Why is there a restaurant in the sect?" Drog tilted his head to the right in confusion.

Yu Bo shook his head. "Even if we don't have to eat, we can still eat and enjoy ourselves."

Drog shrugged his shoulders and shook his head.

Yu Bo coughed into his hand. "When we enter the sect, I will take you to the library, so you and Lucia can choose your first martial skills."

Drog nodded his head. "Alright."
