12.Vs Zephys

Akihiko quickly ducked from a strike made by his opponent Zephys who didn't waste any time and struck as soon as the match started.

As he dodged his opponents punch,Zephys quickly spinned sideways and sent a knee to his face which Akihiko blocked with his palm and as he pushed his knee instead of falling as he was still in the air(this happened in the span of a second) his opponent used his hand to balance himself and went for a kick while he did a back handsprig which Aki dodged in a split second.

As Zephys retreated backwards he thought,

'to think the guy i didn't even consider a potential wall from my win ends up being the wall in the finals' thought Zephys 'no matter,i won't hold back and go all out all at once'

As he thought that he channeled his mana to the limit of what his body can take and also touched the seal in his arm and brought out a blue and white spear.

'this guy is not holding back' said aki to himself not liking the situation at all.

'well it would be disrespectful of me if I didn't even try while my opponent is taking me so seriously' as he thought this he began channeling his mana to his body.

Zephys instantly appeared behind Akihiko with speed not slower than what the other fighters has displayed.

As Zephys went for the thrust infused with with wind element,he was completely shocked as Aki sidestepped without even seeing him and that split second of being shocked was more than enough for him to get sent crashing to the wall from a kick.

But Zephys wasn't one to stay still so he appeared in front of Akihiko, disappeared and appeared behind him and went for a trust again but Akihiko side stepped again and instead of attacking as he expected he would do, Akihiko instead held his spear, pulled him and delivered and punch followed with an uppercut which rocked him making him kneel.

'No,i can't lose' thought Zephys as his opponent held his spear which he still didn't let go and stood behind him and used his own spear to choke him.

HOLY SHIT AKIHIKO IS THE REAL DEAL,TO BE ABLE TO EASILY DISPATCH OF ZEPHYS,THE ACADEMY'S TOP 5.

As the crowd began talking about Akihiko the Professors were having a similar discussion.

"Brother,you didn't tell me about him at all" said the professors brother,Oga.

"I didn't think it would be necessary" laughed the professor.

"He easily dispatched the top 5 of your Academy who isn't weak at all,quite the opposite actually" said Oga.

"Yes,Zephys is a fine young man but his mind is filled with him for him to be able to give his all" said the Professor as he looked at Zephys who was getting choked.

"Him?" Said Oga not knowing who he meant by Him.

"I'll tell you later,it seems young Akihiko is doing a thing that his father is really good at doing" said The professor smiling,happy that he took alot of his father's trait.

"Hmm?" Oga felt intrigued on who this father was as he looked at the fight.

[At the arena]

"You seem to have something in your mind" said Akihiko.

"Ghhkk ughkk" said(struggled) Zephys.

"Oh sorry, forgot about that" said Akihiko as he let Zephys go which made everyone sweat drop.

[The professors]

"He just let his opponent go?" Said Oga thinking that Akihiko was stupid.

"He is so much like his father that I'm scared for my son's safety,his father always has trouble following him" said Akane(Sasuke and Yuuki's mother)

"Bwahahaha" laughed the professor.

"Just who is his father?" asked oga.

Alfred the butler replied "Oh he is the son of..."

[Bact to the fight]

We can hear a loud what coming from the Professors office.

"What do you mean I have something in my mind" asked Zephys.

"It's exactly what it means,you seem to have something on your mind preventing you from putting all your mind in the fight" answered Akihiko.

"I---" though Zephys wants to said that he is wrong,he knows that his opponent is right.

"I hate my family,my father remarried and they began neglecting me and only payed attention to my step brother who always bullied me, so I left the family and went here in hopes that someday I can show them that I'm stronger than the person that they only cared about"said Zephys.

"And in doing so you forgot to keep your mind empty enough for your training and concentration mindset to live in" said Akihiko as he looked at the still kneeling Zephys.

"What do you mean" asked Zephys.

"Do people i talk to not understand anything,what I mean is that you only think about your family that you forgot to put your mind in your training and fights" answered Akihiko which made Zephys realise that what Akihiko said is right.

"Yo-you're right i couldn't stop thinking of my family because I wanted to make them know that I'm strong and i also wanted them to acknowledge me especially my father" said Zephys as Akihiko listened finding the situation similar to Yuuki and her family.

As he looked at the saddened Zephys.

"Your pathetic,no wonder your family doesn't love you" said Akihiko which made Zephys want to cry.

"Ahem,what I meant to say is,you should forget about your family and confront them when you're confident,while your training or fighting, completely forget about them,that way you'll be able to concentrate on your training and fights" said Akihiko.

"You're right and thanks although it'll be hard but I'll try" as Zephys said that while standing up he was sent flyingbut quickly got his footing.

"Now give me everything you got" said Akihiko as he smirked.

"Heh" smirked Zephys as he channeled mana more than he can handle.

Both fighters dashed towards each other and began trading blows and as they traded blows for a while Zephys's wind suddenly turned green which made Akihiko smirk.

Despite his wind element evolving,he didn't even know it as he was for the first time having fun in a fight.

'he deserves to face me in my A game' thought Akihiko as he also channeled wind which shocked everyone by the color of the wind.

"WTF AM I DREAMING"

"HOLY SHIT, AKIHIKO'S WIND ELEMENT IS IN THE FINAL STAGE"

The crowd erupted in shock.

