"You are finally free to show your face?" Smashing his hands over the table, Qin Chanpu glared at Chen Yi.

Chen Yi had come to the office to get some paperwork done. Unfortunately, Qin Chanpu's assistant, Xuan Wen, spotted her. He immediately informed Qin Chanpu; Chen Yi was called into his office.

"Is this what Manager called me for? Then I might cut this visit short." Chen Yi grabbed her things and got up to leave.

"Stop right there!' Qin Chanpu face hardenrened. 

He crossed his office desk to stand before Chen Yi. His intention was to pressurize her but it seemed Chen Yi didn't put him in any thoughts. Her mannerism was calm, relaxed, and indifferent. She even had the audacity to smile making him feel like he was barking up some tree.
