64 Times Passed By and New Chapters for the House Arrive

After his cultivation session ended, he went to clean himself up and walked towards the forest for dinner. Night had already started when he finished cultivating and now, he was famished and needed to eat.

The night was the same as every other night, filled with dancing singing, and laughter. And just like any other night, the velvet sky had to leave and make space for the orange and blue sky to take its place.

The morning was exceptionally busy as the house members were already hard at work. They had already started the construction of the buildings. It seemed Evander planned to build around 12 houses of a somewhat substantial size.

3 of whom will belong to the women 3 will be used for the men and the remaining were for weds and partners, if they so choose.

Eldric was impressed by the idea of the buildings and when he heard the reasons, he could not help but nod with satisfaction. He then left and went on about his day.

He made sure to finish his tasks where needed and eventually helped with the construction of the buildings maintenance of the crops and caring for the animals. He was busy helping where he could and eventually, the day had passed again.

He made short work of dinner and decided to go and cultivate for a few hours and so the day had passed, and the wintery night had come.

***

The passage of time unfolds with a quiet grandeur, transforming the landscape into a poetic saga of frozen enchantment. As the first light of dawn tiptoes across the horizon, the world emerges from the clutches of night, revealing a pristine canvas of glistening snow. The sun, a pale orb in the wintry sky, casts its rays upon the frosted treetops, setting them aglow in hues of gold and rose. The air, sharp and bracing, carries the whispers of ancient pines as they sway gracefully in the morning breeze.

As the day progresses, the highland becomes a theater of subtle metamorphosis. Each snowflake, unique in its crystalline form, descends from the heavens, adding a delicate embroidery to the ever-expanding quilt of white. The landscape, once dormant, awakens to life as wildlife leaves delicate imprints in the snow, weaving their tales in the icy tapestry. Time, it seems, unfolds with a measured grace, each second a heartbeat in the pulse of winter's symphony.

In the heart of the highland, the sun ascends to its zenith, casting shadows that stretch like silken threads across the undulating hills. The snow-covered expanse sparkles in the sunlight, a vast sea of diamonds that captures the essence of fleeting moments. The air, though frigid, carries a sense of stillness, a profound quiet that amplifies the sound of crunching snow beneath each footfall.

As the day gives way to evening, the winter highland undergoes a subtle yet profound transformation. The sky, once a canvas of blue, transforms into a kaleidoscope of colors as the sun bids adieu to the day. Fiery oranges, purples, and pinks paint the heavens in a breathtaking display, casting a warm glow upon the icy terrain. The temperature drops further, and a serene hush descends upon the land as if nature itself is holding its breath in anticipation of the night.

With the onset of night, the highland becomes a celestial theater. The moon, a radiant orb in the velvety sky, casts its silver glow upon the snow-covered landscape. Stars, like diamonds strewn across an obsidian tapestry, twinkle with an ethereal brilliance. The night air, crisp and clear, is filled with a profound stillness, broken only by the occasional rustle of branches or the distant call of nocturnal creatures.

In this nocturnal realm, time unfolds in the measured cadence of celestial rhythms. The constellations trace their ancient patterns across the vast expanse, telling stories written in the language of the cosmos. The hours slip away, and the winter highland becomes a dreamscape, a realm where time is suspended in the glittering frost.

As the night progresses, the temperature plunges and the highland is enveloped in a deep, primal cold. Frost forms intricate patterns on every surface, turning the landscape into a gallery of frozen art. The silence deepens, becoming almost tangible, as the world slumbers beneath the icy embrace of winter.

And so, wrapped in the ever-changing tapestry of winter's embrace, three weeks unfolded in the highland, each day a chapter in the silent saga of snow and stars.

The three weeks were extremely busy, to say the least. Many things were accomplished during this time. Agriculture was the only thing that had not changed very much but spring was a week away and soon the time for harvest and expansion would appear, the fish would then also return to the rivers and streams. The beasts would also appear more energetically and maybe within a month a few pregnant animals would be seen.

The things that had changed the most would probably be the House itself and the military strength of the knights had increased by quite a bit in the three weeks past.

Firstly, ever since he decided to build more houses and gave the project to Evander and the infrastructure expanded Eldric was given a few rewards for completing the hidden mission, namely, there was one hidden mission for building another 10 houses which he completed and he was rewarded with another 20 women, that is to say, the men were extremely happy and joyful over the last couple of weeks.

Secondly, the scouts who were sent out to map the areas had completed around 60% of the mission. It was faster than predicted and due to them, the map was enlarged to around 42km (about 26.1 mi) surrounding the Mountains.

In that time the scouting parties had found another 2 towns, one in the north and another in the west. The one in the west was called Hailstone Haven and the northern two is called Faymore. Eldric did not do any trade with the towns at this stage as they had no information regarding the towns and the merchant group had only just bought a shop and started to settle in.

They did not want to overextend themselves more than they already did.