When Zephys saw this, he wasn't even shocked or scared that he'll lose since he knew he lost before he even used his element,he was just having so much fun.

As Zephys saw his opponent using his Element he decided on something.

Zephys retreated 'good,he didn't follow me,if not i wouldn't be able to do what I planned to do'

"Stay still,I'm using every last bit of my mana" said Zephys as he used all his mana to charge his spear.

Seeing this Akihiko smirked and decided to stay as he wanted to see what Zephys is up to.

As Zephys finsihed channeling his chakra in his arm and spear he shouted.

"Take this" as he shouted he threw his spear which made a shockwave and as the spear was about to reach Akihiko,he dodged it but suddenly Zephys appeared in place of his Spear and trusted his spear at Akihiko's back.

"Hit.....wait no" as he realised,Akihiko disappeared in a deep green swirls.

"Cool,do you watch Naruto by any chance" said Akihiko from his back.

"Damnit i thought I had you" said Zephys as he sat on the ground.

"So,did you realise something change about yourself"asked Akihiko.

"No,other than me enjoying the fight,no" answered Zephys.

"Look at your wind element" said Akihiko.

Zephys looked at his element but channeling the last bit of mana he has and saw that it was green which made him smile and immediately fainted.

WINNER FOR THE FINAL CHANCE , AKIHIKOOOO AND HE'S GONNA GO TO THE TOURNAMENT OF POWER.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN OUR LAST MATCH HAS ENDED SO REST FOR A WHILE AND EAT THE REFRESHMENTS THAT WILL BE DELIVERED WHILE WE WAIT FOR THE FIGHTERS TO GET READY AND HEAR OUR BELOVED PROFESSOR'S WORDS.

Hearing the word "refreshments" everyone cheered.

[To the professors]

"So that boy Zephys is the step brother of Xanis" said Oga.

"Yes,No.1 student of Avalon Academy from the biggest Country in the world and 3rd strongest country...Xestria" said the Principal as he knew clearly who kind of a power house Xestria is.

"Xestria being the only hostile country from a different continent taking part in it" said Oga.

"My lord why did you and the other kinds allowed and enemy country to take part in it" asked Akane.

"It's to potentially form a friendly relationship with them, we have been enemies for far too long" answered Oga who is also the King of the Kingdom of MagniaTerra.

"But what if they tried something" Akane said.

"I know and as foolish as it sounds we have to risk that since they're too powerful to keep them as enemy or more innocents from both countries will keep dying" said Oga.

"And they won't do something,afterall their new king is different from the previous" said The professor.

"Mmm" agreed Oga.

"And if they did do it,then they would have to handle 3 of the strongest kingdoms in the world, and also we have Alex which they would know when the day of the tournament arrives" said the professor.

Akane decided to stay positive and accepted their descision.

"Mmm, speaking of Alex,to think that boy just now was his son,i didn't even know he had a wife" said oga.

"He doesn't like people knowing his personal life and to think his son mastered wind element just like my grandson hoho" said the principal looking forward to their match which he knows will happen.

"Akiiii" shouted Sakura as she got permission to see her 2 friends.

"You actually got in the tournament" said Sakura excited to watch her friends fight in the tournament.

"Yeah,yeah" said Aki as they entered the lounge to change for the winner ceremony.

"Sasuke, congratulations" said Sakura as she rushed and hugged the now changed Sasuke.

"Thanks Sakura and congratulations Aki and don't lose before facing me in the tournament"

Said Sasuke.

"Yeah,yeah, i wish i didn't won because i really don't want to attend the tournament" said Aki not thrilled.

"Just deal with it Aki" said Sakura.

Akihiko got changed in the dresser and he went out to the arena for the ceremony along with the other winners except Ryu who got dragged away by Mei.

The professors appeared in front of them flying which awed the crowds.

"CONGRATULATIONS ON WINNING YOUR MATCH,I AM PROUD OF EVERYONE OF YOU AND NOT JUST THE WINNERS"Said the professor using mana to make his voice louder.

"IN 31 DAYS YOU'LL ATTEND THE TOURNAMENT OF POWER AND SHOW THE WORLD WHY LUMINARY IS THE STRONGEST"

"MAKE ME PROUD MY AMAZING STUDENTS" Shouted the professor and then they left the arena to go home and start training for the tournament.

[Meanwhile with Ryu]

"I'm sorry" Said Mei yin to Ryu.

"No,no you don't have to apologise,look we can train together this month since grandfather is going to train me for the tournament and your his personal student as well so he'll allow it" said Ryu.

"Mmmm whatever you say you dense motherfucker" said Mei yin laughing.

"Don't keep calling me that and why do even have to train, I want to enjoy my free time since they aren't strong enough to beat me" ranted Ryu.

"You think they aren't strong enough for you,but you wouldn't say that if you saw the final match,hey Mei yin dear" said a person from behind them.

"Hello Auntie Miyamoto" greeted to Mei.

This was Akane who went home to talk to his son.

"What do you mean,i know he is an advanced level seals user but that isn't enough for me"said Ryu.

"Then watch this" said Akane.

As Ryu and Mei yin watched the match they were shocked to see that Akihiko has already mastered his wind element.
