ENGAGEMENT PARTY

MARIA'S POV :

I was in my house looking through my stuff what to wear when my door knocked .

I opened the door and it was Vincent and his mom . She hugs me and all of a sudden let go of me and look at me in shock .

I asked in confusion " What happened ? " Vincent handed me the dress and said

" I BOUGHT THE DRESS FOR YOU , FOR TONIGHT AND YOU HAVE TO LOOK PRETTY"

I smile and nodded and said " Well that's good because I had nothing to wear " I took the dress and Vincent said " Ok I am leaving I need to do some works " He went and his mother said " I can see the future , I can tell by touching the other person what is he up to and I find out what are you up to , Keep in mind , If Vincent find out what are you going to do , he will kill you with his own hands cold blood "

Saying that she left too . What the hell was she meant by that . Strange woman .

I went to my room and got ready for tonight . I took shower , dry my hairs do my make up and wore my dress then make my hairs . Well it took me whole day to get ready for tonight . When I was fully ready I went downstairs and my doorbell rang .

I open the door and it was Vincent , wearing his grey suit with shirt and looking so damn sexy . He smile and said " YOU ARE LOOKING SO BEAUTIFUL MY LADY "

I smile and said " Thanks a lot My lord " He took his hand out and hold his hand and he took me to his house with him . When we reached there , Everyone greats me and him .

I smile and nodded to everyone . Then my eyes fall over his mother , Who was giving me death glares . I just avoid her and look around , Everyone was there expect Michael . I whispered in Vincent's ear . " Where is Michael ? " He look around and said " He told me he had something to look after so he will be here to meet us tomorrow "

I nodded and we wet to the stage . I sat with Vincent . He took the mic and said " All of you , I wanted to do this engagement all of a sudden because I wanted to show you all my woman . She is mine , I didn't mark her yet but still she belongs to me and giving her hard time means giving me hard time and nobody wants to mess with the lord Vincent "

Everyone including me starts laughing at his words .Then his father came with the rings . He opened the box and slipped a ring of gold in my finger . I smile and took the other box and slipped the ring in his finger . He came closer to me and said

" Congratulations dear " Saying that he kissed me and I kissed him back .,
