55 Type of Horses and The Blueprint Reward

As soon as he accepted the rewards, he screamed and bent over in agony as an excruciating pain overwhelmed him. The pain was unlike he had ever endured, and it kept getting worse; with every second that passed, the pain increased. Veins throbbed on his head and neck, looking to burst open.

He felt as if he would die any moment; the only reason he kept on pushing through was the thought of seeing his family again, to see his little siblings, his gentle and kind mother, and his stoic father. That is what kept him from losing to the pain. As he kept thinking about them, he reminded himself, 'I can't give up now! I want to see them! I will; they are still waiting for me.

These are simple words, yet they have a great weight to them, a purpose for them. Thus, finally, after 10 min of what felt like bone-shattering pain, the feeling slowly faded, the pain lessened, and soon, with a sigh of relief, he passed out cold, exhausted.

A few hours went by, and the sun had already begun to set. Inside Eldric's cozy winter cabin, a groan could be heard. Eldric slowly woke up, "What happened? That's right! My core was busy being healed; I just wish it would give a warning next time," he said while still feeling the lingering soreness on his body.

He summoned his window tab:

[Name: Eldric Balmore]

[Household Name: House Snow]

[Power: Tier 0 Level 10 (Core Healed]

[Household Power: Beginner Knight Household (+)]

[Army: Five Squires (+), 34 Men-at-arms (+)]

[Population: 35 knights, 30 civilians, 15 specials]

[Inventory (+)]

He was over the moon when he saw the information displayed on the window panel. Finally, after months of toiling around working and establishing a House, he was rewarded with some extremely major to his personal strength.

His core had been fully healed, which meant he could finally cultivate once more. He could not be happier. It went on for a while before he could calm himself down. He carefully analyzed the window panel, and soon, he saw the inventory, which appeared to be new, with a plus sign behind it.

He opened the inventory, and within it were the rewards for the mission. It was a blueprint and an icon that looked like a woman. He quickly clicked on it, and a notification appeared before him.

[Do you wish to summon 10 women?]

[Y/N]

Eldric stared blankly at the notification before he smiled slyly. 'Ever since I got the system, it has only been awarding me men, and I wondered when I would be able to summon women. Of course, women from outside were an option,' he muttered,' The men will have a field day tomorrow.' he laughed softly, thinking about the men's reactions tomorrow.

He clicked on 'Yes,' and the window disappeared. Eldric knew nothing would be done immediately and decided to check the blueprint he got as a reward.

He summoned the blueprint, and soon, a map or scroll of some sort rolled up, lying on his bed.

The blueprint was for a defensive – a watchtower. Eldric knew they were already hard at work, busy building the last of the four towers, and thought for a moment the blueprint would be useless. But curiosity got the best of him, and he kept reading and looking at the information, and soon his laid-back attitude changed.

The blueprint was, in terms of quality, way better than the watchtowers they had built. As he kept reading, his astonishment grew, and soon, he gave a light chuckle and sighed. "Wasted! Hours of working and tons of materials, wasted," he sighed in resentment.

After seeing the information displayed on the blueprint, Eldric knew what had to be done. Destruction! To destroy the already newly built watchtowers and salvage what could be salvaged to create the ones using the blueprint.

Seeing the blueprint and feeling better, Eldric wanted to speak to the Elders, but once he came out of the cabin, he realized it was nighttime and thus decided he would leave the discussion for tomorrow.

With nothing to do, Eldric laid down to sleep.

In the cavern, the darkness deepens as night passes, enveloping everything in a shroud of blackness. Then, slowly but surely, the first feeble light of the sun begins to pierce through the cracks and crevices, casting long shadows that gradually recede as the cavern is bathed in the warm, golden glow of the rising sun.

Eldric had woken up from sleep early in the morning; he had already started working through what needed to be done. He fed the horses in the cavern, and he spent most of the morning grooming his horse, Starlight. That was the horse's name; he cherished his horse very much, although he did not ride it out of the basin once. During the last couple of months, he did, however, ride it through the basin.

When he was at the Balmore Household, he never had a horse. Most knights in a [Pathway] ranked household would not have horses. His father, however, had a horse of the same breed as this one. A swaybacked horse, now in the vast kingdom of Naloria, there were many types of horses, but all of them fell into a set category. These categories are:

Plains Pony

Saddle Horses

Courser

Steppe Horse

Charger

Warhorse

His horse was a type of saddle horse. In the Kingdom of Naloria, a horse at the courser level could only be ridden by Marquesses and up. The horses were scarce, and most would not even have a steed belonging to the Saddle Horse category. His father had achieved many accomplishments in the war a few years back and was given a swaybacked horse as a reward. Now, a swaybacked horse was a fragile horse and a bottom ringer for the Saddle Horse group, but it was still better than the horses in the lower category.
