Si'lemp

In the sky, the first rays of light were appearing, and in the living room, three children were sleeping. They were Kam'zul, Kog'we, and Pul'tem. Of the three, Pul'tem began to wake up. She caught a wonderful smell of breakfast. She looked into the kitchen.

In the kitchen stood Kam'zul's mother, Kam'tzu. Pul'tem slowly made her way to the kitchen, Kam'tzu turned around and saw the girl, smiling at her.

"Pul'tem, you'll have breakfast with us today. Your parents are already at work, so please sit at the table, it'll be ready in a moment."

As she approached the table, she saw Kam's family father, Kam'op, and his son Kam'ra sitting there.

She greeted them. "Good morning."

Both men looked at her, smiled, and returned her greeting.

"Good morning to you too."

Suddenly, Pul'tem heard something running towards her. She knew what it was before she sat down she stepped to the left. A second later, Kam'zul was sprawled on the floor.

"Hmmm, Pul'tem, why won't you let me hug you? You let me hug you yesterday."

Pul'tem look at her with a blank expression.

"So don't jump on me with all your strength; you're a bit heavy."

Kam'zul got a critical strike to her heart and began clutching her chest in a dramatic pose, still on a ground.

Suddenly, someone began to stroke her head. It was her brother, Kam'ra. His sister now saw him as an angel.

Suddenly a voice came from the kitchen.

"Breakfast is ready!"

Kog'we also made it to the table.

And so they all started eating.

...

Kam'zul and Kog'we made it to the park, where they met with Coach.

"Good morning, kids, today we'll have a short training session. We won't do much today. We'll have an easy training session, four laps around the park, quickly, quickly."

So the kids started training, the training wasn't so intense.

...

The training ended much earlier. Kog'we was in a hurry today, and Kam'zul went alone because Pul'tem hadn't finished yet. So Kam'zul went home alone.

When she arrived home, both her parents, Kam'tzu and Kam'op, were already there. Her father Kam'op just hugged her and asked.

"So, how was it my princess?"

Kam'zul smiled and replied.

"It was a bit weaker today because of yesterday's game. The coach didn't want to exhaust us after the game."

Both parents and daughter chatted until they heard knocking.

In the doorway stood Kam'ra, but he wasn't alone; someone was behind him.

"Mom, Dad, I'd like to introduce you to someone."

Then he stepped aside, and there stood a woman.

Kam'ra continued speaking.

"This is my girlfriend, Zel'bel."

Zel'bel just nodded.

"Good day."

The Kam family began to scrutinize her, each with a different excuse.

Suddenly Kam'tzu grabbed her hand.

"So what are you waiting for? Come on, let's talk. Kam'zul! Come here, your brother brought a girl home."

Kam'zul quickly ran over and started freaking out.

"Really, really?"

Then she looked at the girl her brother originally brought. And her brain froze; standing in front of her was Zel'bel, THE Uzurnal player.

Kam'tzu started pulling her daughter, who was still frozen in place.

Meanwhile, the father and son had a conversation. Kam'op put his hand on his son's shoulder.

"Son, it looks like you took my advice to heart. You chose well."

...

At dinner, five people sat at the table, the Kam family with Zel'bel.

Zel'bel looked at the loud family and couldn't help but start laughing.

She couldn't help but love this family.

During dinner, there was a lot of laughter and joy.

Kam'zul looked at her empty plate. The whole family looked at her, but it wasn't out of joy; it was out of horror.

Her family started shouting at her.

"Kam'zul, are you okay?"

"Sweetheart, what's wrong?"

"I'm calling the doctors; lay her on the table."

Kam'zul, still confused about what was happening, looked at herself and saw blood. Blood was flowing from her nose, and she felt terribly weak. She couldn't help but close her eyes and fall asleep.

Her mother tried to keep her awake.

"Sweetie, don't fall asleep."

Her father called the doctors, and her brother began examining her health.

"Mom, please calm down, she just fell asleep. I don't know what's happening with her, but her forehead is burning."

Suddenly, banging on the door was heard. It was the doctors. They quickly took care of Kam'zul and wrapped her in a cocoon like a spider's. One of the doctors started speaking to the family.

"She'll be transferred to the hospital. We'll need you to come with us."

The family nodded and followed the doctor.

...

(Five days later)

In the hospital, Kam'zul lay in a tub full of an unknown liquid substance. Her family looked at her. The doors opened, and the doctor entered.

"Dear Kam family, it seems your daughter was sick. We've never seen this illness before. We've found that it's some new virus in her body. It started looking bad with her, but today, suddenly, she's lying here as if nothing happened. She's perfectly healthy. No trace of the virus."

The family sighed in relief. They wanted to take her home, but the doctor stopped them.

"Sorry, but we'll keep her here for now. Sorry, but we don't know what's going on. We'll keep her here for two more days, and if nothing happens, we'll send her home."

The family was sad about this. But they knew it was best to listen to the doctor. So the family went home, quite happy that Kam'zul was okay.

When they arrived home, Bel'zel was waiting for them. She moved in with them. But no one was waiting for them. They started searching the house. Until the mother of the Kam family found her, unconscious on the floor. When Kam'tzu touched her head and it was burning.

...

The Kam family was again in the hospital, looking at Bel'zel, who was in terrible condition. The doctor came up to them and started explaining.

"Kam family, this is the same as what happened to Kam'zul. Somehow she caught the virus. We'll have to call the council and tell them that we have an epidemic here. During this day, many people have been infected with this virus. Our hospital is almost full of this virus."

Kam'ra looked at Bel'zel. He didn't know what to do. Quite negative thoughts were swirling in his head. He is a doctor, and he should cure others, not watch his family suffer because of a stupid virus.

Kam'ra turned to the doctor and started asking.

"Don't we need to put on some protective uniform?"

The doctor started shaking his head negatively.

"It's too late for that, young man. We're most likely already infected too."

...

(A week later)

Almost the entire Kam family lay in the tub because of the new virus. The only one who hadn't succumbed to the disease yet was Kam'op, the head of the Kam family. He was completely at the bottom. He just sat in the hospital, which was crowded with people who hadn't succumbed to the disease yet.

He thought the disease would leave his family like Kam'zul. But the virus still clung to them. Kam'zul didn't have any symptoms anymore, but she still hadn't woken up.

The TV started playing, and everyone started watching.

"Good day, Shen'la people. Welcome to today's news. It seems that the new Si'lemp virus has already overwhelmed three of our planets. Doctors from all planets are trying to find a cure for it. We've received news that the well-known Uzurnalu player Bel'zel has unfortunately succumbed to the disease and is no longer among us..."
