Love and Loss

I come to tend Rose wounds . Of course Frostfall came along holding the medical bag in her mouth. We managed to come close enough to Rose tent seeing it was ever so slightly close . She was in her tent doing something ,it look like she was undressing and me being a gentleman who always think the worst as usual. I closed my eyes even if she wasn't undressing I just don't want to cause her anymore pain she been through enough all ready .But me being a gentleman did not made see through my eye lids and hands . I managed to trip well walking blind. I fell to the ground hitting a big rock that caused me to bleed,luckily a small cut ,but it still bleed alot and well, Rose come running with Frostfall." So how old are you " George asked . " I am 16 years old ."

"Are you alright prince George "she asked with a worried voice. I realise I didn't even get to know her yet and I still mange to mess it up before it even started. " Yes I am fine , may I open my eyes Milady ,Sorry I didn't want step in I thought you might be changing clothes" I said as I had a pink blush streaming through my hands covering my face . " Of course you can silly prince and no I wasn't undressing" she said as she reached into the bag grabbing a piece of cotton and a small bottle alcohol. I opened my eyes to see her face is a little less blue . I started to get mad at what he did all over again. She took the cotton and placed it on my bleeding scar ." Ah ,wow it has a little burn "I said as I winched in pain . She giggle at my reaction. Darm she so adorable.

She has no idea how she makes me feel. " So do you use magic Rose " I asked her looking to start a conversation between us ."I do I use fire and ice magic " she replied taking away the old bloody cotton and grabbing a long banged. "Do you use any magic prince " she asked raping the banged over my head . Man I love her so much . " I do its called feeling sight, it the ability to feel someone else pain and well take it away but that cause the user harm for you take the pain with no cure or a source of you feeling you can fix " I replied feeling my heart skipping beats ." I stopped after looking into her sky blue eyes I noticed a weird colour horse behind her it had a horn ."unicorn behind you " I said as I jumped up run after the unicorn ." Wait ,please I need a word please magic unicorn " I begged as I to a knee to show my respect." Human what do you ,want have you not killed enough of us already " It said as it started to walk away .

" Don't go please hear me out ,I am prince George Frederick the future king of Dragonsfire. I beg you all I want is peace I know my people hunt you like wild animals and I am sorry for your loss" I said as I felt his grief it my be a animal but it still feels. Next moment Frostfall come to my side and bark as if she was talking to him ."Dog are you sure you want to put your life on the line for a human " He said to Frostfall as he nearly blasted her . I ran and blocked the shoot ,but it was only a illustration ,imaginary. " So you are worthy human, come and bring your party I will guide you an your journey " he said. I called Rose we packed .We would leave tomorrow morning early I went fishing and got a big salmon, just kidding I got nothing I picked blueberries and took some strawberry and left over bread and we feast .The unicorn would come get us at sun rise . "Rose ,you never got to answer my question from earlier sorry I kinda had to ran and chasing unicorns " I said as I saw her giggle."I think I am going to stay at the castle intell my house is doen ,I always wanted one " She said with alot of joy ." I used to play prince and princess with my big sist..t..er " I remember what happened to her it breaks me in two I started to have a flow of to cry ."G..George ,are you okay come here ,I never thought you felt loss.I am so sorry I..I " ."I was six she was eight, we were attacked by no other than a group of bandits ,kill her wasn't even enough for them they.... took her ... and made her a slave to serve there men's every need I found 8 years later in a room with a man. He ...he ....." I was speechless so many emotions running through my brain so fast.I was mad I could have kill him again right there with the same sword . Rose took her finger placed it an my lips gesturing to me that it okay I can stop and she huged me more firmly trying to comfort me crying . I am the air only because of her ."Shhh. Its okay you don't need to continue, I guess I need to tell you about my past .It wasn't easy my father ,well he was caring at first .At least well my mother was around. She died protecting me and my brother. She got killed by a enemy soldier. My father took a liking to my oldest brother, my him air and me his punching bag .He would beat me ,hit me ,hurt me ,try to get rid of me selling me as a slave or giving me up for marriage . I was like he said the black sheep ,the problem, the ....." she started to cry I know I had to man up and control my feelings. I need to be strong if not for myself ,the for her."Its okay I can stay with you tonight if you like I will sleep at the campfire "I said as I wiped her tears from her rose pink face." "I should probably change that for you prince "She said as she headed to go get the medical bag near Frostfall . "Ooh ,I almost forgot to answer, you can stay with me at the campfire" She said and a heart shaped arrow hit my heart.I know I say this alot but she gives me butterfly. " Look aren't the stars out tonight George " She said pointing to the night sky . "Come join me " She said pointing at the other side of the blanket. I laid down next to her on my side of the blanket. " Look a shooting star , make a wish " she said pointing to the sky. She hold my arm tight and resting her head on my shoulder. " Wow the stars are so beautiful " She said looking at the sky than back at me .Her light blue eyes turned a darker blue . "Yes you are beautiful " I said as se started to turn red because of what I said.

We talked all night at her tent lying close to each other looking at the beautiful stars up above we talk for so long .We talked so much that night. She is so smart she told me all the ways to survive in the harsh wild .She is so cool . My heart skipping to her melody. I really love this women she so amazing, adorable,cute and the most special girl ever. " Hey thanks for cheering me up,yawn you know I really think we bonded after you tried to punch me" I said maybe with the intent to flirt a little." When you yawn ,save me from losing my head .I glad you bought me I wouldn't mind being a servant for your family " She said as she started to close her eyes. Her arm ,over my torso hugging me and her head now rested on my chest. She is too cute when she sleep. I managed to get myself stuck in a situation all men fear .Getting stuck not wanted to wake her up .I didn't have any energy ,my eyes started to fall and so my eyes lids become heavy.

I kissed her on the cheek on her face ."Goodnight Rose, I love you " I whisper into her ear .I closed my eyes and let the wind carry my mind to ease.
