399 The Heavenly Speed, part 1/2

A brilliant light erupted on the distant horizon, rapidly expanding as its pure white rays obliterated the darkness in their way.

Waves swept through the forest, and all sounds vanished, not even bugs daring to beep.

"You have slandered my name, you have betrayed the church and I shall judge you."

A crescent blade of light cut through the trees and everything in its put, cutting it like a giant laser chainsaw. The trees, animals, and priests, everything collapsed onto the moist forest soil in an instant.

Without delay, the observer, far on the tall peak, sent the message, 'They have arrived.'

The ground trembled again, and a magic ring lit up on the ground, all the runes and lines pulsing. The next moment the space was torn, and absolute darkness came out. The clouds were so thick they blocked even the light of the angel spread through the woods.
