48 It All Started With a Mushroom

Dear readers, it is with great heartache that I renounce my word of honor as a noble. I take back my words. This isn't a freaking adventure.

This is just plain courting of death.

A chacha with demons.

A tango with the devil.

I dare say if it weren't for us being high class magicians and my prior experience with these kinds of forest explorations, which I will no longer elaborate for the sake of our sanity and well-being, my companions and I would have cut sorry figures when we arrived in the city. Getting lost in a magical forest is no joke. It won't be a surprise for us to lose our puny lives on such an excursion.

Apart from that, I also experienced first hand the truth of the saying 'curiosity killed the cat'. I don't think that being curious is wrong. That's how people learn. That's how inventors invented things. Heck, that's how scientists discovered science. Not sure about that last bit but you get what I mean. I'm just saying that too much of it is deadly.
