Chapter 5

"Thanks to you…. My youth will bloom even greater than before!"

Guy seemed even more vigorous and lively than before, showing off his trademark grin...

Kiyoshi laughed along, also pretty happy with the results of the fight.

"I should challenge you every day as a part of my training routine too!"

Kiyoshi grinned jokingly, as the two made their way out of the training ground to find Kakashi.

Guy seemed to be contemplating something, as he gestured, punched out, and kicked.

"I should have done this… When Kiyoshi did that, I should have-"

He rambled on and on, probably trying to fix his flaws and such.

Soon, they entered the Village, walking down the side of the dirt road, through a few passageways, and then stopped in front of a small building.

Guy knocked on the door, shouting, as soon, footsteps could be heard as someone opened the door.

Inside the home, Kakashi Hatake stood there, wearing a face mask that covered half of his face and an eye mask that covered his left eye.

A system notification sounded, as Sakumo had finally, after so many years, met Kakashi once again.

"Kakashi…." Kiyoshi heard Sakumo muttering in a low voice.

Kakashi's eyes looked extremely tired and lazy, he had obviously just woken up, and plus, this was what he normally looked like….

"Guy…. It's you. Can you set today's challenge to whoever sleeps the longest? Pretty good one, I'd think… That's all to it… The challenge starts now…."

Kakashi yawned, looking extremely tired….

Guy, who on the other hand, was full of energy, said: "Kakashi! I'm not the one challenging you this time… A youthful friend of mine also wants a go at it!"

"Huh?" Kakashi scratched his head, looking at Kiyoshi, who was next to Guy.

"Who gave you this idea…? Have you been infected by Guy?"

Guy retorted:

"How is it a disease? Honestly, all of Konoha should embrace youth! In this way, they shall achieve enligh-"

"Same thing." Kakashi sighed, looking sort of disgruntled.

While he did not look like he was in the mood for it, he was sort of interested…. After all, Guy did not really have many friends….

Kakashi would ridicule Guy on a daily basis, but that was just due to him having a pretty barbed tongue. In reality, Kakashi took the "sparring" matches with Guy very seriously.

Kakashi yawned again, shaking off his sleepiness and adapting a more serious attitude.

Guy slapped Kiyoshi on the back, and said: "Kiyoshi beat me in just a few blows!"

Kakashi was a little surprised: "Seriously?"

He felt that if someone with such strength existed, by now, they would be pretty well known….

Kiyoshi bowed slightly, before introducing himself: "Hello, the name is Uchiha Kiyoshi, besides being a fellow nin, I am also the owner of a small restaurant. I hope we can have a friendly spar please…."

(T/N: I sorta messed up this part. But I translated this in the middle of the night so…. Yeah.)

Kakashi smiled, sort of confused by the guy's useless information, before saying: "Ok, I guess I'll fight you…."

After exchanging a few pleasantries, the three made their way to a nearby empty field. Kakashi and Kiyoshi stood a few feet apart, face to face.
