Chapter 5: Sisters who all like to pat heads.

Natsume woke up feeling refreshed, perhaps due to his exhaustion from the previous day's training. He got dressed and left his room.

"Natsume, are you awake?" Tsunade's voice called from the kitchen.

Natsume nodded heavily and said, "Okay."

The smile on Tsunade's face became even brighter. She picked up a rice ball and started eating it.

Tsunade was having none of it. She firmly gripped his hand and said as they made their way outside, "That won't do. Your current attire doesn't do justice to your adorable face."

Natsume found himself slightly taken aback and couldn't help but mutter under his breath.

 After leaving the door, the two people walked towards the south, and finally stopped in front of Konoha Hospital.
