Usopp and the others questioned Koby about all sorts of things about the letter. in which he can't answer some of the questions since Sengoku asked for a favor to not let this letter be seen to others. Or 'is it a command or something more' is what Koby thought of it.
Koby told them that it is true that the World Government had picked him, But he also told them that it is due to his fame instead of infamy that he was chosen. The straw hat pirates still aren't up-to-date with the news that's why they didn't know.
Masira and his brother told them that the newspaper, tells the story of a certain pirate hero being helpful towards the civilians and even help the Navy to capture Crocodile and exposing his misdeeds.
Usopp complained that the news didn't even mention them or anything, The monkey-like people also told them that the WG quickly stop it from spreading.
"Mukee~. To think that you're the one in the news." (Masira)

Luffy was still quiet about the situation. Ever since he knew that Crocodile is one of the seven warlords, he already got this idea of everyone in it is bad guys and also strong. It's like someone is taking his precious Nakama from him.

With this, The boys with Usopp and Chopper quickly gathered and laughs while playing around. Zoro smirked since He is the one among the entire crew, knows that Koby is the closest to Luffy.
Shortly after, they arrived at the headquarters of the Saruyama Alliance, They didn't see the big boss of Masira. Koby was busy writing a reply for Sengoku.
Looking around, Nami found a storybook with the title of 'Liar Noland' and read it for others.

Nami finished reading the story and looks at Usopp at the end. The long nose freak out, and then they heard a splash of water. It was Luffy, he fell into the water.

"Old-timer! That Straw hat is my friend, these guys aren't bad guys." (Masira)
The misunderstanding was resolved and the Old man fainted right after. Chopper called for 'doctor! doctor!' And Usopp smacked him saying 'you're the doctor!'. After that, Chopper treated the old man and told them the condition that guy had. If the Old man continues to keep on diving, He's going to die soon. It's the Cassion disease, diagnosed by Chopper.
Luffy and the others kept on taking care of Cricket. Masira told them that this is Montblanc Cricket, the descendants of the person they had heard a while ago, Noland.
Cricket woke up, He apologized to Luffy and thanked Chopper for the treatment then started his backstory. Usopp idolized Cricket as a Man among the men, Nami then asked if the guy had any information about the Sky island. And so, The straw hat pirates listened to Cricket.

While the others are in the house of Cricket, Koby is still on the ship. Our protagonist is reading the letter again.
First, It was greetings for him and how he was chosen. The Government had known of his abilities to gather pokéfriends and this added to his military power, hence the government approved of his strength. Next is his influence, Even though the Government quickly stopped the news, There is still a rumor of him that is spread all throughout the world thanks to the World Economy News Paper.
The World Government can't tolerate pirates being seen in a new light but it is not a problem if the pirate is under the World Government. Although some of the Authorities didn't want it since Koby had done something offensive to them when he made a deal by using Crocodile's words.
Next was the view of the Marines towards him. Except for Smoker's comment that Koby is an arrogant kid. The rest of the Navy has neutral and some good opinions of him, Thanks to the Grandpa of Koby's Captain.
Of course, The main reason for their selection of Koby was to get something from him. His fame! this needs to be tamed and needs to be on their side. Koby's epithet backfired on the Navy and was beginning to overshadow the nickname of Vice-admiral Garp, The Hero. And since they can't make the kid become a marine, they should at least make him their colleague.
These reasons are all in the letter. Sengoku was being sincere towards the boy.

There also other benefits for being a Shichibukai. It includes getting their crew members pardoned, Making them free like an adventurer or explorer.
Borrow Equipment from WG, and Visiting Government Facilities. This was really interesting for Koby to know in person.

Riolu is at the side of Koby. The pokémon is concentrating hard on controlling [Aura]. Its focus was disrupted when it felt Koby's emotion. Riolu approached Koby by staying on his lap.

Koby really praised the bird for traveling in Grand Line. He quickly fed it and let it drank water, After taking the backpack, there was a letter from Koza when he opened it. The letter was all about the earnings of the Pokémon Center and also his share.
He let his Pokéfriends catch up. Riolu even nods to the bird. The newspaper's headline was the election of Shichibukai and an upcoming comic and its Corporation. Koby is now making waves in the world of One Piece.
After checking the letter, He turned to the bag. Koby's eyes widened so much due to what he saw. The backpack was so full of money that it was even a wonder why Coo can carry this. The amount had already surpassed 300 million ฿.
He grinned and thought about the money he would get more in the future. Of course, the future is still filled with worries especially if the world nobles don't respect Koza and his company. Luckily, Koza's earning would help his people in Alabasta in restoring their towns and lives. That's why he needed his very own military.
Pokémon rangers would be the guardians of his Pokémon Center. He would need to expand more in the blues seas and the grand line. And If it works, even the new world should know about Pokémon.
He put all the money in his very own backpack and didn't bother to split it since this money is just the starting point, many copies are being printed according to Koza. He then bought a Pokémon box link and put it into Coo's bag together with the rest of the Manuscript. It is enough for the Volume V of the pokémon series.
He also made a letter to hire some Navy if Koza would travel to expand and lastly to make arrangements to make a Vivre Card for himself and Koza.
And it was at this moment that his Poké Egg started to crack and hatch. A Ralts was the Pokémon that comes out of the Egg. The other Eggs are already shaking but their owners aren't here.

And as usual, if you're hanging out with the straw hat pirates, the ending would be the usual party! The Poké Eggs had already hatched and joined the party of the other Pokéfriends.
Ralts, Koby's new Pokémon, was using its telekinesis to control pokéfoods in the air and led it to its mouth. by the way, Ralts size should be like Pikachu
Riolu doesn't approve of this and tried to challenged Ralts, who disappeared from Riolu's sight. but the flying pokéfoods is still there.
Infernape had already joined in with the other monkeys. Luffy, Masira, and Shojo got along well with Infernape. The ape is really partying hard.
And lastly, Grovyle is bringing a new batch of Pokéfoods to the newly hatched Pokémons. The gecko appears to be the Big brother of all the pokémon in the crew. It even feeds the glutton Magikarp since it cant leave the basin if the crew is on land.

Koby decided to scan them tomorrow morning since the crew planned to sail the day after tomorrow and go towards the knock-up stream! Cricket-san had told them to ride this massive current for them to reach Sky Island.
